本发明涉及一种有机高分子复合材料,更具体地说是涉及一种阻燃尼龙制作工艺,是由以下成分按重量比组成,高温尼龙:35-65%,主阻燃剂:10-25%,辅助阻燃剂:4-10%;无碱玻纤:5-10%;高流动助剂:1-5%;热稳定剂:0.1-3.0%,润滑剂:0.3-2.0%,其他助剂:0.3-0.5%,本发明的一种阻燃尼龙及其制作工艺,将极高流动性、高阻燃性,高强度和高熔点能集于一身,这种材料可以耐250℃的持续高温,并且还能保持良好的尺寸稳定性,并具有良好的延展性与低翘曲,几乎所有尺寸不同、要求严格的应用领域都能使用。

阻燃尼龙制作工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种有机高分子复合材料,更具体地说,是涉及一种阻燃尼龙制作工艺。本发明还涉及制作这种尼龙原料的方法。
背景技术
目前,RoHS法规促使业界在印刷电路板上进行连接器表面安装时,采用符合无铅规定的焊接工艺,由此对材料提出更高的耐温与环保要求,同时,各种工业与民用的产品的差异化设计也对材料提出了能够耐受更加严酷环境仍然高度安全的要求,并且还要同时符合各种环保指令规定。同时,产品的薄壁化和复杂结构又对材料的流动性提出极高要求。
本特种复合材料发明正是在这种背景下应运而生,将极高流动性,高阻燃性,高强度和高熔点能集于一身,这种材料可以耐250℃的持续高温,并且还能保持良好的尺寸稳定性,并具有良好的延展性与低翘曲,几乎所有尺寸不同、要求严格的应用领域都能使用。该产品充分符合欧盟“废旧电子电气设备”(WEEE)和“有害物质限用指令”(RoHS)法规以及PAHS等等环保要求。相比使用传统材料,该产品更加具有高端机械和电气性能,同时还有易加工、外形美观及激光打标等特点,并在潮湿环境下提供相同的强度和韧性卓越的耐化学性尺寸稳定性优异的电特性。与传统的尼龙6,66相比,其吸水量少70%,内膨胀系数低,与金属类似。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于有效的克服了现有尼龙的缺陷,提供一种具有高阻燃性、高强度和高熔点的阻燃尼龙原料。
本发明提供的技术方案如下:一种阻燃尼龙原料,是由以下成分按重量比组成:高温尼龙:35-65%,主阻燃剂:10-25%,辅助阻燃剂:4-10%,无碱玻纤:5-10%;高流动助剂:1-5%,热稳定剂:0.1-3.0%,润滑剂:0.3-2.0%,其他助剂:0.3-0.5%。
本发明所述的阻燃尼龙的制备方法,包括如下步骤:先将高温尼龙粒子用100度的温度烘烤4-5小时,然后与主阻燃剂按比例混合后在50度恒温条件下放置12小时,再及时与辅助阻燃剂、高流动助剂、热稳定剂、润滑剂、其他助剂按照比例称量后在混料机中低速混合10分钟,再及时经双螺杆挤出机在中等强度剪切的螺杆组合情况下由侧面加入无碱玻纤进行混炼挤出,水冷拉条切粒再经过筛分脱水制得一种阻燃尼龙材料。
本发明有效的克服了现有尼龙的缺陷,具有以下优点:

以下是本发明所述的阻燃尼龙的实施例,并不因此限定本发明的保护范围。
实施例一,提供一种阻燃尼龙,是由以下成分按重量比组成:高温尼龙:55%,主阻燃剂:20%;辅助阻燃剂:5%;无碱玻纤:10%;高流动助剂:5%;热稳定剂:3%,润滑剂:1.5%,其他助剂:0.5%

1.一种阻燃尼龙制作工艺,其特征在于:是由以下成分按重量比组成:高温尼龙:35-65%,主阻燃剂:10-25%,辅助阻燃剂:4-10%;无碱玻纤:5-10%;高流动助剂:1-5%;热稳定剂0.1-3.0%,润滑剂:0.3-2.0%,其他助剂:0.3-0.5%。
