Abstract

真空灭弧室动端导电杆和绝缘拉杆的软连接结构,克服了现有真空灭弧室动端导电杆与绝缘拉杆的连接结构中绝缘拉杆两端嵌件存在角度偏差,会使绝缘拉杆弯曲变形甚至折断,影响断路器工作可靠性的问题,特征是在绝缘拉杆内嵌件中固定连接带拉杆球体连接套,在带拉杆球体连接套的球体通孔中安装球体连接轴套,动导电体与带拉杆球体连接套通过在球体连接轴套中安装的横轴相连接,有益效果是,通过带拉杆球体连接套在球体连接轴套上的相对转动,使绝缘拉杆可以在一定角度内转动,即使绝缘拉杆两端嵌件轴心线在加工过程中或安装过程中存在一定的角度偏差,也会避免绝缘拉杆的弯曲断裂,提高了绝缘拉杆的机械寿命,从而提高了断路器工作的可靠性。

真空灭弧室动端导电杆和绝缘拉杆的软连接结构
技术领域
本发明属于高压电器技术领域,特别涉及真空灭弧室动端导电杆和绝缘拉杆的软连接结构。
背景技术
现有技术中,真空灭弧室动端导电杆与绝缘拉杆之间的连接结构一般采用在绝缘拉杆两端加工有凹槽,在绝缘拉杆两端凹槽中安装金属嵌件,其中一端与操作机构机械连接,另一端与真空灭弧室动端导电杆机械连接,在与真空灭弧室动端导电杆连接的结构中,真空灭弧室动端导电杆端部也加工有凹槽,在真空灭弧室动端导电杆端部的凹槽上和固定在绝缘拉杆中的金属嵌件上加工有内螺纹,再通过一个加工有外螺纹的十字型连接件将绝缘拉杆和真空灭弧室动端导电杆螺纹连接在一起。上述连接结构有它难以克服的缺陷,即绝缘拉杆在加工过程中以及两端金属嵌件的安装过程中,绝缘拉杆两端金属嵌件的轴心线难免会存在一定的角度偏差,并且这种角度偏差是难以消除的,由于绝缘拉杆在真空灭弧室开断与关合的过程中会受到很大的拉力和压力,如果绝缘拉杆两端嵌件存在角度偏差,会使绝缘拉杆弯曲变形,严重时会使绝缘拉杆折断,以致破坏真空灭弧室动端导电杆与绝缘拉杆的正常连接,影响断路器工作的可靠性。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,克服现有技术的不足与缺陷,为提高绝缘拉杆的机械寿命和提高断路器工作的可靠性,提供一种可以防止绝缘拉杆变形断裂的真空灭弧室动端导电杆和绝缘拉杆的软连接结构。
本发明采用的技术方案包括绝缘拉杆和真空灭弧室动端导电杆,在绝缘拉杆中固定有绝缘拉杆内嵌件,在真空灭弧室动端导电杆的左端安装动导电体,在绝缘拉杆内嵌件中固定连接带拉杆球体连接套,在所述带拉杆球体连接套的球体通孔中安装球体连接轴套,所述动导电体与带拉杆球体连接套通过在连接轴套中安装的横轴相连接,横轴的两端穿过动导电体加工的横轴安装孔并用卡簧固定。
所述带拉杆球体连接套的球体通孔内壁与球体连接轴套的外壁为间隙配合,带拉杆的球体连接套可以在球体连接轴套上相对转动。 
所述动导电体右端中心加工有与真空灭弧室动端导电杆螺纹连接的动端导电杆连接螺纹孔,动导电体左端加工有安装带拉杆球体连接套的卡槽,与卡槽相平行的两侧加工有卡簧限位平面,并在该卡簧限位平面上加工有对应相通的横轴安装孔。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是,由于在真空灭弧室动端导电杆与绝缘拉杆之间采用由动导电体、带拉杆球体连接套、球体连接轴套以及横轴和卡簧组成的软连接结构,其中绝缘拉杆与带拉杆球体连接套固定连接在一起,通过带拉杆球体连接套在球体连接轴套上的相对转动,使绝缘拉杆可以在一定角度内转动,即使绝缘拉杆两端金属嵌件轴心线在加工过程中或安装过程中存在一定的角度偏差,也会避免绝缘拉杆的弯曲断裂,提高了绝缘拉杆的机械寿命,从而提高了断路器工作的可靠性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图提供本发明的具体实施方式。
如附图所示,本发明包括绝缘拉杆1和真空灭弧室动端导电杆7,在绝缘拉杆1中固定有绝缘拉杆内嵌件2,在绝缘拉杆内嵌件2中通过固定螺母8固定连接带拉杆球体连接套3,在所述带拉杆球体连接套3的球体通孔中安装球体连接轴套5,在真空灭弧室动端导电杆7的左端安装动导电体6,所述动导电体6右端中心加工有与真空灭弧室动端导电杆7螺纹连接的动端导电杆连接螺纹孔6-1,动导电体6左端加工有安装带拉杆球体连接套的卡槽6-2,与卡槽6-2相平行的两侧加工有卡簧限位平面6-3,并在该卡簧限位平面6-3上加工有对应相通的横轴安装孔6-4,所述动导电体6与带拉杆球体连接套3通过在连接轴套5中安装的横轴4相连接,上述结构中,所述带拉杆球体连接套3的球体通孔内壁镜面抛光,外表为光滑圆弧形,所述球体连接轴套5的外壁镜面抛光,与带拉杆球体连接套3的球体通孔结合部外表为光滑圆弧形,带拉杆球体连接套3的球体通孔的内壁与球体连接轴套5为间隙配合,所述横轴4的两端穿过动导电体6的横轴安装孔6-4并用卡簧9固定,带拉杆的球体连接套3可以在球体连接轴套5上相对转动。 
使用中,将本发明安装在真空灭弧室连接体10中,绝缘拉杆1与操作机构连接,在操作机构的带动下,绝缘拉杆1通过带拉杆球体连接套3和动导电体6带动真空灭弧室动端导电杆7在真空灭弧室动端导向套11内滑动,工作过程中,绝缘拉杆1通过带拉杆球体连接套3的球体通孔在球体连接轴套5上的相对转动使其在一定的角度内转动,即使绝缘拉杆1两端嵌件轴心线在加工过程中存在一定的角度偏差,也会避免绝缘拉杆的弯曲断裂,从而提高了断路器工作的可靠性。

Claims (2)

1.真空灭弧室动端导电杆和绝缘拉杆的软连接结构,包括绝缘拉杆(1)和真空灭弧室动端导电杆(7),在绝缘拉杆(1)中固定有绝缘拉杆内嵌件(2),在真空灭弧室动端导电杆(7)的左端安装动导电体(6),其特征在于,在绝缘拉杆内嵌件(2)中固定连接带拉杆球体连接套(3),在所述带拉杆球体连接套(3)的球体通孔中安装球体连接轴套(5),所述动导电体(6)与带拉杆球体连接套(3)通过在球体连接轴套(5)中安装的横轴(4)相连接,横轴(4)的两端穿过动导电体(6)加工的横轴安装孔(6-4)并用卡簧(9)固定, 所述带拉杆球体连接套(3)的球体通孔内壁与球体连接轴套(5)的外壁为间隙配合,带拉杆的球体连接套(3)可以在球体连接轴套(5)上相对转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述真空灭弧室动端导电杆和绝缘拉杆的软连接结构,其特征在于,所述动导电体(6)右端中心加工有与真空灭弧室动端导电杆(7)螺纹连接的动端导电杆连接螺纹孔(6-1),动导电体(6)左端加工有安装带拉杆球体连接套(3)的卡槽(6-2),与卡槽(6-2)相平行的两侧加工有卡簧限位平面(6-3),并在该卡簧限位平面上加工有对应相通的横轴安装孔(6-4)。
