Abstract

本发明提供一种模组包装缓冲结构,包括:缓冲底板及穿插设于缓冲底板上的缓冲带,所述缓冲底板上间隔设有数个镂空部,两镂空部之间形成有横梁,所述缓冲带上间隔设有数个缓冲气柱,所述缓冲气柱间隔设于横梁上,包装时,模组于两缓冲气柱之间承载于横梁上。本发明还提供一种模组包装缓冲结构,包括:缓冲底板及设于缓冲底板内的缓冲带,所述缓冲底板的上表面间隔设有数个凹槽,一安装槽由该缓冲底板的一平行于凹槽的侧面贯穿该缓冲底板,所述凹槽与安装槽导通设置,所述缓冲带上间隔设有数个缓冲气柱,该缓冲带安装于所述安装槽内,且缓冲带上的缓冲气柱对应设于所述凹槽内,包装时,模组容置于所述凹槽内,并承载于缓冲气柱上。

模组包装缓冲结构
技术领域
本发明涉及包装材料领域,尤其涉及一种模组包装缓冲结构。
背景技术
在液晶显示器生产领域,液晶显示器的生产包括一个组装过程,即将液晶模组、背光模组、主控电路、外壳等部分进行组装,其各部件事先生产好封存起来,待后续组装成整个液晶显示器。其中,液晶模组或背光模组生产完成后封存在填充有缓冲材料的包装箱中,然后成箱地运送往相应的组装工站。液晶模组或背光模组在运输过程中难免会受到碰撞或震动,缓冲包装的目的就是防止产品在装卸运输等流通过程中受外力作用而产生机械损伤。包装缓冲材料主要包括塑料缓冲材料和纸质缓冲材料两大类。
模组通常采用可发性聚乙烯(EPE)、可发性聚苯乙烯(EPS)或纸浆来包装得到缓冲的作用。但现有模组的缓冲结构(如图1所示)整体使用EPE、EPS或纸浆做成,使用了较多EPE、EPS或纸浆,导致成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种模组包装缓冲结构,其通过在缓冲底板上设置缓冲带,采用较为经济的缓冲气柱做缓冲,有效降低包装成本。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种模组包装缓冲结构,其包括:缓冲底板及穿插设于缓冲底板上的缓冲带,所述缓冲底板上间隔设有数个镂空部,两镂空部之间形成有横梁,所述缓冲带上间隔设有数个缓冲气柱,所述缓冲气柱间隔设于横梁上,包装时,模组于两缓冲气柱之间承载于横梁上。
所述缓冲底板由EPE、EPS或纸浆制成。
每个缓冲气柱上均设有充气孔及用于密封充气孔的密封装置。
所述缓冲带依次穿过缓冲底板的镂空部,将缓冲气柱间隔置于横梁上。
所述模组为液晶模组或背光模组。
本发明还提供一种模组包装缓冲结构,其包括:缓冲底板及设于缓冲底板内的缓冲带,所述缓冲底板的上表面间隔设有数个凹槽,一安装槽由该缓冲底板的一平行于凹槽的侧面贯穿该缓冲底板,所述凹槽与安装槽导通设置,所述缓冲带上间隔设有数个缓冲气柱,该缓冲带安装于所述安装槽内,且缓冲带上的缓冲气柱对应设于所述凹槽内,包装时,模组容置于所述凹槽内,并承载于缓冲气柱上。
所述缓冲底板由EPE、EPS或纸浆制成。
每个缓冲气柱上均设有充气孔及用于密封充气孔的密封装置。
所述模组为液晶模组或背光模组。
本发明的有益效果:本发明模组包装缓冲结构,其通过在缓冲底板上设置缓冲带,实现较好的缓冲效果,采用较为经济的缓冲气柱做缓冲,且缓冲气柱充气前呈薄膜片状占用存储空间小,有效降低原材料成本和存储成本,进而降低包装成本。

具体实施方式
为更进一步阐述本发明所采取的技术手段及其效果,以下结合本发明的优选实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
请参阅图2和图3,本发明第一实施例提供一种模组包装缓冲结构,包括:缓冲底板2及穿插设于缓冲底板2上的缓冲带4,所述缓冲底板2上间隔设有数个镂空部22,两镂空部22之间形成有横梁24,所述缓冲带4上间隔设有数个缓冲气柱42,所述缓冲气柱42间隔设于横梁24上,包装时,模组6于两缓冲气柱42之间承载于横梁24上。
所述缓冲底板2由EPE、EPS或纸浆制成,材质较轻,成本较低。
每个缓冲气柱42上均设有充气孔(未图示)及用于密封充气孔的密封装置(未图示)。充气前,所述缓冲气柱42呈薄膜片状,不占用空间,方便运输。
包装时,先将缓冲带4依次穿过底板2的镂空部22,并将呈薄膜片状的缓冲气柱42间隔置于横梁24上,再给缓冲气柱42充气,将本实施例包装缓冲结构整个放入包装箱(未图示)内,然后将模组6放置于两缓冲气柱42之间并置于横梁24上,横梁24承载模组6,缓冲气柱42夹持模组6,实现较好的缓冲效果。
在本实施例中,所述模组6为液晶模组或背光模组。
请参阅图4和图5,本发明还提供一种模组包装缓冲结构,包括:缓冲底板2’及设于缓冲底板2’内的缓冲带4’,所述缓冲底板2’的上表面间隔设有数个凹槽22’,一安装槽24’由该缓冲底板2’的一平行于凹槽22’的侧面贯穿该缓冲底板2’,所述凹槽22’与安装槽24’导通设置,所述缓冲带4’上间隔设有数个缓冲气柱42’,该缓冲带4’安装于所述安装槽24’内,且缓冲带4’上的缓冲气柱42’对应设于所述凹槽22’内,包装时,模组6容置于所述凹槽22’内,并承载于缓冲气柱42’上。
所述缓冲底板2’由EPE、EPS或纸浆制成,材质较轻,成本较低。
每个缓冲气柱42’上均设有充气孔(未图示)及用于密封充气孔的密封装置(未图示)。充气前,所述缓冲气柱42’呈薄膜片状,占用存储空间小。
包装时,先将缓冲带4’穿过安装槽24’,给缓冲气柱42’充气并将缓冲气柱42’置于凹槽22’内,再将本实施例包装缓冲结构整个放入包装箱(未图示)内,然后将模组6放置于凹槽22’,缓冲气柱42’承载模组6,实现较好的缓冲效果。
在本实施例中,所述模组6为液晶模组或背光模组。
综上所述,本发明模组包装缓冲结构,其通过在缓冲底板上设置缓冲带,实现较好的缓冲效果,采用较为经济的缓冲气柱做缓冲,且缓冲气柱充气前呈薄膜片状占用存储空间小,有效降低原材料成本和存储成本,进而降低包装成本。

Claims (9)

1.一种模组包装缓冲结构,其特征在于,包括:缓冲底板及穿插设于缓冲底板上的缓冲带,所述缓冲底板上间隔设有数个镂空部,两镂空部之间形成有横梁,所述缓冲带上间隔设有数个缓冲气柱,所述缓冲气柱间隔设于横梁上,包装时,模组于两缓冲气柱之间承载于横梁上。
2.如权利要求1所述的模组包装缓冲结构,其特征在于,所述缓冲底板由EPE、EPS或纸浆制成。
3.如权利要求1所述的模组包装缓冲结构,其特征在于,每个缓冲气柱上均设有充气孔及用于密封充气孔的密封装置。
4.如权利要求1所述的模组包装缓冲结构,其特征在于,所述缓冲带依次穿过缓冲底板的镂空部,将缓冲气柱间隔置于横梁上。
5.如权利要求1所述的模组包装缓冲结构,其特征在于,所述模组为液晶模组或背光模组。
6.一种模组包装缓冲结构,其特征在于,包括:缓冲底板及设于缓冲底板内的缓冲带,所述缓冲底板的上表面间隔设有数个凹槽,一安装槽由该缓冲底板的一平行于凹槽的侧面贯穿该缓冲底板,所述凹槽与安装槽导通设置,所述缓冲带上间隔设有数个缓冲气柱,该缓冲带安装于所述安装槽内,且缓冲带上的缓冲气柱对应设于所述凹槽内,包装时,模组容置于所述凹槽内,并承载于缓冲气柱上。
7.如权利要求6所述的模组包装缓冲结构,其特征在于,所述缓冲底板由EPE、EPS或纸浆制成。
8.如权利要求6所述的模组包装缓冲结构,其特征在于,每个缓冲气柱上均设有充气孔及用于密封充气孔的密封装置。
9.如权利要求6所述的模组包装缓冲结构,其特征在于,所述模组为液晶模组或背光模组。
