本发明涉及一种造纸机，尤其是涉及一种造纸机气罩观察窗。
背景技术
现有造纸机气罩的观察窗呈长方形结构，如图1所示，气罩1无法及时将长方形观察窗2直角处的水汽抽空。尤其当冬季温差较大时，气罩观察窗部位由于气罩内外温差大，大量水蒸气在气罩内壁产生冷凝水，聚集在气罩观察窗底部，会滴落在烘缸纸面上，直接造成纸页上有水洞，产生大量不合格产品，直接增加生产消耗。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种操作方便，安全可靠、可提高产品质量的造纸机气罩观察窗。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现：一种造纸机气罩观察窗，包括观察窗，和连接观察窗的气罩，其特征在于，还包括不锈钢板，所述的不锈钢板设置在观察窗内部，并与观察窗底部呈斜面状。
所述的不锈钢板焊接在观察窗内部。
所述的不锈钢板的尺寸为450mm×350mm。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有以下优点：
1)操作方便，焊接所需的成本较低，
2)安全可靠，不会产生安全隐患，
3)不会产生纸面孔洞现象，保证生产出的产品质量合格，
4)大大降低生产消耗，提高生产效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1
如图2所示，一种造纸机气罩观察窗，包括观察窗2，和连接观察窗的气罩1，还包括不锈钢板3，所述的不锈钢板3焊接在观察窗2内部，并与观察窗2底部呈斜面状，不锈钢板的尺寸为450mm×350mm。
观察窗处的水汽可及时被气罩抽空，避免导致大量蒸汽遇到观察窗形成冷凝水，不会产生滴水现象，保证产品合格。

1.一种造纸机气罩观察窗，包括观察窗，和连接观察窗的气罩，其特征在于，还包括不锈钢板，所述的不锈钢板设置在观察窗内部，并与观察窗底部呈斜面状；
所述的不锈钢板焊接在观察窗内部；
所述的不锈钢板的尺寸为450mm×350mm；
观察窗处的水汽可及时被气罩抽空，避免导致大量蒸汽遇到观察窗形成冷凝水。
