According to analysis of the table 2, the mechanical properties of the embodiment 1-3 and the comparative example 1-3 are close, the drawer rock plate effect composite material for the refrigerator is suitable for preparing a drawer body, and the tensile strength and the bending strength of the prepared drawer body are improved by adding the marble powder into the raw materials; meanwhile, the raw materials are selected from the adaptive toughening agent and the compatible agent, so that the impact property of the prepared drawer body and the uniformity of the composite material can be ensured, and the appearance of the drawer body has a rock plate effect and is free of impurities; in addition, the raw materials are selected from the adaptive antibacterial agent mixture, so that the antibacterial rate of the drawer body can reach more than 99.9%, the antibacterial performance of the drawer body is greatly improved, the freshness and odor removing capability of the drawer on food is prolonged, and the application effect is remarkable.

50-70 parts of PP resin powder;
10-30 parts of a toughening agent;
10-20 parts of marble powder;
5-10 parts of a compatilizer;
0.5-2 parts of an antibacterial agent mixture;
1-5 parts of a functional assistant;
0.5-2 parts of pigment.
2. The refrigerator drawer composite having a rock plate appearance effect according to claim 1, wherein the PP resin powder is random copolymerized PP prepared by simultaneously polymerizing ethylene molecules with a weight fraction of 1-4% and propylene molecules with a weight fraction of 99-96%.
3. The refrigerator drawer composite with rock-plate appearance effect of claim 1, wherein the toughening agent is an ethylene-based linear copolymer.
4. A refrigerator drawer composite with slate appearance effect according to claim 3 wherein the ethylene-based linear copolymer is ethylene vinyl acetate.
5. A refrigerator drawer composite with slate appearance effect according to claim 1 wherein the marble powder is white limestone powder with black patterns, the particle size of which is 200-300 mesh.
6. The refrigerator drawer composite with rock-plate appearance effect of claim 1, wherein the compatibilizer is polypropylene grafted maleic anhydride.
7. The refrigerator drawer composite with rock plate appearance effect of claim 1, wherein the antimicrobial mixture is a silver-zinc composite antimicrobial, wherein the weight ratio of silver-based antimicrobial to zinc-based antimicrobial is 2.
8. The refrigerator drawer composite with slate appearance effect of claim 7, wherein the silver-based antimicrobial is a nano silver oxide antimicrobial; the zinc-based antibacterial agent is a nano zinc oxide antibacterial agent.

The refrigerator drawer composite material with the rock plate appearance effect according to claim 1, wherein the functional auxiliary agent is a compound system of a lubricant and an antioxidant; wherein, the weight ratio of the lubricant to the antioxidant is 3; the antioxidant is one or more of antioxidant 1010, antioxidant 1035 and antioxidant 1076.
10. The preparation method of the refrigerator drawer composite material with the rock plate appearance effect is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
(1) Weighing the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 50-70 parts of PP resin powder, 10-30 parts of toughening agent, 10-20 parts of marble powder, 5-10 parts of compatilizer, 0.5-2 parts of antibacterial agent mixture, 1-5 parts of functional assistant and 0.5-2 parts of pigment, wherein the marble powder is divided into two groups according to equal weight;
(2) Firstly, uniformly stirring and mixing the compatilizer, the antibacterial agent mixture, the functional assistant and the pigment to obtain an assistant mixture;
(3) Putting PP resin powder and a toughening agent into a mixer, stirring for 2 minutes at the rotating speed of 100-500r/min, adding a group of marble powder, stirring for 10 minutes, adding the auxiliary agent mixture obtained in the step (2), stirring for 5 minutes at the rotating speed of 1000-1500r/min, then adding another group of marble powder, and continuously stirring for 10 minutes at the rotating speed of 100-500r/min to obtain a composite material powdery mixture;
(4) Extruding and granulating the composite material powder mixture obtained in the step (3) by using a double-screw extruder to obtain composite material particles, wherein the granulation temperature range is 170-210 ℃;
(5) And (5) placing the composite material particles obtained in the step (4) into an injection molding machine for casting molding to obtain an injection molded drawer body, wherein the injection molding temperature is 180-220 ℃.
