Abstract
The invention discloses an antibacterial polypropylene plastic and a preparation method of the antibacterial polypropylene plastic. The antibacterial polypropylene plastic comprises the following components by weight: 100 parts of polypropylene, 0.2-0.6 parts of antibacterial agent and 0.1-0.5 parts of dispersant, wherein the antibacterial agent is one or a mixture of nanometer zinc oxide, nanometer silver oxide, polyhexamethyleneguanidine phosphate and N-(trichloromethylthio) phthalimide. The antibacterial polypropylene plastic still has good effects of inhibiting and killing bacteria and preventing mould after being used for a long time, and is not influenced by factors such as illumination and temperature. The antibacterial polypropylene plastic can be easily processed by an injection process into automotive upholsteries in various shapes, such as an inner cover plate for a glove box, a glove box hopper, an auxiliary instrument board body, a storage box gasket and a panel storage box.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an antibacterial plastic and a preparation method thereof, in particular to an antibacterial polypropylene plastic and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the rapid development of industry and the continuous improvement of people's living standard, people pay more and more attention to environmental sanitation and self-health. Microorganisms such as harmful bacteria, fungi and viruses in the natural world are the main causes of infection and disease induction in human beings. Black death, which causes death of one third of the european population in the middle of the 14 th century of the united nations, and influenza, which causes death of over 2000 million people worldwide in the early 20 th century; pathogenic Escherichia coli O-157 in Japan nationwide, "mad cow disease" and "foot-and-mouth disease" in England, "anthracnose" in America and SARS (Severe acute respiratory syndrome) in spring and summer of 2003 have direct relationship with pathogenic microorganisms.
With the improvement of living standard, the requirements of people on the environment are higher and higher. Therefore, the production of antibacterial materials has become a new industry, and the research on antibacterial agents in various countries in the world is more important.
The antibacterial plastic is characterized in that an antibacterial agent is added into the plastic, so that the plastic has antibacterial property, bacteria stained on the plastic can be killed or inhibited within a certain time, and compared with the conventional chemical and physical methods, the antibacterial plastic has long sterilization time, and is economical and convenient. The antibacterial agent can be classified into 3 types of inorganic, organic and natural biological antibacterial agents. Because different antibacterial agents have different antibacterial action mechanisms and effectiveness on the same pathogenic bacteria and different antibacterial action mechanisms and inhibition ranges of the same antibacterial agent on different pathogenic bacteria, the research on the antibacterial agent which is long-acting, broad-spectrum, high-efficiency and safe is needed, and the research on the antibacterial mechanism is very important.
At present, no polypropylene plastic is available, and can effectively resist bacteria.

In view of the above-mentioned deficiencies in the prior art, the present invention provides an antibacterial polypropylene plastic.
The second technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a method for preparing the above-mentioned antibacterial polypropylene plastic.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the antibacterial polypropylene plastic comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of polypropylene, 0.2-0.6 part of antibacterial agent and 0.1-0.5 part of dispersing agent.

the antibacterial agent is one or a mixture of nano zinc oxide, nano silver oxide, polyhexamethylene guanidine phosphate and N- (trichloromethylthio) phthalimide.
The antibacterial agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 25-35 parts of nano zinc oxide, 30-50 parts of nano silver oxide, 4-8 parts of polyhexamethylene guanidine phosphate and 2-6 parts of N- (trichloromethylthio) phthalimide. The antibacterial agent can be prepared by uniformly stirring and mixing nano zinc oxide, nano silver oxide, polyhexamethylene guanidine phosphate and N- (trichloromethylthio) phthalimide.
The dispersing agent is one or a mixture of stearic acid, polyethylene wax and liquid paraffin.
The polypropylene is copolymerized polypropylene.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the antibacterial polypropylene plastic, which comprises the following steps:
weighing the raw materials according to the proportion, uniformly mixing, melting, mixing, extruding and granulating to obtain the antibacterial polypropylene plastic.
Obviously, other additives, such as flame retardants, colorants, antioxidants, and the like, can also be added to the composition of the present invention to improve other properties of the product.
Specifically, in the present invention:
the nano zinc oxide has a particle size of 10-80 nm.
The nano silver oxide has a particle size of 10-80 nm.
N- (trichloromethylthio) phthalimideN- (trichloromethylithio) phthalamide, CAS accession No.: 133-07-3, the chemical structural formula is as follows:
polyhexamethylene guanidine phosphate, CAS accession No.: 89697-78-9. The chemical structural formula is as follows:
stearic acid, alternative name: octadecanoic acid, english name: stearic acid, CAS number: 57-11-4.
Polyethylene wax, also known as PE wax, is a chemical material that is in the form of white microbeads/flakes formed from an ethylene-polymerizing rubber processing agent.
Liquid paraffin, another name: paraffin oil, white oil, english name: liquid paraffin.
The antibacterial polypropylene plastic prepared by the invention has a broad-spectrum antibacterial effect, and particularly, the invention adopts the compounding of the inorganic antibacterial agent and the organic antibacterial agent, and the composite antibacterial agent combines the advantages of the inorganic antibacterial agent and the organic antibacterial agent, thereby not only having the immediate effect and the persistence of the organic antibacterial agent, but also having the safety and the discoloration resistance of the inorganic antibacterial agent, and simultaneously playing the role of synergy and antibacterial.
The antibacterial polypropylene plastic disclosed by the invention still has strong effects of inhibiting bacteria, killing bacteria and preventing mildew after being used for a long time, and is not influenced by factors such as illumination, temperature and the like.
The antibacterial polypropylene plastic can be easily processed into automotive interior parts with various shapes by an injection molding process, such as glove box inner cover plates, glove box hoppers, auxiliary instrument board bodies, storage box liners and panel storage boxes.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples.
Example 1
The raw materials were weighed according to the data in table 1 corresponding to example 1. The components are uniformly mixed in a high-speed mixer, the rotating speed is controlled to be 300-400 r/min, the mixture is mixed for 5-10 min, then the mixture is melted, mixed and extruded in a double-screw extruder for granulation, the temperature of a cylinder is controlled to be 200-220 ℃, and the extruded polypropylene material is cooled and molded in cold water at 10-40 ℃ to obtain the antibacterial polypropylene plastic.

In table 1, the polypropylene resin is a polypropylene copolymer PP K7726H produced by yanshan petrochemical company; nano zinc oxide with particle size of 10-80 nm; the nano silver oxide has a particle size of 10-80 nm.

The raw materials were weighed according to the data in Table 1 corresponding to example 5. The antibacterial polypropylene plastic was prepared by the method described in example 1.
Comparative example 1
The raw materials were weighed according to the data in table 1 corresponding to comparative example 1. The polypropylene plastic was prepared using the method described in example 1.
Test example
The polypropylene plastics of examples 1 to 5 and comparative example 1 were tested for their general properties and antibacterial properties.
Antibacterial test standard: QB/T2591-2003A test method for antibacterial property and antibacterial effect of antibacterial plastic.
Detection bacteria: escherichia coli (Escherichia coli) ATCC 25922, Staphylococcus aureus (Staphylococcus aureus) ATCC 6538.

After the antibacterial polypropylene plastic disclosed by the invention is added with the antibacterial agent, the mechanical properties are hardly influenced.
The invention adopts the compounding use of the inorganic antibacterial agent and the organic antibacterial agent, the composite antibacterial agent combines the advantages of the inorganic antibacterial agent and the organic antibacterial agent, not only has the immediate effect and the persistence of the organic antibacterial agent, but also has the safety and the discoloration resistance of the inorganic antibacterial agent, and particularly adopts the following composite antibacterial agents in specific raw materials and proportion: 25-35 parts of nano zinc oxide, 30-50 parts of nano silver oxide, 4-8 parts of polyhexamethylene guanidine phosphate and 2-6 parts of N- (trichloromethylthio) phthalimide, and also has the function of synergistic antibiosis.

4. The antibacterial polypropylene plastic according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein: the dispersing agent is one or a mixture of stearic acid, polyethylene wax and liquid paraffin.
5. The antibacterial polypropylene plastic according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein: the polypropylene is copolymerized polypropylene.
6. The antimicrobial polypropylene plastic of claim 4, wherein: the polypropylene is copolymerized polypropylene.
7. The method for preparing an antibacterial polypropylene plastic according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein: weighing the raw materials according to the proportion, uniformly mixing, melting, mixing, extruding and granulating.
