Abstract
本发明提供了一种缓冲纸箱,包含数个纸板材料,其特征在于:所述纸板材料包括:一第一纸板层;一第二纸板层,与所述第一纸板层彼此平行设置;以及至少一气泡袋层,设置并黏结于所述第一纸板层与所述第二纸板层之间,以构成所述纸板材料。本发明的缓冲纸箱结构简单、安装方便,可节省成本,解决先前技术之纸箱缓冲性能不足的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明是涉及一种缓冲纸箱,特别是有关一种以具有气泡袋层之纸板材料所构成之缓冲纸箱。
背景技术
一般包装材料是使用瓦楞纸箱为外包装,由于其多呈长方体且形状统一,因而具有容易堆栈、整理、储藏的优点;然而由于纸箱材质的特性,其仅能提供有限的缓冲功能,因此当外力碰撞过大时就容易导致纸箱破损,这使得瓦楞纸箱难以单独用于包装物品,若遇脆弱的物品,如高科技电子产品(特别是液晶显示器),其在包装时更需费心。一般而言,在物品装入纸箱前,必须在物品外面额外包覆缓冲包材,例如使用多层塑料袋、气泡袋或保丽龙等,且通常更会使用二种以上的缓冲包材,以增加对于物品的保护性,然而如此也必然增加了包装工序的复杂性,且增加包装的材料及人力成本。
故,有必要提供一种改良的缓冲纸箱,以解决现有技术所存在的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种缓冲纸箱,以解决现有瓦楞纸箱技术所存在的缓冲功能不足的问题。
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种缓冲纸箱,包含数个纸板材料,所述纸板材料包括:
一第一纸板层;
一第二纸板层,大致与所述第一纸板层彼此平行设置;以及
至少一气泡袋层,设置并黏结于所述第一纸板层与所述第二纸板层之间,以构成所述纸板材料。
在本发明一实施例中,所述第一纸板层与所述第二纸板层分别是由至少一层的瓦楞纸板所构成。
在本发明一实施例中,每一所述气泡袋层是由第一塑料层与第二塑料层黏结而构成,所述第一塑料层与所述第二塑料层之间形成有数个空气腔室。
在本发明一实施例中,所述第一纸板层具有数个第一凹陷部,所述第一凹陷部位于二个相邻的所述空气腔室之间。
在本发明一实施例中,所述第二纸板层具有数个第二凹陷部,所述第二凹陷部位于二个相邻的所述空气腔室之间。
再者,本发明亦提供另一种缓冲纸箱,包括:
数个纸板材料,各具有四个侧边,彼此垂直状排列设置,所述纸板材料各具有:
一第一纸板层;
一第二纸板层,大致与所述第一纸板层彼此平行设置;以及
至少一气泡袋层,设置并黏结于所述第一纸板层与所述第二纸板层之间,以构成所述纸板材料;以及
数个角部固定结构,每一所述角部固定结构与二个所述纸板材料的二个相邻侧边黏结,以固定彼此垂直设置的所述纸板材料,以共同构成所述缓冲纸箱。
优选地,所述第一纸板层与所述第二纸板层分别是由至少一层的瓦楞纸板所构成。
优选地,每一所述气泡袋层是由第一塑料层与第二塑料层黏结而构成,所述第一塑料层与所述第二塑料层之间形成有数个空气腔室。
优选地,所述第一纸板层具有数个第一凹陷部,所述第二纸板层具有数个第二凹陷部,所述第一及第二凹陷部分别位于二个相邻的所述空气腔室之间。
优选地,所述角部固定结构选自泡沫材料或折弯瓦楞纸板。与现有技术相比较,本发明的缓冲纸箱结构简单、安装方便,可节省成本,解决先前技术之纸箱缓冲性能不足的问题。

请参见图1,图1是根据本发明第一实施例构成缓冲纸箱之纸板材料的剖视图,所述纸板材料1包括一第一纸板层10、一第二纸板层20以及至少一气泡袋层30,所述气泡袋层30设置并黏结于所述第一纸板层10与所述第二纸板层20之间,以共同构成所述纸板材料1。在本实施例中,所述第一纸板层10与所述第二纸板层20分别是由至少一层的瓦楞纸板所构成。也就是说,所述第一纸板层10本身是依序由一平纸板、一波浪纸板及另一平纸板(未绘示)相互黏结及堆栈而成的复合纸板(即瓦楞纸板),且可以选择包含单一层、双层或以上的瓦楞纸板。同时,所述第二纸板层20本身也具有相同于上述的复合纸板(即瓦楞纸板)构造。
再者,所述气泡袋层30是由一第一塑料层31与一第二塑料层33黏结而构成,所述第一塑料层31与所述第二塑料层33之间形成有数个空气腔室35。所述第一与第二塑料层31、33的材料可为各种塑料,例如聚乙烯(polyethylene)等,但并不限于此。所述空气腔室35是由所述第一与第二塑料层31、33之间的数条热压合部(未标示)所定义出来的空间,其横截面可以是圆形、椭圆形或多边形。所述空气腔室35可提供较大的缓冲特性。
再者,在本实施例中,所述第一纸板层10可以选择加工成具有数个第一凹陷部11,所述第一凹陷部11可位于所述气泡袋层30二个相邻的所述空气腔室35之间。所述第二纸板层20也可以选择加工成具有数个第二凹陷部21,所述第二凹陷部21同样位于所述气泡袋层30二个相邻的所述空气腔室35之间。在本实施例中,所述第一凹陷部11及所述第二凹陷部21是对称(对位)的排列在所述气泡袋层30的两侧。值得注意的是,在其它实施方式中,本发明的第一纸板层10及第二纸板层20也可以是单纯的平板状,而不具有凹陷部。
由图1中可知,在本实施例中,在预制所述气泡袋层30之后,所述气泡袋层30的第一塑料层31可与所述第一纸板层10黏结,所述气泡袋层30的第二塑料层33可与所述第二纸板层20黏结,以共同构成所述纸板材料1。
根据本发明第一实施例的缓冲纸箱,是以上述纸板材料1直接折弯并在适当处黏结,以构成所述缓冲纸箱,此时所述缓冲纸箱的各角隅基本上即是所述纸板材料1本身的弯折部(未绘示)。
参考图2,图2是根据本发明第二实施例使用二层气泡袋之纸板材料的示意图。类似于第一实施例中的纸板材料1,此处的纸板材料1’包括一第一纸板层10’、一第二纸板层20’以及二气泡袋层30’,其组合方式亦类似于第一实施例中的纸板材料1,不再赘述。此处虽以二层气泡袋层30’做为示例,然而气泡袋层30’的数量还可更多。图2的纸板材料1’也可经直接折弯并在适当处黏结,以构成所述缓冲纸箱。
再者,在本实施例中,所述第一纸板层10’可以选择加工成具有数个第一凹陷部11’,所述第一凹陷部11’可位于其中一层所述气泡袋层30’二个相邻的所述空气腔室35’之间。所述第二纸板层20’也可以选择加工成具有数个第二凹陷部21’,所述第二凹陷部21’则位于另一层的所述气泡袋层30’二个相邻的所述空气腔室35’之间。在本实施例中,所述第一凹陷部11’及所述第二凹陷部21’是不对称(错位)的排列在所述二气泡袋层30’的两侧。
请参见图3,图3是根据本发明第三实施例构成缓冲纸箱的部分剖视图。根据本实施例,所述缓冲纸箱100包含数个纸板材料101以及数个角部固定结构103,所述纸板材料101各具有一第一纸板层110、一第二纸板层120以及至少一气泡袋层130。所述纸板材料101各具有四个侧边,彼此垂直状排列设置。所述第二纸板层120与所述第一纸板层110大致彼此平行设置,而所述气泡袋层130设置并黏结于所述第一纸板层110与所述第二纸板层120之间,以构成所述纸板材料101。每一所述角部固定结构103与二个所述纸板材料101的二个相邻侧边黏结,以固定彼此垂直设置的所述纸板材料101,以共同构成所述缓冲纸箱100。
在本实施例中,所述第一纸板层110与所述第二纸板层120是由至少一层的瓦楞纸板所构成。每一所述气泡袋层130是由第一塑料层131与第二塑料层133黏结而构成,所述第一塑料层131与所述第二塑料层133之间形成有数个空气腔室135。所述第一纸板层110具有数个第一凹陷部111,所述第二纸板层120具有数个第二凹陷部121,所述第一凹陷部111及第二凹陷部121分别位于二个相邻的所述空气腔室135之间。所述角部固定结构103可选自泡沫材料或折弯瓦楞纸板。
再者,本实施例的纸板材料101也可使用二层或以上的气泡袋层130,此处不再赘述。
本发明的缓冲纸箱结构简单、安装方便,并可视需要适当增加气泡袋之层数,以增加纸箱的缓冲性能。再者,在物品装入纸箱前,也可以相对减少在物品外面额外包覆缓冲包材的需求。因此,本发明具有灵活组合的纸板结构,并可节省材料及人力成本,解决先前技术的问题。

1.一种缓冲纸箱,包含数个纸板材料,其特征在于:所述纸板材料包括:
一第一纸板层;
一第二纸板层,与所述第一纸板层彼此平行设置;以及
至少一气泡袋层,设置并黏结于所述第一纸板层与所述第二纸板层之间,以构成所述纸板材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的缓冲纸箱,其特征在于:所述第一纸板层与所述第二纸板层是分别由至少一层的瓦楞纸板所构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的缓冲纸箱,其特征在于:每一所述气泡袋层是由第一塑料层与第二塑料层黏结而构成,所述第一塑料层与所述第二塑料层之间形成有数个空气腔室。
4.根据权利要求3所述的缓冲纸箱,其特征在于:所述第一纸板层具有数个第一凹陷部,所述第一凹陷部位于二个相邻的所述空气腔室之间。
5.根据权利要求3所述的缓冲纸箱,其特征在于:所述第二纸板层具有数个第二凹陷部,所述第二凹陷部位于二个相邻的所述空气腔室之间。

数个纸板材料,各具有四个侧边,彼此垂直状排列设置,所述纸板材料各具有:
一第一纸板层;
一第二纸板层,与所述第一纸板层彼此平行设置;以及
至少一气泡袋层,设置并黏结于所述第一纸板层与所述第二纸板层之间,以构成所述纸板材料;以及
数个角部固定结构,每一所述角部固定结构与二个所述纸板材料的二个相邻侧边黏结,以固定彼此垂直设置的所述纸板材料,以共同构成所述缓冲纸箱。
7.根据权利要求6所述的缓冲纸箱,其特征在于:所述第一纸板层与所述第二纸板层是分别由至少一层的瓦楞纸板所构成。
8.根据权利要求6所述的缓冲纸箱,其特征在于:每一所述气泡袋层是由第一塑料层与第二塑料层黏结而构成,所述第一塑料层与所述第二塑料层之间形成有数个空气腔室。
9.根据权利要求8所述的缓冲纸箱,其特征在于:所述第一纸板层具有数个第一凹陷部,所述第二纸板层具有数个第二凹陷部,所述第一及第二凹陷部分别位于二个相邻的所述空气腔室之间。
10.根据权利要求6所述的缓冲纸箱,其特征在于:所述角部固定结构选自泡沫材料或折弯瓦楞纸板。
