Description

一种气体除尘器
技术领域    本发明涉及一种除尘工具，尤其是一种用于清除气体中混合的灰尘的装置。
背景技术    在工业生产中，经常需要对气体中的灰尘、杂质进行清除，例如：水泥行业、钢铁行业、热处理行业、轴承加工行业等等。但是，现在的气体除尘装置普遍体积较大、造价较高、操作较为 繁琐，虽然具备除尘功能，但却需要专业技工控制操作，而且占用空间较大，不利于安装使用。
发明内容   本发明的目的是提供一种体积小、造价低、操作简单的气体除尘器。
本发明包括进气管、出气管、导气管以及两个封闭水箱，进气管的管口插入水箱Ⅰ的液面下，在水箱Ⅰ的顶部接通导气管，所述导气管的另一端插入水箱Ⅱ的液面下；在水箱Ⅱ的顶面接通出气管，在出气管连接管口处安装过滤棉。
使用时，进气管与风筒接通，将带有杂质灰尘的气流引入水箱Ⅰ中，由于进气管的管口处于水面之下，因此气体首先与水箱Ⅰ中的水接触，通过水对气体中的杂质和灰尘进行吸收过滤，净化后的气体通过导气管进入水箱Ⅱ中的水内，气体再一次被水过滤、净化，然后顺着出气管排出，在经过出气管入口时，过滤棉还对气体完成最后一次过滤，最后从出气管排出的气体是受过三次净化过滤的气体。
与已有技术相比，本发明的有益效果为：结构合理、安全可靠、方便实用、效率高，可有效净化气体，具备良好的除尘效果。

具体实施方式    在图1所示的本发明的剖面结构图中，包括进气管1、出气管2、导气管3以及两个封闭水箱，进气管的管口插入水箱Ⅰ4的液面下，在水箱Ⅰ的顶部接通导气管，所述导气管的另一端插入水箱Ⅱ5的液面下；在水箱Ⅱ的顶面接通出气管，在出气管连接管口处安装过滤棉6。
