本发明涉及一种流程泵，特别涉及一种流程泵自动冲洗过滤装置。
背景技术
流程泵是常用的管道运输装置，目前用得流程泵适合输送不含固体颗粒的介质，使用时发现机械密封更换周期较快，对机械密封失效原因进行分析：排除机封本身制造原因，认为是由于冲洗介质含有颗粒杂质，颗粒杂质进入密封腔会划伤密封面，纤维质物料进入密封腔也会使密封面液膜遭到破坏。固体杂质沉淀在动、静环辅助密封处，会影响密封环的浮动性，沉积在波纹管处会造成“失弹”现象，含有颗粒杂质的介质直接冲击到密封端面会造成密封端面的破坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术存在的上述缺陷，提供一种流程泵自动冲洗过滤装置，有结构简单，造价低廉 易于加工，能够达到过滤介质的目的。
其技术方案是：包括冲洗管接头、泵接头，所述的冲洗管接头与泵接头通过螺纹连接，所述的冲洗管接头与泵接头内部设置过滤网。
上述的冲洗管接头与泵接头处设有凹槽。
本发明的有益效果是：安装维修方便，可有效延长机械密封的使用周期，该过滤装置，具有结构简单，造价低廉 易于加工，能够达到过滤介质的要求，节约了机械密封的材料费用及人工维修费用。

1.一种流程泵自动冲洗过滤装置，包括冲洗管接头（1）、泵接头（2），其特征是：所述的冲洗管接头（1）与泵接头（2）通过螺纹连接，所述的冲洗管接头（1）与泵接头（2）内部设置过滤网（4）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的流程泵自动冲洗过滤装置，其特征是：所述的冲洗管接头（1）与泵接头（2）处设有凹槽（3）。
