背景技术
脑电图(EEG)是脑动作电位的图形记录。EEG提供了关于患者的脑功能的重要信息。常规的监视和诊断设备以如下的方式构成,即将数个电极安装在对象上,其监听信号并且经由电缆将该信号传递至放大器单元。通常地,对各个测量参数使用单独的电极,并且通常需要将大量电极置于患者头上。正确地放置电极是重要的,并且通常遵循国际10/20系统,其是广泛被接受的方法,描述了将电极放置在患者头部上。结果,通常在临诊环境中收集EEG数据,在临诊环境中可以使用技术援助而正确地放置电极。
由于在EEG检查中应用的常规方法的属性,在患者上悬挂许多电缆。电缆的麻烦之处在于它们限制了患者,并且极大地限制了移动自由度。此外,正确地放置大量电极的过程是耗时的,并且由于电线和电极的数量,通常将导致无效的粘连以及丢失与患者头皮的接触。
这些常规方法在监视处于睡眠中心的患者时常常存在问题。与常规检测的麻烦属 性相关的复杂因素以及与处于外部环境中的对象耦合的记录设备,相当大地妨碍了监视患者的睡眠阶段。电缆和睡眠中心环境的组合将对患者睡眠能力和随后的检查结果造成影响。如果对象具有能力在家中舒适地接收监视,而无需限制他们的移动自由度,那么将因而减少焦虑,而产生更精确的结果。
因而,需要提供一种新的、改进的生理数据采集系统和装置,其有利于患者施加电极而无需技术援助,并且其从单一有源电极收集品质生理数据,包括但不局限于EEG、EKG、EMG和EOG信号。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种用于采集生理数据的系统和组件,其可以由用户使用而无需技术援助,并且采集包括但不限于EEG、EKG、EMG和EOG信号的品质生理数据。首先,本发明与用于检查、诊断和治疗睡眠障碍的睡眠中心结合使用。
在本发明的优选实施例中,提供了一种与头带组合使用的生理数据采集组件。生理数据采集组件包括了生理数据采集模块,其适于由头带而可移除地收纳,其中头带包括适于可调整地固定在用户头部周围的基带、收纳生理数据采集模块的上部部分以及用于将用于生理数据采集模块的外壳可拆卸地固定至基带的多个纵向延伸带。该生理数据采集组件还包括用于有源电极上的至少一个电极按扣连接器组件,以及用于偏压接地电极上的至少一个电极按扣连接器组件。

具体实施方式
在过去,在包括但不局限于睡眠的正常的日常活动过程期间,需要繁琐的检测和分析仪器才能监视用于研究脑性能的生理数据,并且在许多情况下需要技术协助。本文公开的本发明通过允许从患者家中舒适情况下收集设计生理事件的数据,而提供了优于现有常规方法的优点。本发明使用了新型的生理数据采集组件和用户友好的易于使用的系统,并克服了常规监视方法的缺点。
参考图1,示出了与头带10组合使用的生理数据采集组件的分解透视图。头带10可以收纳一个或多个设备或电线。头带佩戴在患者的头和头发上。头带包括具有第一端14和第二端16的前垫12。前垫12适于延伸跨越患者的前额。第一端14和第二端16适于使用紧固件而可调整地固定在患者头部周围,紧固件优选为钩22和环24。在另一实施例中,紧固件可以是钩和环、维可牢尼龙搭扣、按扣、按钮、带扣或者允许常规佩戴、调整和舒适度的任何其他紧固设备。

电极按扣连接器组件68表示偏压接地电极和参考电极按扣连接器的组合,并且在优选实施例中,电极67置于患者左右耳后,参见图2。偏压接地电极按扣连接器组件和参考电极按扣连接器组件68可以进行颜色编码以区别两者。在本发明另一实施例中,仅需要一个参考电极按扣连接器组件用于采集电生理数据。电极按扣连接器组件69表示有源电极按扣连接器,而在优选实施例中,电极67置于患者前额上。有源电极和参 考/偏压接地电极67可以是自粘附导电电极、湿电极、干电极、接触电极、非接触电极或EKG电极。电极按扣连接器组件还在电极连接级处包括噪声减少或消除放大器62,以减少任何可被导线56、58和60捕获的电噪声。为了进一步改善生理数据采集模块50的性能,模块或电极按扣连接器组件68和69被配置成持续地监视电极阻抗,并且可以包括指示当前的电极接触的完整性的状态的灯。
在本发明另一实施例,有源电极和参考电极67关于彼此设置比较靠近,但是非电连接。在该实施例中,有源电极和参考电极位于单个传感器片中。

在优选实施例中,生理数据采集模块50配置以包括无线收发器,用于将所记录和存储的加密数据无线地传输至远程中心或计算机用于进一步显示、存储、处理和分析,或者用于将加密数据实时地无线传输至远程中心或计算机用于进一步显示、存储、处理和分析。在本发明另一方面中,可以将所记录和存储的数据无线地传输至包括但不局限于移动电话、智能电话、 和/或计算机的设备。无线收发器还可以包括在单个传感器片上,以无线地传送至包括但不局限于移动电话、智能电话、 和/或计算机的设备。所记录和存储的数据还可以通过包括在生理数据采集模块50的端口54处的USB传输功能而直接传送至计算机、移动电话、智能电话和/或
现在参考图2,示出了与应用至患者的头带组合使用的生理数据采集组件的正面透视图。在优选实施例中,生理数据采集模块50收纳在头带的上部部分40的中空腔44内。在另一实施例中,生理数据采集模块50通过紧固件而可移除地固定至头带,所述紧固件可以是钩和环、维可牢尼龙搭扣、按扣、按钮、带扣或者允许常规佩戴、调整和舒适度的任何其他紧固设备。
在头带的又一实施例中,还可以具有开口,允许访问头带内部,以及允许形成头带内部与外部部件的连接。在另一实施例中,设计可以独立于任意特定设备或除了本文所列的有线目的。头带允许移除任意设备、电线或电子部件用于维修、更换或安全。头带可以清洗、清洁或消毒。头带还可以是一次性的,独立于所收纳的设备或电线。
现在参考图3,示出了根据本发明的系统流程图。在优选实施例中,向用户提供本发明,并且允许用户在家中使用该应用100。应当理解,本发明的属性允许用户在任何环境下使用该设备,而不局限于家中或临诊使用。由于应用的简便性,在102处,用户应用至少一个作为有源电极的电极和至少一个作为参考电极的电极。在一个实施例中,可以将有源电极和参考电极分别应用于前额和耳后。在另一实施例中,将有源电极应用于前额,而将参考电极和偏压接地电极应用于用户耳后。在又一实施例中,有源电极和参考电极彼此靠近地包含在单个传感器片上,并且应用至患者头部。应当理解,电极的应用可以与头带组合使用或可以不与头带组合使用。
一旦用户已经设置电极,收集生理电数据。在104,由生理数据采集模块50无线地传输生理数据,或者直接从单个传感器片无线地传送至外围设备,其包括但不局限于计算机、移动电话、智能电话和/或 外围设备配置以记录和存储数据106。此外,外围设备配置以显示、存储、处理和分析108已传送的加密数据。用于显示、存储、处理和分析的器件可以但不局限于计算机、移动电话、智能电话和/或 或任意其他远程显示设备。
在本发明的特定备选实施例中,组件和系统配置以容纳生理数据的一个以上的通道。例如但并非限制性地,组件和系统包括传感器,即头位置传感器、使用声音的传感器、鼻呼吸速度测定器、体温传感器和血氧计,这些传感器单独地或以各种组合地使用,用以收集数据。
该组件和系统还可以与远程控制设备通信。远程控制设备可以作为连接至其他外围设备的网关设备。在该能力中,远程控制设备配置以记录和存储由组件和系统传输的加密数据、监视小封装、大容量电池的寿命以及由生理数据采集模块维持的所记录和存储的数据水平。此外,在作为网关设备的能力中,远程控制设备可以通过与用于显示、存储、处理和分析的外围设备的有线或无线连接而传送和接收所记录和存储的加密数据。
本文描述了系统和材料。然而,也可以使用类似或等效于本文所述内容的其他系统和材料,以获得本发明的变化方案。材料、系统和实例仅是示意性地,而非限制性。

Claims (18)
1.一种与头带组合使用的生理数据采集组件,该生理数据采集组件包括:
生理数据采集模块,该生理数据采集模块适于可移除地被所述头带收纳,其中所述头带包括适于可调整地固定在用户头部周围的基带、收纳所述生理数据采集模块的上部部分以及用于将用于收纳所述生理数据采集模块上部部分可拆卸地固定至所述基带的多个纵向延伸带;
用于有源电极的至少一个电极按扣连接器组件;以及
用于参考电极的至少一个电极按扣连接器组件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生理数据采集组件,其中所述生理数据采集模块还包括用于偏压接地电极的至少一个电极按扣连接器组件。
3.根据权利要求2所述的生理数据采集组件,其中用于有源电极的至少一个电极按扣连接器组件、用于参考电极的至少一个电极按扣连接器组件以及用于偏压接地电极的至少一个电极按扣连接器组件包括噪声减少或消除放大器。
4.根据权利要求2所述的生理数据采集组件,其中所述有源电极、所述参考电极和所述偏压接地电极是自粘附导电湿电极、干电极、接触电极或非接触电极。
5.根据权利要求1所述的生理数据采集组件,其中所述生理数据采集模块被配置成记录、传送和存储从所述有源电极收集的加密数据。
6.根据权利要求5所述的生理数据采集组件,其中所述生理数据采集模块包括至少一个端口,以对所述生理数据采集模块充电、传送和接收数据。
7.根据权利要求6所述的生理数据采集组件,其中所述生理数据采集模块还包括RF收发器,该RF收发器用于将加密数据传送至远程中心或计算机,用于进一步显示、存储、处理和分析。
8.根据权利要求7所述的生理数据采集组件,其中将记录和存储的加密数据无线地传送至选自移动电话、智能电话和计算机中的至少一个的设备。
9.根据权利要求8所述的生理数据采集组件,其中所述RF收发器与远程控制无线通信。
10.根据权利要求9所述的生理数据采集组件,其中所述远程控制用作电源或坞站。
11.根据权利要求1所述的生理数据采集组件,其中所述生理数据采集模块包括附加部件,该附加部件选自包括下列部件的组中的至少之一:头定位传感器、鼻呼吸速度测量仪、体温传感器和血氧计。
12.一种生理数据采集组件,该生理数据采集组件包括:
至少一个生理数据的单通道,其中至少一个有源电极和至少一个参考电极非常接近;以及
单个传感器片,其中至少一个有源电极和至少一个参考电极位于该单个传感器片中但是未电耦合。
13.根据权利要求12所述的生理数据采集组件,其中所述单个传感器片包括RF收发器,该RF收发器用于将加密数据传送至远程中心或计算机,用于进一步显示、存储、处理和分析。
14.根据权利要求13所述的生理数据采集组件,将加密数据传送至远程中心或计算机,用于进一步显示、存储、处理和分析。
15.一种用于采集生理数据的系统,该系统包括:
生理数据采集模块,其耦合至用于有源电极的至少一个电极按扣连接器组件以及用于参考电极的至少一个电极按扣连接器组件;
头带,该头带用于收纳所述生理数据采集模块,其中所述头带包括适于可调整地固定在用户头部周围的基带、收纳所述生理数据采集模块的上部部分以及用于将用于收纳所述生理数据采集模块的上部部分可拆卸地固定至所述基带的多个纵向延伸带;以及
用于显示、存储、处理和分析由所述生理数据采集模块传送的数据的器件。
16.根据权利要求15所述的系统,其中,由所述生理数据采集模块传送的加密数据是通过RF收发器传送至用于显示、存储、处理和分析的所述器件。
17.一种用于采集生理数据的系统,该系统包括:
生理数据的单通道,其中至少一个有源电极和至少一个参考电极非常接近;
单个传感器片,其中至少一个有源电极和至少一个参考电极位于所述单个传感器片中但是未电耦合;以及
用于显示、存储、处理和分析由所述生理数据采集模块传送的加密数据的器件。
18.根据权利要求17所述的系统,其中所述单个传感器片包括RF收发器,该RF收发器用于将加密数据传送至用于显示、存储、处理和分析的所述器件。
