本发明涉及一种有机高分子复合材料,更具体地说,是涉及一种无卤玻纤PC及其制作工艺,是由以下成分按重量比组成,PC:47.5-95%,环保玻纤:5-35%;抗氧剂:0.1-2.0%,SMA:1-3.0%,接枝PE:0.1-2.0%,其他助剂:1.3-5.5%,本发明的一种无卤玻纤PC及其制作工艺,在综合机械性能优良,不含卤素,产品外观不露纤,并且生产采购方便,改变了用户始终要降低某项要求的状况,同时也符合其它所有的环保要求,这样提高了综合竞争力。

技术领域
1、本发明涉及一种有机高分子复合材料,更具体地说是涉及一种无卤玻纤PC及其制作工艺。
背景技术
2、PC是一种无定形的,无味无臭无毒透明的热塑性聚合物,它具有机械和热以及电等综合性能,特别是耐冲击韧性高,蠕变小,制品尺寸稳定,具有优良的高温电性能。PC作为一种综合性能优异的工程塑料,在国民经济各领域中广泛的用于机械电子电器照明建筑安全以及医疗器械方面。采用玻璃纤维增强PC,可以大幅提高其机械强度和长期使用温度,从而较大扩大了应用范围,可以在很多领域替代木材和金属使用。而目前欧洲/日本等等发达国家出于种种原因,掀起了对外国进口产品种种限制,设立了一系列的壁垒,其中对产品的材质无卤要求,就是其中之一。因此造成对我国较多出口企业严重困扰。而目前市场上所见到的玻纤增强,或者不能保证不含卤素导致环保受限,或者是价格昂贵并且依赖性强,或者是机械性能不够优异,做成产品后外观露纤不美观,或者是冲击强度不高,等等的缺点。本技术发明就是为了有效克服这种现象而产生的。
发明内容
3、本发明的目的在于有效的克服了现有技术的缺陷,提供一种综合机械性能优良,不含卤素,产品外观不露纤的无卤玻纤增强PC原料。
4、本发明提供的技术方案如下:本发明的一种无卤玻纤增强PC原料是由以下成分按重量比组成,PC:47.5-95%,环保玻纤:5-35%;抗氧剂:0.1-2.0%,SMA:1-3.0%,接枝PE:0.1-2.0%,其他助剂:1.3-5.5%。
5、本发明所述的无卤玻纤增强PC材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:先将PC烘干,然后与抗氧剂、SMA、接枝PE、其他助剂按照比例称量后在混料机中低速混合10分钟,后再及时经平行同向双螺杆挤出机在中等强度剪切的螺杆组合情况下由侧面按比例加入环保玻纤,在真空状态下,用275度温度保持180螺杆转速混炼挤出,水冷拉条切粒经过筛分脱水制得无齒玻纤增强绿色环保聚碳酸脂材料。

9、实施例一,提供一种无卤玻纤增强绿色环保PC原料,由以下成分按重量比组成,PC:73.5%,环保玻纤:20%;抗氧剂:1.0%,SMA:3.0%,接枝PE:1.0%,其他助剂:1.5%;
10、先将PC烘干,然后与抗氧剂、SMA、接枝PE、其他助剂按照比例称量后在混料机中低速混合10分钟,混料机采用低速混合,不锈钢材质,搅拌叶应与筒壁间隙小于0.5厘米,原辅料混合效果应目视各种粒子和粉末基本均匀,没有明显团块或集聚,然后再及时经平行同向双螺杆挤出机在中等强度剪切的螺杆组合情况下由侧面按比例加入环保玻纤,双螺杆挤出机使用36长径比,在真空状态下,用275度温度保持180螺杆转速混炼挤出,水冷拉条切粒经过筛分脱水制得无卤玻纤增强绿色环保聚碳酸脂材料。

1.一种无卤玻纤PC及其制作工艺,其特征在于:是由以下成分按重量比组成,PC:47.5-95%,环保玻纤:5-35%;抗氧剂:0.1-2.0%,SMA:1-3.0%,接枝PE:0.1-2.0%,其他助剂:1.3-5.5%。
2.一种无卤玻纤PC及其制作工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:先将PC烘干,然后与抗氧剂、SMA、接枝PE、其他助剂按照比例称量后在混料机中低速混合10分钟,后再及时经平行同向双螺杆挤出机在中等强度剪切的螺杆组合情况下由侧面按比例加入环保玻纤,在真空状态下,用275度温度保持180螺杆转速混炼挤出,水冷拉条切粒经过筛分脱水制得无卤玻纤增强聚碳酸脂材料。
