一种甘油水除杂罐
技术领域
本发明属于化工装备领域,尤其涉及一种甘油水的除杂罐。
背景技术
甘油水为油脂水解产物分层后得到的水溶液,其主要成分为甘油,还有一些低级还可能有些低级脂肪酸、分解剂、催化剂等。经净化后,可以经过浓缩和蒸馏制取纯甘油,比从制皂废液制取纯甘油方便,是生产甘油的良好原料。然而目前甘油水的除杂方式为加入一些物料再通过油水分离器静置分离,此法需要相对较长的时间,除杂效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的为克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种结构简单效率高的甘油水除杂罐。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种甘油水除杂罐,包括罐体,其创新点于在罐体内设置由变频电机驱动的搅拌桨,在罐体顶部设置甘油水进料口和盐酸进料口,底部设有粗甘油出料口,在罐体侧面设置杂质溢流口。
进一步地,所述搅拌桨叶个数为3个。
本发明能够通过变频电机调节搅拌频率从而调节甘油静置分离的速率,因而具有很高的效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
图1所示,在本发明的罐体1内部设置有变频电机2驱动的搅拌桨3,所述搅拌桨3的个数为3个,能够最大限度地提高搅拌效率。
甘油水通过进料口4进入罐内,然后通过进料口5通如盐酸,启动变频电机2,在搅拌初期,给变频电机2设置较高的频率,甘油水中的杂质逐渐上浮于液体的表面,在搅拌后期,降低电机2的搅拌频率,待分离完成后,关闭电机2。此时液体的下层为粗甘油,上层为液状杂质,可通过罐体侧面的溢流口7排除杂质,粗甘油通过罐体底部的出料口6排出粗甘油对其进一步提纯。
本发明甘油水除杂罐可以根据需要改变电机的搅拌频率从而调节甘油水的除杂效率,结构简单且效率较高。

1.一种甘油水除杂罐,包括罐体(1),其特征在于:罐体(1)内设置由变频电机(2)驱动的搅拌桨(3),在罐体(1)顶部设置甘油水进料口(4)和盐酸进料口(5),底部设有粗甘油出料口(6),在罐体侧面设置杂质溢流口(7)。
