Abstract
本发明涉及一种镜片传递装置，包括窗体、镶有透明玻璃的内门和外门，所述窗体内设有双向锁，双向锁两头分别与内门和外门上相应的扣槽相扣，所述窗体通过隔板分为两层，所述窗体的下层为清洗槽，所述清洗槽内设置有过滤层，所述内门、外门的四周安装有软体垫。本发明结构简单，通过软体垫保护了玻璃不会震碎，且设置的双层结构可以放置不同的镜片，并且能进行清洗，节省了下道工序，提高了工作效率，且只能同时打开一扇门，密封性好，防止了无尘车间与非无尘车间之间空气的流通，保证了产品以及设备的质量，具有很好的经济效益。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种传递装置，尤其涉及一种用于光学器件的镜片传递装置。
背景技术
在制造数码相机、摄像机等设备中使用的圆形光学玻璃镜片一般是先通过选原材料、切割、超声波清洗，再进行镀膜、光谱及外观检测，接着将玻璃镜片粘结在一起形成玻璃方柱，再通过内圆切割机将玻璃方柱切成小块小块的玻璃方柱，最后通过磨圆机进行磨圆、泡胶、清洗，得到所需的圆形玻璃镜片。镜片有时需要在非无尘车间与无尘车间之间传递，但是非无尘车间内存在大量的粉尘和杂质，会影响到无尘车间内的设备，因此需要在非无尘车间与无尘车间之间设置传递装置，当非无尘车间的窗口打开时，无尘车间的窗口不能打开，而当无尘车间的窗口打开时，非无尘车间的窗口不能打开。并且由于车间之间的传递窗上设置有玻璃，当用力关闭传递窗的时候，容易使得传递窗上的玻璃被震碎，严重浪费了材料，增大了企业的成本。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术的不足，提供一种结构简单、气密性好、便于控制的镜片传递装置。
为达到上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案为：一种镜片传递装置，包括窗体、镶有透明玻璃的内门和外门，所述窗体内设有双向锁，双向锁两头分别与内门和外门上相应的扣槽相扣，所述窗体通过隔板分为两层，所述窗体的下层为清洗槽，所述清洗槽内设置有过滤层，所述内门、外门的四周安装有软体垫。
本发明一个较佳实施例中，镜片传递装置进一步包括所述过滤层为格栅。
本发明一个较佳实施例中，镜片传递装置进一步包括所述过滤层采用不锈钢材料制成。
本发明解决了背景技术中存在的缺陷，本发明结构简单，通过软体垫保护了玻璃不会震碎，且设置的双层结构可以放置不同的镜片，并且能进行清洗，节省了下道工序，提高了工作效率，且只能同时打开一扇门，密封性好，防止了无尘车间与非无尘车间之间空气的流通，保证了产品以及设备的质量，具有很好的经济效益。

现在结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明，这些附图均为简化的示意图，仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构，因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1所示，一种镜片传递装置，包括窗体1、镶有透明玻璃2的内门3和外门4，所述窗体1内设有双向锁5，双向锁5两头分别与内门3和外门4上相应的扣槽6相扣，当内门3打开时，双向锁5与外门4上的扣槽6扣合，外门4锁紧；当外门4打开时，双向锁5与内门3上的扣槽6扣合，内门3锁紧，避免了无尘车间与非无尘车间之间空气的流通，阻止了粉尘和杂质进入无尘车间，保证了产品以及设备的质量，
本发明优选所述窗体1通过隔板7分为两层，隔板7上可以放置不用泡胶的玻璃方片，所述窗体1的下层为清洗槽8，所述清洗槽8内设置有过滤层9，可将需要进行泡胶的镜片通过清洗夹具放置在清洗槽8内的过滤层9上，通过在清洗槽内8倒入酒精等对镜片进行清洗，不仅节省了容置空间，还节省了下道清洗工序，提高了工作效率，且镜片上清洗掉的杂质能沉淀到过滤层9下，防止污染，提高了清洁度，保证了清洁效果。
进一步，本发明优选所述过滤层9为格栅，但并不局限于格栅，还可以为其他的可以漏掉杂质且能搁置镜片清洗夹具的结构，且所述过滤层9采用不锈钢材料制成，不仅耐腐蚀，而且具有一定的强度。
更进一步，为了有效减缓关门的速度，防止内门3或外门4关闭时用力过大导致透明玻璃2被震碎的情况，所述内门3、外门4的四周安装有软体垫10。

1.一种镜片传递装置，包括窗体、镶有透明玻璃的内门和外门，所述窗体内设有双向锁，双向锁两头分别与内门和外门上相应的扣槽相扣，其特征在于：所述窗体通过隔板分为两层，所述窗体的下层为清洗槽，所述清洗槽内设置有过滤层，所述内门、外门的四周安装有软体垫。
2.根据权利要求1所述的镜片传递装置，其特征在于：所述过滤层为格栅。
3.根据权利要求2所述的镜片传递装置，其特征在于：所述过滤层采用不锈钢材料制成。
