背景技术
目前市场上穿线管主要以双管真空箱为主,而和四管真空箱对比存在着明显的不足之处。
双管真空箱和四管真空箱主要参数对比:
1.生产范围:两真空箱的最佳生产范围均为

2.装机总功率:双管真空箱装机功率:11.5kw;四管真空箱装机功率:3.7kw。
3.生产能力:四管真空箱在保持双管真空箱冷却产品质量的前提下,产量提高了70%。
4.占地面积:两真空箱占地面积基本一样。
5.真空箱冷却效率:一出四管材生产线真空箱采用全浸泡式,冷却均匀,冷却速度快;一出二管材生产线真空箱采用喷淋式,冷却速度低,效率差,不能满足高速挤出的需求。
发明内容
基于目前市场上双室真空箱存在的问题,开发设计了四管真空箱,此四管真空箱采用全浸泡式冷却;带有负压水箱,保护真空泵;带有机械式膨胀排水阀,节约冷却水;在真空箱尾部带有吸水装置,保证管子在喷码时的喷涂质量。此真空箱可以达到高效,节能环保的目的。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是
本发明四管真空箱由六部分组成:水箱组件、真空室组件、吸水装置组件、前后移动组件、调高组件和机架。此四管真空箱采用全浸泡式冷却;带有负压水箱,保护真空泵;带有机械式膨胀排水阀,节约冷却水;在真空箱尾部带有吸水装置,保证管子在喷码时的喷涂质量。此真空箱可以达到高效,节能环保的目的。
本发明的有益效果是

具体实施方式
木塑型材横向切割机有六部分组成:(1)水箱组件、(2)真空室组件、(3)前后移动组件、(4)调高组件、(5)机架、(6)吸水装置组件。此采用全浸泡式冷却,冷却均匀,冷却效率高;当管子进入真空箱时,水环式真空泵先对(2)真空室组件进行抽真空,将管子先进行定型冷却,然后(1)水箱组件内浸泡冷却水再将管子进行冷却定型,之后由(6)吸水装置组件将管子表面附的水吸掉,保证喷码前管子表面没有水渍。其中(3)前后移动组件主要是控制四管真空箱前后移动,调整前后位置;(4)调高组件主要是用来调整中心高和左右位置。此四管真空箱具有的独特优越性,从而大大减少了生产费用,降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率和经济效率,提高了产品的竞争力,为企业带来了巨大的经济效益。

1.四管真空箱有六部分组成:(1)水箱组件、(2)真空室组件、(3)前后移动组件、(4)调高组件、(5)机架、(6)吸水装置组件。此四管真空箱采用全浸泡式冷却,冷却均匀,冷却效率高;带有负压水箱,保护真空泵,提高了真空泵的使用寿命;带有机械式膨胀排水阀,节约冷却水;在真空箱尾部带有吸水装置,保证管子在喷码时的喷涂质量;此四管真空箱装机总功率低。基于此四管真空箱具有的独特优越性,从而大大减少了生产费用,降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率和经济效率,提高了产品的竞争力,为企业带来了巨大的经济效益。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的四管真空箱,其特征在于:四管真空箱采用全浸泡式冷却,冷却均匀,冷却效率高。
