Abstract

本发明提供一种触摸液晶显示装置、液晶显示面板、阵列基板及彩膜基板,属于液晶显示领域。触摸液晶显示面板包括阵列基板和彩膜基板,所述阵列基板上形成有GOA电路,所述彩膜基板外侧形成有触摸信号传输线,所述触摸液晶显示面板还包括:位于所述GOA电路与所述触摸信号传输线之间的屏蔽电极,所述屏蔽电极用于屏蔽所述GOA电路的时钟信号对所述触摸信号传输线的触摸感应信号造成的干扰。本发明能够降低GOA电路的时钟信号对触摸信号传输线的触摸感应信号造成的干扰。

Description

触摸液晶显示装置、液晶显示面板、阵列基板及彩膜基板
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种触摸液晶显示装置、液晶显示面板、阵列基板及彩膜基板。
背景技术
目前市场上的触摸屏包括外挂式触摸屏和集成触摸屏,集成触摸屏是在生产液晶面板的同时把触摸板集成进去。集成触摸屏的集成方式有两种,一种是将触摸板的功能集成在液晶面板的彩膜基板外侧(也称为on-cell集成方式),另一种是将触摸板的功能集成在液晶面板的彩膜基板和阵列基板之间,一般是直接集成在彩膜基板的内侧(也称为in-cell集成方式)。
图1为on-cell集成方式的触摸液晶显示面板的结构示意图。如图1所示,所述触摸液晶显示面板包括阵列基板1和彩膜基板2,所述彩膜基板2的外侧形成有触摸电极单元21和触摸信号传输线22,所述触摸信号传输线22位于所述彩膜基板2的非显示区域。
在一些液晶显示器中,将栅线驱动电路做到了阵列基板上,这种栅线驱动电路称为阵列基板行驱动(Gate On Array,GOA)电路。GOA技术的应用可减少生产工艺程序,降低产品工艺成本,提高液晶面板的集成度。对应于图1,则所述阵列基板1上形成有GOA电路11,所述GOA电路11形成在阵列基板1的非显示区域。
对于高级超维场转换(ADvanced Super Dimension Switch,ADS)模式的液晶显示面板,其彩膜基板上不存在公共电极,公共电极和像素电极均做在阵列基板上,利用公共电极和像素电极之间的边缘场效应驱动液晶进行显示。这样,对于ADS模式的触摸液晶显示面板,其GOA电路的时钟信号对触摸信号传输线的触摸感应信号就会造成干扰,造成触摸屏功能的异常。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种触摸液晶显示装置、液晶显示面板、阵列基板及彩膜基板,能够降低GOA电路的时钟信号对触摸信号传输线的触摸感应信号造成的干扰。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供技术方案如下:
一种触摸液晶显示面板,包括阵列基板和彩膜基板,所述阵列基板上形成有GOA电路,所述彩膜基板外侧形成有触摸信号传输线,所述触摸液晶显示面板还包括:
位于所述GOA电路与所述触摸信号传输线之间的屏蔽电极,所述屏蔽电极用于屏蔽所述GOA电路的时钟信号对所述触摸信号传输线的触摸感应信号造成的干扰。
上述的触摸液晶显示面板,其中:所述屏蔽电极位于所述阵列基板上,且覆盖所述GOA电路。
上述的触摸液晶显示面板,其中:
所述屏蔽电极接地;或者,
所述屏蔽电极与所述阵列基板上的公共电极连接。
上述的触摸液晶显示面板,其中:所述屏蔽电极位于所述彩膜基板的外侧,且位于所述触摸信号传输线下方。
上述的触摸液晶显示面板,其中:
所述屏蔽电极接地;或者,
所述屏蔽电极外接公共电极。
一种阵列基板,用于触摸液晶显示面板,所述触摸液晶显示面板包括所述阵列基板和彩膜基板,所述阵列基板上形成有GOA电路,所述彩膜基板的外侧形成有触摸感应线,所述阵列基板还包括:
覆盖所述GOA电路的屏蔽电极,所述屏蔽电极用于屏蔽所述GOA电路的时钟信号对所述触摸信号传输线的触摸感应信号造成的干扰。
上述的阵列基板,其中:
所述屏蔽电极接地;或者,
所述屏蔽电极与所述阵列基板上的公共电极连接。
一种彩膜基板,用于触摸液晶显示面板,所述触摸液晶显示面板包括阵列基板和所述彩膜基板,所述阵列基板上形成有GOA电路,所述彩膜基板的外侧形成有触摸信号传输线,所述彩膜基板还包括:
位于所述彩膜基板的外侧、且位于所述触摸信号传输线下方的屏蔽电极,所述屏蔽电极用于屏蔽所述GOA电路的时钟信号对所述触摸信号传输线的触摸感应信号造成的干扰。
上述的彩膜基板,其中:
所述屏蔽电极接地;或者,
所述屏蔽电极外接公共电极。
一种触摸液晶显示装置,包括上述的触摸液晶显示面板。
与现有技术相比,本发明通过在阵列基板的GOA电路与彩膜基板的触摸信号传输线之间设置屏蔽电极,利用所述屏蔽电极来屏蔽所述GOA电路的时钟信号对所述触摸信号传输线的触摸感应信号造成的干扰,从而提高了触摸屏的触摸性能。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图及具体实施例对本发明进行详细描述。
为解决现有技术中存在的、阵列基板上的GOA电路的时钟信号对彩膜基板上的触摸信号传输线的触摸感应信号造成的干扰,本发明实施例提供一种触摸液晶显示面板,包括阵列基板和彩膜基板,所述阵列基板上形成有GOA电路,所述彩膜基板的外侧形成有触摸信号传输线,所述触摸液晶显示面板还包括:位于所述GOA电路与所述触摸信号传输线之间的屏蔽电极。这样,利用所述屏蔽电极就能够屏蔽所述GOA电路的时钟信号对所述触摸信号传输线的触摸感应信号造成的干扰,从而提高了触摸屏的触摸性能。
以下给出本发明的两种具体实施例
实施例1
图2为本发明实施例1的触摸液晶显示面板的结构示意图。参照图2,所述触摸液晶显示面板包括阵列基板1和彩膜基板2,其中:
所述彩膜基板2的远离阵列基板1的外侧形成有触摸电极单元21和触摸信号传输线22,所述触摸信号传输线22位于所述彩膜基板2的非显示区域;
所述阵列基板1上形成有GOA电路11,所述GOA电路11形成在阵列基板1的非显示区域,并且,所述GOA电路11上覆盖有屏蔽电极12,所述屏蔽电极12用于屏蔽所述GOA电路11的时钟信号对所述触摸信号传输线22的触摸感应信号造成的干扰。
该触摸液晶显示面板可以是ADS模式的液晶显示面板,所述屏蔽电极12可以接地;或者,所述屏蔽电极12可以与所述阵列基板1上的公共电极连接,这样,利用所述屏蔽电极12就能够屏蔽所述GOA电路11的时钟信号对所述触摸信号传输线的触摸感应信号造成的干扰,从而提高了触摸屏的触摸性能。
其中,所述屏蔽电极12可以采用透明导电材料或者金属材料。所述透明导电材料可以是氧化铟锡(ITO)、氧化铟锌(IZO)、氧化铟锡锌(ITZO)和氧化锑锡(ATO)等;所述金属材料可以是银(Ag)、金(Au)、钨(W)、钛(Ti)和钼(Mo)等。
实施例2
图3为本发明实施例2的触摸液晶显示面板的结构示意图。参照图3,所述触摸液晶显示面板包括阵列基板1和彩膜基板2,其中:
所述阵列基板1上形成有GOA电路11,所述GOA电路11形成在阵列基板1的非显示区域;
所述彩膜基板2的外侧形成有触摸电极单元21和触摸信号传输线22,所述触摸信号传输线22位于所述彩膜基板2的非显示区域,并且,所述触摸信号传输线22下方还形成有屏蔽电极23,所述屏蔽电极23用于屏蔽所述GOA电路11的时钟信号对所述触摸信号传输线22的触摸感应信号造成的干扰。
该触摸液晶显示面板可以是ADS模式的液晶显示面板,所述屏蔽电极12可以接地;或者,所述屏蔽电极12可以外接公共电极。这样,利用所述屏蔽电极12就能够屏蔽所述GOA电路11的时钟信号对所述触摸信号传输线的触摸感应信号造成的干扰,从而提高了触摸屏的触摸性能。
其中,所述屏蔽电极12可以采用透明导电材料或者金属材料。所述透明导电材料可以是氧化铟锡(ITO)、氧化铟锌(IZO)、氧化铟锡锌(ITZO)和氧化锑锡(ATO)等;所述金属材料可以是银(Ag)、金(Au)、钨(W)、钛(Ti)和钼(Mo)等。
另外,本发明实施例还提供一种触摸液晶显示装置,包括上述的触摸液晶显示面板。具体地,所述触摸液晶显示装置可以为液晶电视、手机、液晶显示器、数码相框、平板电脑等任何具有触摸功能的触摸液晶显示装置。
最后应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的精神范围,其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。

Claims (10)

1.一种触摸液晶显示面板,包括阵列基板和彩膜基板,所述阵列基板上形成有GOA电路,所述彩膜基板外侧形成有触摸信号传输线,其特征在于,所述触摸液晶显示面板还包括:
位于所述GOA电路与所述触摸信号传输线之间的屏蔽电极,所述屏蔽电极用于屏蔽所述GOA电路的时钟信号对所述触摸信号传输线的触摸感应信号造成的干扰。
2.如权利要求1所述的触摸液晶显示面板,其特征在于:
所述屏蔽电极位于所述阵列基板上,且覆盖所述GOA电路。
3.如权利要求2所述的触摸液晶显示面板,其特征在于:
所述屏蔽电极接地;或者,
所述屏蔽电极与所述阵列基板上的公共电极连接。
4.如权利要求1所述的触摸液晶显示面板,其特征在于:
所述屏蔽电极位于所述彩膜基板的外侧,且位于所述触摸信号传输线下方。
5.如权利要求4所述的触摸液晶显示面板,其特征在于:
所述屏蔽电极接地;或者,
所述屏蔽电极外接公共电极。
6.一种阵列基板,用于触摸液晶显示面板,所述触摸液晶显示面板包括所述阵列基板和彩膜基板,所述阵列基板上形成有GOA电路,所述彩膜基板的外侧形成有触摸感应线,其特征在于,所述阵列基板还包括:
覆盖所述GOA电路的屏蔽电极,所述屏蔽电极用于屏蔽所述GOA电路的时钟信号对所述触摸信号传输线的触摸感应信号造成的干扰。
7.如权利要求6所述的阵列基板,其特征在于:
所述屏蔽电极接地;或者,
所述屏蔽电极与所述阵列基板上的公共电极连接。
8.一种彩膜基板,用于触摸液晶显示面板,所述触摸液晶显示面板包括阵列基板和所述彩膜基板,所述阵列基板上形成有GOA电路,所述彩膜基板的外侧形成有触摸信号传输线,其特征在于,所述彩膜基板还包括:
位于所述彩膜基板的外侧、且位于所述触摸信号传输线下方的屏蔽电极,所述屏蔽电极用于屏蔽所述GOA电路的时钟信号对所述触摸信号传输线的触摸感应信号造成的干扰。
9.如权利要求8所述的彩膜基板,其特征在于:
所述屏蔽电极接地;或者,
所述屏蔽电极外接公共电极。
10.一种触摸液晶显示装置,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的触摸液晶显示面板。
