背景技术
阻垢剂是具有能分散水中的难溶性无机盐、阻止或干扰难溶性无机盐在金属表面的沉淀、结垢功能,并维持金属设备有良好的传热效果的一类药剂。它具有优异的屏蔽、抗渗、防锈性能、良好的阻垢、导热性,优良的耐弱酸、强碱、有机溶剂等性能,它的附着力强,且膜层光亮、柔韧、致密、坚硬。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明提供了一种使用效果好的阻垢剂。
技术方案:一种阻垢剂,所述的阻垢剂由下列组份按照重量份数组成:2-羟基膦酸酰基乙酸20-30份,乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸18-22份,硫酸锌6-9份,苯并三氮唑1-4份,二甲基甲酰胺4-6份,余量为水。
作为优选,所述的阻垢剂由下列组份按照重量份数组成:2-羟基膦酸酰基乙酸26份,乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸19份,硫酸锌7份,苯并三氮唑3份,二甲基甲酰胺5份,余量为水。
有益效果:本发明适用范围广泛,稳定性好,处理效果好,在较低的添加量下具有优异的缓蚀和阻垢性能,能在设备表面形成一层致密的保护膜。
