Abstract

本发明公开了一种前后墙对冲燃烧锅炉侧墙贴壁风添加装置,包括对冲燃烧锅炉、烟道和烟道末端的烟囱,烟道上设有空预器,所述对冲燃烧锅炉的侧墙水冷壁上设有贴壁风喷嘴,贴壁风喷嘴内端堵死,在贴壁风喷嘴内端圆周面上设有吹风口;贴壁风喷嘴外端通过连接软管与预热器的热二次风管道相连。该贴壁风添加装置结构简单,便于实施,安全可靠,可有效改变对冲燃烧锅炉的侧墙水冷壁处烟气成分,降低相应区域的金属管壁温度,并避免煤粉颗粒直接冲刷壁面,从而达到控制相关部位的高温与还原性硫腐蚀的要求,且不会对锅炉正常燃烧产生影响。

Description

一种前后墙对冲燃烧锅炉侧墙贴壁风添加装置
技术领域
本发明属于前后墙对冲燃烧锅炉配套设备技术领域,特别涉及一种前后墙对冲燃烧锅炉侧墙贴壁风添加装置。
背景技术
目前,由于前后墙对冲燃烧锅炉前、后墙对冲燃烧的特点,导致火焰冲刷侧墙水冷壁,若火焰中存在未燃尽的煤粉,就会在侧墙水冷壁上燃烧,从而形成强烈的还原性气氛(即高CO浓度和低O2浓度)。当燃用煤中的含硫量偏高,在还原性气氛的作用下,燃用煤中的S易生成强腐蚀性的H2S,从而对侧墙水冷壁管材产生不利影响,形成高温还原性硫腐蚀。现实中,部分前后墙对冲燃烧锅炉在燃用高硫煤后不久,便出现了水冷壁管减薄严重而大面积换管的问题,严重影响了锅炉的安全、经济运行。
现有锅炉设备没有额外安装调节烟气成分的装置,无法避免煤粉冲刷至此并燃烧形成的还原性气氛和高温现象,无法抑制腐蚀性H2S的生成,无法满足锅炉侧墙水冷壁安全运行的需求。
近期,相关科研院所、高等院校和锅炉厂家均提出了从二次风中引一股风作为贴壁风以调节侧墙水冷壁烟气成分的想法,并设计了一系列的贴壁风添加装置。但是,由于上述装置均从风压较小的二次风中补充,为达到改变烟气成分进而保护水冷壁的目的,导致设计的贴壁风添加装置出现以下两种情况:(1)前、后墙上安装的贴壁风装置结构复杂且体积庞大,需要对水冷壁进行大幅改造,而且为达到保护侧墙中间部位的水冷壁需要较大的风量,使得风压本就很小的二次风压力更小,因而对燃烧产生不利影响;(2)侧墙上安装的贴壁风添加装置较小但数量偏多,且需要在侧墙增加二次风箱,由于贴壁风添加装置是安装在两根水冷壁管之间的狭小鳍片上的,因而对现场施工要求较高,可能会损伤到水冷壁。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种结构简单、便于实施和安全可靠的前后墙对冲燃烧锅炉侧墙贴壁风添加装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种前后墙对冲燃烧锅炉侧墙贴壁风添加装置,包括对冲燃烧锅炉、烟道和烟道末端的烟囱,烟道上设有空预器,所述对冲燃烧锅炉的侧墙水冷壁上设有贴壁风喷嘴,贴壁风喷嘴内端堵死,在贴壁风喷嘴内端圆周面上设有吹风口;贴壁风喷嘴外端通过连接软管与预热器的热二次风管道相连。
所述连接软管上设有调节阀门。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:
1、本发明包括对冲燃烧锅炉、烟道和烟道末端的烟囱,烟道上设有空预器,所述对冲燃烧锅炉的侧墙水冷壁上设有贴壁风喷嘴,贴壁风喷嘴内端堵死,在贴壁风喷嘴内端圆周面上设有吹风口;贴壁风喷嘴外端通过连接软管与预热器的热二次风管道相连,其结构简单,便于实施,安全可靠,可有效改变对冲燃烧锅炉的侧墙水冷壁处烟气成分,降低相应区域的金属管壁温度,并避免煤粉颗粒直接冲刷壁面,从而达到控制相关部位的高温与还原性硫腐蚀的要求,且不会对锅炉正常燃烧产生影响。
2、在连接软管上设有调节阀门,方便操作,操控简单,便于调节风量。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的前后墙对冲燃烧锅炉侧墙贴壁风添加装置,其包括对冲燃烧锅炉1、烟道5和烟道5末端的烟囱6,在烟道5上设有空预器3。在对冲燃烧锅炉1的侧墙水冷壁2上设有贴壁风喷嘴7,贴壁风喷嘴7的内端伸入对冲燃烧锅炉1内300mm,且贴壁风喷嘴7的内端堵死,在贴壁风喷嘴7内端圆周面上设有吹风口10,利用吹风口10使得在受保护的侧墙水冷壁2上形成空气保护膜。贴壁风喷嘴7的外端通过连接软管8与预热器3的热二次风管道4相连。为了便于调节风量,在连接软管8上设有调节阀门9,方便操作,操控简单。
在本实施方式中,吹风口10在离贴壁风喷嘴7内端50mm处,沿贴壁风喷嘴7圆周方向均匀间隔布置有四条,其宽度为15mm、长度为100mm。

1.一种前后墙对冲燃烧锅炉侧墙贴壁风添加装置,包括对冲燃烧锅炉、烟道和烟道末端的烟囱,烟道上设有空预器,其特征在于:所述对冲燃烧锅炉的侧墙水冷壁上设有贴壁风喷嘴,贴壁风喷嘴内端堵死,在贴壁风喷嘴内端圆周面上设有吹风口;贴壁风喷嘴外端通过连接软管与预热器的热二次风管道相连。
2.如权利要求1所述的前后墙对冲燃烧锅炉侧墙贴壁风添加装置,其特征在于:所述连接软管上设有调节阀门。
