Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of engineering machinery and discloses a spreading machine and an ironing plate counter bending device thereof. The ironing plate counter bending device of the spreading machine comprises a steel wire rope connected to the edge baffle of the ironing plate of the spreading machine, a tensioning oil cylinder connected with the steel wire rope and a swing rod mechanism hinged with the tensioning cylinder, wherein the swing rod mechanism is hinged on a swing rod base; the swing rod base is fixed at the front side of the spreading machine. The steel wire rope fixed on the edge baffle is tensioned by virtue of the tensioning oil cylinder, and then the swing rod mechanism connected to the spreading machine is used for carrying out large-angle tensioning, and when not in use, the swing rod mechanism and the tensioning oil cylinder are contracted to two sides of the spreading machine, so that less space is occupied, and the installation and detachment are simple and convenient.

Background
At present, a screed of a paver is extruded by paving materials in the working process, bending deformation exists in different degrees, and the wider the screed is, the more serious the deformation is. When the paver advances to work, the paving material in the spiral trough extrudes the screed plate, so that the screed plate of the paver is bent and deformed, and the normal work of the paver is influenced. The wider the screed width, the more pronounced the bending deformation.
In patent No. CN 200520027461. The baffle of the paver is prevented from deforming by installing the tensioned steel wire rope, but the front part of the baffle is inconvenient for installing and disassembling the fixed arm installed by the bolt.

Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides an anti-bending device for a screed of a paver, including a steel wire rope 1 respectively connected to screed side baffles 10 at two sides of a paver 01; further comprising: a tensioning oil cylinder 3 connected with the steel wire rope 1; a swing rod mechanism hinged with the tensioning oil cylinder 3; the swing rod mechanism is used for tensioning and supporting the steel wire rope, the swing rod mechanism is hinged to a swing rod seat 9, and the swing rod seat 9 is fixed to the front side of the paver 01.
The swing rod seats are respectively fixed on the two front sides of the paver, the swing rod seats are small in width and cannot enable the paver to be ultra-wide, and then the swing rod mechanisms are hinged to the swing rod seats, so that when the anti-bending device is disassembled, the swing rod mechanisms can be folded to the side wall area close to a vehicle body, too large space cannot be occupied, and the folded swing rod structures cannot enable the paver to be ultra-wide; when the device works, the swing rod mechanism is unfolded, the tensioning oil cylinder can be tensioned and supported, and then the effects of tensioning the steel wire rope 1 and the tensioning oil cylinder 3 are achieved. In addition, the length of the swing rod mechanism is adjustable, so that the stretching angle of the steel wire rope can be changed, and the stretching effect is improved.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the swing rod seat 9 is fixed at the inner side of the front counterweight of the paver 01, the width of the paver 01 can not be increased basically, one end of the swing rod 5 is hinged on the swing rod seat 9 and is attached to the side wall of the paver 01 after being folded, the width of too many pavers 01 can not be increased, the normal transportation of the paver 01 is not influenced, during the disassembly, the support rod 4 is firstly disassembled, the support rod seat 8 is borrowed, and then the swing rod 5 is rotated to the third hinge part 62 which is close to the side of the paver 01 and passes through the connecting seat 51 to be connected with the support rod seat 8. Simple structure, convenient dismounting and installation. The swing rod 5 is provided with a structure with adjustable length, so that the swing rod mechanism can provide variable-angle stretching for the steel wire rope 1; according to the invention, the swing rod 5 is preferably of a telescopic rod structure (not shown in the figure).
Further preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the swing rod 5 is further provided with a fixing seat 63 for fixing the tensioning cylinder 3 when the tensioning cylinder does not work and retracts. Further preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the first fall arrest device comprises: a first free tip 52 disposed at the end of the first hinge; a first locking bolt 7 for fixing the first spare head 52; the swing rod base 9 is further provided with a first threaded hole 71 for mounting the first locking bolt 7.

Besides a pin shaft hole connected with the swing rod 5, the swing rod seat 9 is also provided with a first threaded hole 71, and a first locking bolt 7 is arranged in the first threaded hole 71 to fix the first spare end 52 at the tail part of the swing rod 5, so that the swing rod 5 can be prevented from falling under the action of gravity after being unfolded.
