本发明涉及一种有机高分子复合材料,更具体地说,是涉及一种注塑级石墨填充尼龙6及其制作工艺,是由以下成分按重量比组成,尼龙6:49.5-90%,外润滑剂:0.1-1.5%;石墨粉:1-35%;抗氧化剂:0.3-1.5%;热稳定剂:0.1-3.0%;偶联剂:0.1-0.8%;其他助剂:0.3-5.5%,本发明环保无卤,在保持原有填充尼龙6的综合性能的基础上,还具备有较好的自润滑性以及耐磨性,并且原材料生产采购方便,原辅材料和生产设备均采用国产,生产成本和原材料成本大大降低,这样很好的提高了产品的综合竞争力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种有机高分子复合材料,更具体地说是涉及一种注塑级石墨填充尼龙6及其制作工艺。
背景技术
尼龙6是目前应用最多的几种工程塑料之一,他的酰胺基团具有极性,在他的结构中具有结构牢固的氢键,使得尼龙6的熔点较高,具有很好的物理力学性能和耐磨性以及自润滑性,这些综合特点是其他塑料所不具备的。但是普通尼龙6的吸水性大,吸水前冲击强度偏低,吸水后刚性又大幅下降,同时尺寸不稳定等缺点,从而限制了尼龙6的应用,进而又缩小了下游行业设计工程师的选材余地。因此,展开了对尼龙6进行复合改性的研究。而目前欧洲/日本等等发达国家出于种种原因,掀起了对外国进口产品种种限制,设立了一系列的壁垒,其中对电子电器产品的材质无卤要求,就是其中之一。因此造成对我国较多出口企业严重困扰。同时,由于尼龙6又是结晶型材料,容易在成型时产生较大内应力,从而导致产成品性能的不确定性。同时,对于像涉及要求能有效大幅降低摩擦系数,同时原材料自身耐磨性较强的零部件,普通尼龙6的诸多优点让设计人员很青睐,但上述缺点却又很让人头疼。目前市场上所提供的具有上述功能的原材料,或者是尼龙12这一类价格昂贵的,或者是添加聚四氟乙烯这样的昂贵的添加剂材料,同样导致材料成本高昂。本技术发明就是为了有效克服上述技术缺陷而产生的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于有效的克服了现有技术的缺陷,提供一种绿色环保且具有优良的自润滑性以及耐磨性的自润滑耐磨注塑级石墨填充尼龙6原料。
本发明提供的技术方案如下:本发明的一种自润滑耐磨注塑级石墨填充尼龙6,是由以下成分按重量比组成,尼龙6:49.5-90%,外润滑剂:0.1-1.5%;石墨粉:1-35%;抗氧化剂:0.3-1.5%;热稳定剂:0.1-3.0%;偶联剂:0.1-0.8%;其他助剂:0.3-5.5%,,
本发明所述的自润滑耐磨注塑级石墨填充尼龙6生产流程是:先将尼龙6烘干后与偶联剂混合10分钟,然后与外润滑剂、石墨粉、抗氧化剂、热稳定剂、其他助剂按照比例称量后在混料机中低速混合10分钟,再经积木式平行同向双螺杆挤出机在中等强度剪切的螺杆组合情况下抽真空匀速混炼挤出,水冷拉条切粒经过筛分脱水制得自润滑耐磨注塑级石墨填充尼龙6材料。

具体实施方式
以下是本发明所述的自润滑耐磨注塑级石墨填充尼龙6原料的最佳实施例,并不因此限定本发明的保护范围。
实施例一,提供一种自润滑耐磨注塑级石墨填充尼龙6,由以下成分按重量比组成,尼龙6:71.4%;外润滑剂:0.4%;石墨粉:25%,抗氧化剂:1.0%;热稳定剂:1.2%;偶联剂:0.5%;其他助剂:0.5%;
先将尼龙6用85度烘干,与偶联剂混合10分钟,然后与抗氧化剂、外润滑剂、石墨粉、热稳定剂、其他助剂按照比例称量后在混料机中低速混合10分钟,混料机采用低速混合,搅拌叶应与筒壁间隙小于0.5厘米,原辅料混合效果应目视各种粒子和粉末基本均匀,没有明显团块或集聚;双螺杆挤出机使用40长径比,中等强度剪切,抽取真空,螺杆保持匀速低转速;采用水冷拉条切粒方式,经过筛分脱水即制得自润滑耐磨注塑级石墨填充尼龙6材料。

1.一种注塑级石墨填充尼龙6及其制作工艺,其特征在于是由以下成分按重量比组成,尼龙6:49.5-90%,外润滑剂:0.1-1.5%;石墨粉:1-35%;抗氧化剂:0.3-1.5%;热稳定剂:0.1-3.0%;偶联剂:0.1-0.8%;其他助剂:0.3-5.5%。
2.一种注塑级石墨填充尼龙6及其制作工艺,其特征在于包括如下步骤:先将尼龙6烘干后与偶联剂混合10分钟,然后与外润滑剂、石墨粉、抗氧化剂、热稳定剂、其他助剂按照比例称量后在混料机中低速混合10分钟,再经积木式平行同向双螺杆挤出机在中等强度剪切的螺杆组合情况下抽真空匀速混炼挤出,水冷拉条切粒经过筛分脱水制得自润滑耐磨注塑级石墨填充尼龙6材料。
