本实用新型涉及太阳能光伏组件领域，具体为一种电池串组件清洁设备。
背景技术
目前，国内外光伏组件的外观及性能至关重要，既要求外观符合组件要求，又要求组件在生产过程中尽量减少因组件内部外观造成的返工浪费，特别是特大的组件。在这种矛盾的情况下，现有外观检测台和人员已经无法满足要求。目前国内外还没有关于清扫电池片这方面技术报道。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种电池串组件清洁设备，以解决现有技术的特大的太阳能电池组件内部外观不良返工的问题。
本实用新型解决技术问题提供如下方案：
一种电池串组件清洁设备，包括翻转盘和清扫盘，其特征在于：所述清扫盘放置在工作台上，所述清扫盘内具有电池串清扫槽，所述清扫盘上盖有翻转盘，所述翻转盘之间可互相扣合。
所述电池串组件清洁设备还包括有高分子材料制成的清扫刷。
本实用新型将待清扫的电池板放置在清扫盘内，用清扫刷进行清扫，清扫完一面之后，将翻转盘盖在清扫盘上，将清扫盘翻转一下，打开翻转盘对电池串的另一面进行清扫。

具体实施方式
参见附图，一种电池串组件清洁设备，包括翻转盘2和清扫盘1，所述清扫盘1放置在工作台3上，所述清扫盘2内具有电池串清扫槽4，所述清扫盘1上盖有翻转盘2，所述翻转盘2之间可互相扣合。
所述电池串组件清洁设备还包括有高分子材料制成的清扫刷5。

1.一种电池串组件清洁设备，包括翻转盘和清扫盘，其特征在于：所述清扫盘放置在工作台上，所述清扫盘内具有电池串清扫槽，所述清扫盘上盖有翻转盘，所述翻转盘之间可互相扣合。
2.根据权利要求1所述电池串组件清洁设备，其特征在于：所述电池串组件清洁设备还包括有高分子材料制成的清扫刷。
