技术领域
本发明涉及真空采血技术领域,特别是涉及一种轴向锁紧式采血安全帽。
背景技术
现有的真空采血管,通常由试管、塞于试管口的丁基胶塞以及套于丁基胶塞上的安全帽三部分构成。医生在取用采血管内的血样时,需要先将胶塞从管口拔出,当胶塞被拔离试管的瞬间,大气压强使外界空气迅速冲入试管内,会引起管内的血样从管口处向外飞溅,而安全帽起到了阻挡血样飞溅,保护化验员的安全的作用。
但本领域现有技术中,安全帽和胶塞的结合力不够强,这一方面使得采血管在离心机中进行血样分离的过程中,安全帽会从胶塞表面滑动并与胶塞脱离;另一方面,在化验员捏住安全帽想要将胶塞一同从试管口拔出时,安全帽和胶塞发生相对滑动,使得安全帽从胶塞上滑下,而胶塞仍然没有完全脱离试管口。这些情况的发生,不仅降低了化验工作的效率,而且使化验工作存在安全隐患。
要增加安全帽与胶塞的结合力,通常的技术方案是增加安全帽与胶塞的摩擦力,例如通过增大胶塞的尺寸以增加胶塞对安全帽内侧壁的侧向压力等,但这类的技术方案虽然能够增强安全帽和胶塞的结合力,但同时也增加了将安全帽与胶塞组装过程中二者的摩擦阻力,为组装工作增加了难度。
因此,现有技术中,并没有切实有效的技术方案能够实现既能够使安全帽与胶塞之间具有良好的结合力,又能够使二者的组装过程简便、省力。
发明内容
本发明为解决现有技术的不足,提供一种安全帽与胶塞之间能够非常方便地结合为一体,却能够获得足够大的结合力、完全消除安全帽从胶塞上滑离的可能性的轴向锁紧式采血安全帽。
解决本发明技术问题的方案是:
轴向锁紧式采血安全帽,由帽体和防滑刺构成。
其中,帽体是下端开敞、上端有一圆孔的、材质为硬质塑料的圆筒,在帽体的内侧壁上有多个和帽体为一整体的材质为硬质塑料的防滑刺,多个防滑刺沿着帽体侧壁的圆周均匀分布。
每个防滑刺为圆锥形,每个防滑刺的长度为1—2mm、轴截面顶角为10°—15°,每个防滑刺的轴心线与帽体的轴心线所成夹角为15°—30°,每个防滑刺的尖端指向斜向上的方向。
在装配时,先将胶塞的下端塞入试管,将帽体自上而下套于胶塞上,在帽体向下运动的过程中,由于防滑刺的尖端所指方向与帽体的运动方向相反,帽体可顺利向下运动并套于胶塞上。当采血管放入离心机中进行离心处理时,由于防滑刺的尖端所指方向与帽体所受离心力方向相同,防滑刺在离心力作用下刺入胶塞内,使帽体无法脱离胶塞。
采用上述方案,与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下显著进步:
1.由于本发明能够有效防止帽体和胶塞之间发生轴向相对运动,不仅杜绝了现有安全帽和胶塞在离心机中,由于结合不够紧密经常滑脱的情况发生,而且避免了医务人员在揭开试管口的安全帽和胶塞的过程中安全帽脱离胶塞,消除了由此引起的生物安全隐患。
2.本发明同还具有组装简便、省力的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
轴向锁紧式采血安全帽,由帽体1和防滑刺2构成。其中,帽体1是下端开敞、上端有一圆孔的、材质为硬质塑料的圆筒,在帽体1的内侧壁上有多个和帽体1为一整体的材质为硬质塑料的防滑刺2,多个防滑刺2沿着帽体1侧壁的圆周均匀分布。每个防滑刺2为圆锥形,每个防滑刺2的长度L为1—2mm、轴截面顶角β为10°—15°,每个防滑刺2的轴心线与帽体1的轴心线所成夹角α为15°—30°,每个防滑刺2的尖端指向斜向上的方向。
在装配时,先将胶塞3的下端塞入试管4,将帽体1自上而下套于胶塞上,在帽体1向下运动的过程中,由于防滑刺2的尖端所指方向与帽体1的运动方向相反,帽体1可顺利向下运动并套于胶塞上。当采血管放入离心机中进行离心处理时,由于防滑刺2的尖端所指方向与帽体1所受离心力方向相同,防滑刺2在离心力作用下刺入胶塞3内,使帽体1无法脱离胶塞3。
