技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料技术领域,具体涉及一种滑石粉填充的聚碳酸酯合金材料。
背景技术
滑石粉特别是超细滑石粉具有较大的比表面积,当材料受到外力冲击时,可以吸收冲击能量,而实际中由于滑石粉表面存在极性亲水性基团,与聚碳酸酯的相容性并不理想,从而影响了超细滑石粉填充的效果,因此,有必要加以改良。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于提供一种有助于改善与聚碳酸酯相容性的滑石粉填充的聚碳酸酯合金材料。
本发明的任务是这样来完成的,一种滑石粉填充的聚碳酸酯合金材料,其是由以下重量份数的原料组成:

在本发明的另一个具体的实施例中,所述的相容剂为马来酸酐接枝的丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯树脂。

在本发明的再一个具体的实施例中,所述的的偶联剂为3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷。
在本发明的还有一个具体的实施例中,所述的稳定剂为2,5-二特丁基对苯二酚。
在本发明的更而一个具体的实施例中,所述的润滑剂为聚乙烯蜡。
由本发明提供的滑石粉填充的聚碳酸酯合金材料具有力学性能优异,弯曲强度 63~69MPa, 拉伸强度46~52MPa,拉伸模量1700~2100MPa, 断裂伸长率28~34%;与聚碳酸酯相容性好。

1.一种滑石粉填充的聚碳酸酯合金材料,其特征在于其是由以下重量份数的原料组成:
聚碳酸酯树脂   200~230份;
相容剂         85~98份;
超细滑石粉     40~46份;
偶联剂         0.3~0.6份;
稳定剂         0.5~0.8份;
润滑剂         2.2~3.2份,所述的聚碳酸酯树脂为双酚A型聚碳酸酯,所述的相容剂为马来酸酐接枝的丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯树脂,所述的超细滑石粉为粒径为5微米的超细滑石粉,所述的的偶联剂为3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷,所述的稳定剂为2,5-二特丁基对苯二酚,所述的润滑剂为聚乙烯蜡
