本发明涉及一种有机高分子复合材料,更具体地说,是涉及一种无卤增强高温尼龙制作工艺。本发明还涉及这种无卤增强高温尼龙的制备方法。一种无卤增强高温尼龙,是由以下成分按重量比组成,高温尼龙(半芳香尼龙PPA):49.5-90%;耐高温黑色母粒:0.1%-10%;无卤无减玻纤:10-45%;润滑剂和热稳定剂:0.3-5.5,本发明的一种无卤增强绿色环保高温尼龙原料,性能与进口同类材料差不多,价格却仅仅相当于进口的同类材料三分之一到一半之间,并且生产采购方便,改变了国外厂家独霸市场,销售价格居高不下的状况,这样全面提高了竞争力。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种有机高分子复合材料,更具体地说,是涉及一种无卤增强高温尼龙制作工艺。本发明还涉及这种无卤增强高温尼龙的制备方法。
背景技术
目前,国际上用塑料替代汽车工业中金属的应用不断扩大,世界各地的科学家通过各种试验,积极寻找新的高性能热塑性塑料,也成为企业争取更多户和扩大市场份额的重要组成部分。
增强高温尼龙的发展使汽车更加的微型化和动力强劲化成为可能。耐高温尼龙可以为汽车某些部件带来更高的耐温性能。新型汽车的引擎箱以及汽车的制动装置和离合器组件同样也有用耐高温尼龙代替金属和热固性材料的趋势。这些都将会加大对这种耐高温尼龙材料的需求量,从而带动尼龙市场需求。
这种材料可以耐180℃的持续高温,并且还能保持良好的尺寸稳定性。具有优异的长期和短期热性能,可以耐受无铅焊接过程中使用的红外(IR)回流炉所产生的高温,具有优异的机械强度,并在潮湿环境下提供相同的强度和韧性,卓越的耐化学性,尺寸稳定性,优异的电特性,良好的外观。
该系列产品市场目前基本都被西方发达国家企业占领,我国企业要么不能生产,要么不能稳定控制品质,这些正是本发明要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于有效的克服了现有尼龙的缺陷,提供一种机械强度高,阻燃性好,且原材料价格低廉易得的无卤增强绿色环保高温尼龙原料。
本发明提供的技术方案如下:一种无卤增强绿色环保高温尼龙,是由以下成分按照重量比组成,高温尼龙(半芳香尼龙PPA):49.5-90%;耐高温黑色母粒:0.1%-10%;无卤无碱玻纤:10-45%;润滑剂和热稳定剂:0.3-5.5;
本发明所述的无卤增强绿色环保高温尼龙材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:先将高温尼龙、润滑剂和热稳定剂按照比例称量后在混料机中低速混合10分钟,再经双螺杆挤出机在中等强度剪切的螺杆组合情况下由侧面按比例加入无卤无碱玻纤混炼挤出,水冷拉条切粒经过筛分脱水制得无卤增强绿色环保高温尼龙材料。
本发明所述的无卤增强绿色环保高温尼龙材料的制备控制方法关键点如下:
生产前先彻底清理机器确保不会含有其他种类塑料;有孔隙不密实的产品必须隔离不能采用;成品必须经过筛分脱水;成品含水率低于0.5%时及时防水包装密封。
本发明有效的克服了现有尼龙的缺陷,具有以下优点:
本发明的一种无卤增强绿色环保高温尼龙原料,性能与进口同类材料差不多,价格却仅仅相当于进口的同类材料三分之一到一半之间,并且生产采购方便,改变了国外厂家独霸市场,销售价格居高不下的状况,这样全面提高了竞争力。
具体实施方式
以下是本发明所述的无卤增强绿色环保高温尼龙原料的最佳实施例,并不因此限定本发明的保护范围。
实施例一,提供一种无卤增强绿色环保高温尼龙原料,由以下成分按重量比组成,高温尼龙(半芳香尼龙PPA):65%,耐高温黑色母粒:1.5%;无卤无碱玻纤:33%;润滑剂和热稳定剂:0.5;
先将高温尼龙(半芳香尼龙PPA)、耐高温黑色母粒、润滑剂和热稳定剂按照比例称量后在混料机中低速混合10分钟,混料机采用低速混合,搅拌叶应与筒壁间隙小于0.5厘米,原辅料混合效果应目视各种粒子和粉末基本均匀,没有明显团块或集聚;双螺杆挤出机使用36长径比,中等强度剪切;无卤无碱玻纤由侧面按比例加入;采用水冷拉条切粒方式,经过筛分脱水即制得无卤增强绿色环保高温尼龙材料。

1.一种无卤增强高温尼龙制作工艺,其特征在于是由以下成分按重量比组成,高温尼龙(半芳香尼龙PPA):49.5-90%;耐高温黑色母粒:0.1%-10%;无卤无碱玻纤:10-45%;润滑剂和热稳定剂:0.3-5.5。
2.一种无卤增强高温尼龙制作工艺,其特征在于包括如下步骤:成品经过筛分脱水,然后将高温尼龙、润滑剂和热稳定剂按照比例称量后在混料机中低速混合10分钟,再经双螺杆挤出机在中等强度剪切的螺杆组合情况下由侧面加入无齒无碱玻纤进行混炼挤出,水冷拉条切粒再经过筛分脱水制得无卤阻燃增强绿色环保高温尼龙材料,成品含水率低于0.3%时及时防水包装密封。
