背景技术

滑块在实践中可以是人工操作的。例如,联接到滑块的可移动操作元件可伸出淋浴喷头的外壳之外。基于所需的功能模式方式,使用者可使操作元件移位到第一终止位置以打开通往外喷嘴的供应流,或者移位到与第一终止位置相反的第二终止位置以关闭通往外喷嘴的供应流。滑块也可形成在中心的扩散器的外周上。中心的扩散器可具有外周,所述外周沿柱表面延伸,伸进外壳中且具有彼此相对定位的两个开口。在第一旋转位置,这些开口与外导水流通道对准。在这一旋转位置,水从连接部流到所有扩散器。在第二旋转位置,外导水流通道被柱状的外周阻挡,水流仅通过中心的扩散器排出。为了使中心扩散器的外周转动,中心扩散器以可转动的方式固定在外壳上。
实际上,外壳可设计得非常扁平。位于外壳上并形成用于连接水管的连接部的接头以及可能的外壳的紧固机构可以相对于外壳平面仅倾斜极小的程度。这意味着,外壳本身很适合堆叠并且可按照节省空间的方式储存。不过,具有扁平外壳的淋浴喷头也可按照节省空间的方式安置在箱子或袋子里,由此例如可用于旅行。

具体实施方式
从图4中可以看出,特别地,淋浴喷头包括细长外壳1,外壳1的中心线沿圆形延伸,管状的接头2布置在外壳1上,接头2的自由端设置有外螺纹3。外螺纹3用于紧固在水管4上(见图1-3)。中空的接头2导引水从水管4到外壳1内。外壳1能方便地通过塑料注射成型而制成。
五个扩散器5布置在外壳1的下侧上,这些扩散器5具有多个通孔以形成向外出水的喷嘴6。特别地,如图5所示,扩散器5包括凸形设计,使扩散器5由此产生锥形的喷射水流7。图4显示扩散器5基本在细长的曲形的外壳1的整个长度上延伸。扩散器5的直径仅略小于外壳1的宽度。如果所有的扩散器启用,则根据本发明的淋浴喷头产生在曲形的外壳1的整个表面区域上延伸的水帘。考虑到每个扩散器的锥形的喷射水流,各单独扩散器5的喷射水流距淋浴喷头下侧的小距离处汇合到一起,结果形成闭合的水帘。这例如通过图1和图2可见。优选地,正在进行淋浴的人8将根据本发明的淋浴喷头布置在其颈部,因而水帘喷淋到正在进行淋浴的人8的颈部和肩部(如图1和2所示),但是其头发仍是干的。
能够人工致动的杆9构成关闭装置的一部分,能够人工致动的杆9布置在淋浴喷头的上侧上。关闭装置具有拱顶10,拱顶10固定到杆9并以可转动的方式装容在外壳1中。拱顶10形成用于使水流到侧部扩散器5的环形的关闭滑块。第一开关位置打开通往所有喷嘴的水流,这一开关位置如图11和12中所示。拱顶10具有开口11,开口11彼此相对定位,在此第一开关位置,开口11与流通通道12对准,流通通道12布置在将拱顶10封装的外壳1的壁中。进入拱顶的水流能通过开口11和流通通道12流入外壳1的侧部区域,并能从淋浴喷头整个长度上的所有扩散器5流出。
结果形成的水帘如图1和2中所示。
流入的水流动通过拱顶10的上区域中的水流入口13。水流入口13在近90°的角度区域中延伸,而且在处于两个开关位置(其相对于彼此以90°错开)之间的拱顶10的任何所希望旋转位置处,打开流通通道供水从接头2内流入拱顶10内。
拱顶10的第二旋转位置如图8和10中所示。在此,开口11相对于流通通道12旋转90°。拱顶10的壁阻止水流进入外壳1的侧部区域。如图8所示,在拱顶10的这一旋转位置,水能专门通过位于拱顶10的正下方的中心的淋浴喷头5排出。在拱顶10的这一旋转位置,中心的扩散器5承受水管4的总的水压。从图3中可以看出,喷射冲洗水流(rinsing jet)从中心的扩散器5排出。这种喷射冲洗水流比当通过全部扩散器5排出时形成的水帘更强。
应指出的是,特别地如图8至12中所示的关闭装置仅为例子,这种关闭装置的任何其他所希望的实施例是可想到的。例如,可利用滑块关闭供水流向侧部扩散器的开口。同样,还可将拱顶10与扩散器5制成为单一部件,由此可简单地通过旋转所述扩散器5而关闭侧面的扩散器。在外壳1上或其附近的任何其它所希望的关闭机构都能用于关闭进入侧部的扩散器的水流。有利地,关闭装置还可被设计为仅需要一个把手在关闭装置的两个开关位置之间往复开关切换(switch)。
图13至17显示根据本发明的淋浴喷头的进一步实施例。
外壳1'在此通过塑料注射成型而制成。外壳1'包括多个外壳壳体,壳体相互胶粘或者螺纹连接。外壳1'的下部壳体具有喷嘴6'。这些喷嘴6'可采用橡胶塑料材料进行两组分注射成型而引入硬外壳壳体中。
特别地,图14中能清楚的看出位于外壳侧翼中的喷嘴6',也就是说,远离外壳1'中心的各喷嘴6'相互分开的距离大于外壳中心处的各喷嘴6'之间的距离。布置在外壳中心的每平方厘米的喷嘴的数量几乎双倍于布置在外壳1'侧部部分(侧翼)中每平方厘米的喷嘴的数量。这意味着,当外壳的翼关闭时在所述中心处排出的喷射水流很强,能可靠地冲洗掉肥皂和香波。
在图13至17的实施例中,水流通过接触滑块14而往复开关切换。接触滑块14能以接头2'方向以按钮的方式推入外壳1'。如图15和16所示,接触滑块14通过联接元件22而连接到关闭主体20。与接触滑块14相反地,复位弹簧21抵靠关闭主体20而作用。复位弹簧21沿接触滑块14的方向推动关闭主体。锁定机构(图中没有显示)以与圆珠笔类似的锁定机制起作用,并限定接触滑块14以及关闭主体20的两个锁定位置。第一锁定位置如图15中所示。在此,接触滑块14被推入外壳1',且关闭主体20允许水流到淋浴喷头的所有喷嘴6'。图15显示出,关闭主体20具有两个侧臂,每一个侧臂在其端部上都设有密封圈15和密封凸部16。导向中心的喷嘴6'的第一流截面(flow crosssection)17在关闭主体20的两个锁定位置都是敞开的。导向侧部的喷嘴6'的第二流截面18在第一开关位置是完全敞开的(图15),在第二开关位置则通过密封圈15被完全封闭(图16)。因此,在第二开关位置(图16),密封圈15关闭通往外壳1'侧部区域的水流。
如图15和16中可见,通往外壳侧部区域的水流在一方面沿压力施加主体20的细长臂流动,另一方面通过相对较细的管19流动。这使得对于通往外壳1'侧部区域的水流实现节流。为此,当第二流截面18敞开时,通往中心的喷嘴6'的水流不会显著强于通往侧部喷嘴的水流。密封凸部16在第一开关位置时伸进第一流截面中并部分地封闭第一流截面。结果,第一流截面17的敞开的表面积减小,经过此流截面17的水流被节流。这形成了通过外壳1'侧部区域中的喷嘴6'和通过外壳1'中心处的喷嘴6'的大致均匀的水流。
接触滑块14的按钮(pushbutton)式驱动使得这种关闭装置的操作很简单,因此正在进行淋浴的人即使眼睛闭合也能用湿手可靠地操作关闭装置。

Claims (12)

1.一种淋浴喷头,所述淋浴喷头具有刚性的外壳(1,1'),其中,
所述刚性的外壳(1,1')具有连接部与一水管(4)连接,
所述刚性的外壳(1,1')具有至少一个水流通道,所述水流通道能够连接到所述水管(4),
所述水流通道向外通入喷嘴(6,6'),
所述喷嘴(6,6')布置在所述刚性的外壳(1,1')的在使用时朝向下方的一侧上,
所述喷嘴(6,6')具有穿过所述喷嘴排出的喷射水流,
所述刚性的外壳(1,1')具有一细长的扁平形状,
各所述喷嘴(6,6')主要分布在整个长度的所述刚性的外壳(1,1')上,
所述淋浴喷头被分配一能够人工致动的关闭装置,
通过所述关闭装置能够中断通往一些所述喷嘴(6,6')的水流,
其特征在于以下特征:
所述刚性的外壳(1,1')包括被设计成不能关闭的中心喷嘴以及远离所述刚性的外壳的中心且以可关闭方式设计的侧部喷嘴,
所述能够人工致动的关闭装置布置在所述刚性的外壳(1,1')上,
所述能够人工致动的关闭装置具有两个开关位置,
所述关闭装置在第一开关位置时打开通往所述淋浴喷头的所有所述喷嘴(6,6')的水流,
所述关闭装置在第二开关位置时中断通往远离所述刚性的外壳(1,1')的中心的所述侧部喷嘴的水流,
所述淋浴喷头具有至少两个流截面(17,18),水流动通过至少一个第一流截面(17)到布置在所述刚性的外壳的中心的所述中心喷嘴,水流动通过至少一个第二流截面(18)到远离所述刚性的外壳(1')的中心的所述侧部喷嘴,所述关闭装置在所述第二开关位置时关闭所述至少一个第二流截面(18)。
2.如权利要求1所述的淋浴喷头,其特征在于,
所述喷嘴(6,6')沿一曲形中心线布置。
3.如权利要求1所述的淋浴喷头,其特征在于,
在所述刚性的外壳(1,1')的在使用时朝向下方的一侧具有曲形中心线。
4.如权利要求1所述的淋浴喷头,其特征在于,
在所述第一开关位置时,所述关闭装置部分关闭所述第一流截面(17)并打开所述第二流截面(18)。
5.如权利要求1所述的淋浴喷头,其特征在于,
所述关闭装置具有接触滑块(14),所述接触滑块(14)能够与复位弹簧相反地设置,
在所述接触滑块(14)受到第一推动的情况下,所述接触滑块(14)保持在第一锁定位置,在接触滑块(14)受到第二推动的情况下,所述接触滑块(14)保持在第二锁定位置,
其中,所述接触滑块(14)在其第一锁定位置时使所述关闭装置移动到其第一开关位置,所述接触滑块(14)在其第二锁定位置时使所述关闭装置移动到其第二开关位置。
6.如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的淋浴喷头,其特征在于,所述淋浴喷头具有至少一个以下特征:
与水管(4)连接的连接部布置在所述刚性的外壳的中心处;
所述刚性的外壳(1,1')的紧固机构布置在所述刚性的外壳的中心处;
在单位表面区域中,布置在所述刚性的外壳中心处的所述中心喷嘴的数量大于布置在远离所述刚性的外壳中心的所述侧部喷嘴的数量。
7.如权利要求6所述的淋浴喷头,其特征在于,
所述与水管(4)连接的连接部是设有外螺纹(3)的接头(2),其中所述外螺纹(3)同时用作所述刚性的外壳(1,1')的紧固机构。
8.如权利要求1所述的淋浴喷头,其特征在于,多个扩散器(5)沿中心线布置在所述刚性的外壳(1,1')的下侧上,每一个所述扩散器(5)上具有形成所述喷嘴(6,6')的多个通孔。
9.如权利要求8所述的淋浴喷头,其特征在于,
每一个所述扩散器(5)被构造为使其产生由多个独立喷射流形成的锥形发散的喷射水流。
10.如权利要求8所述的淋浴喷头,其特征在于,
一滑块使导向外喷嘴的水流通道关闭。
11.如权利要求10所述的淋浴喷头,其特征在于,
所述滑块以环形方式包围中心扩散器,在第一旋转位置时关闭导向所述外喷嘴的水流通道,在第二旋转位置时打开导向所述外喷嘴的水流通道。
12.如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的淋浴喷头,其特征在于,
所述刚性的外壳(1,1')通过注射成型塑料材料或金属而制成。
