天然气过滤器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种天然气过滤器，属于天然气设备领域。
背景技术
随着我国环境污染越来越严重，越来越多的人开始选择使用清洁能源，天然气作为清洁能源已经被广泛应用，天然气被开采出来后需要使用过滤器进行过滤，过滤后的天然气再输送给用户使用，天然气过滤器在使用一段时间后需要人工进行清理或者更换滤芯，在更换的时候滤芯表面的杂质及灰尘会落入阀体的底部，由于阀体空间狭窄，工作人员很难将阀体底部的灰尘和杂质清理掉，那么这部分杂质就会随着天然气进入下游输气管道，进而进入调压阀等设备，很容易造成下游调压设备的堵塞及损坏，调压设备的清理工作十分麻烦，更换零部件价格非常高昂，现有技术中的天气然过滤器都存在这个缺点，亟待解决。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于，提供一种天然气过滤器，它能够防止滤芯上的灰尘及杂质落入阀体底部，有效防止下游调压设备损坏和堵塞。
本发明的技术方案：一种天然气过滤器，包括阀体、阀盖、进气管和出气管，所述进气管为“L”形，出气管与阀体的内腔连通，进气管内设有滤芯固定杆，滤芯通过滤芯固定杆固定在进气管的顶部；阀体内设有灰尘接盘，灰尘接盘套接在进气管上，灰尘接盘上设有透气网和吸盘，吸盘吸附在滤芯的底部；阀体的底部设有排污口。
前述的这种天然气过滤器中，阀体的内壁上设有定位环，定位环的上沿与进气管的上沿平齐，定位环用于承载灰尘接盘。
前述的这种天然气过滤器中，灰尘接盘包括环形外壁和环形内壁，透气网固定在环形外壁和环形内壁之间，吸盘的底部固定在环形内壁的顶面上，环形内壁的底面设有阶梯孔，阶梯孔内设有密封圈。采用阶梯孔加密封圈的结构可以有效防止漏气的情况发生。
前述的这种天然气过滤器中，进气管和出气管上均设有压力接口。
与现有技术相比，本发明通过将进气管设计成“L”形可以使滤芯内部的灰尘落回到进气管道，通过设置灰尘接盘能够在更换滤芯时将滤芯上掉落的杂质和灰尘有效拦截住，保证阀体内部的清洁，通过在阀体的底部设有排污口可以将阀体底部少量的杂质清理掉，有效保证下游输气管道的清洁，防止下游调压设备损坏和堵塞。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本专利技术作进一步的说明。
本发明的实施例：如图1所示，一种天然气过滤器，包括阀体1、阀盖2、进气管3和出气管4，所述进气管3为“L”形，出气管4与阀体1的内腔连通，进气管3内设有滤芯固定杆5，滤芯6通过滤芯固定杆5固定在进气管3的顶部；阀体1内设有灰尘接盘9，灰尘接盘9套接在进气管3上，灰尘接盘9上设有透气网10和吸盘7，吸盘7吸附在滤芯6的底部；阀体1的底部设有排污口8。阀体1的内壁上设有定位环12，定位环12的上沿与进气管3的上沿平齐，定位环12用于承载灰尘接盘9。进气管3和出气管4上均设有压力接口11。
如图2所示，灰尘接盘9包括环形外壁13和环形内壁14，透气网10固定在环形外壁13和环形内壁14之间，透气网10上的网眼沿圆周方向等间距布置，且呈同心圆的方式排列，吸盘7的底部固定在环形内壁14的顶面上，吸盘7采用橡胶材料制作，吸盘7的外圆上设有排气把手，环形内壁14的底面设有阶梯孔15，阶梯孔15的直径等于进气管3的外径，阶梯孔15内设有密封圈16。
本发明的工作原理：在安装滤芯6的时候先将灰尘接盘9的中心位置与滤芯6的中心位置对齐，然后将吸盘7吸附在滤芯6的底部，然后再将滤芯6安装到滤芯固定杆5上，并用螺母拧紧，此时灰尘接盘9的环形内壁14底部的阶梯孔15正好与进气管3的管口卡紧，在密封圈16的作用下有效防止漏气，安装好阀盖2即可。当更换滤芯6时，只需卸掉螺母，将滤芯6取出即可，滤芯6在取出的过程中掉落的灰尘和杂质都会落在透气网10上，在取出滤芯6的同时灰尘接盘9也会一起被带出，灰尘不会落入阀体1内。

1.一种天然气过滤器，包括阀体(1)、阀盖(2)、进气管(3)和出气管(4)，其特征在于：所述进气管(3)为“L”形，出气管(4)与阀体(1)的内腔连通，进气管(3)内设有滤芯固定杆(5)，滤芯(6)通过滤芯固定杆(5)固定在进气管(3)的顶部；阀体(1)内设有灰尘接盘(9)，灰尘接盘(9)套接在进气管(3)上，灰尘接盘(9)上设有透气网(10)和吸盘(7)，吸盘(7)吸附在滤芯(6)的底部；阀体(1)的底部设有排污口(8)；阀体(1)的内壁上设有定位环(12)，定位环(12)的上沿与进气管(3)的上沿平齐，定位环(12)用于承载灰尘接盘(9)；灰尘接盘(9)包括环形外壁(13)和环形内壁(14)，透气网(10)固定在环形外壁(13)和环形内壁(14)之间，吸盘(7)的底部固定在环形内壁(14)的顶面上，环形内壁(14)的底面设有阶梯孔(15)，阶梯孔(15)内设有密封圈(16)。
