Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型电池包材的生产工艺,其工艺步骤是:(1)先以离型纸作为基础涂上胶水;(2)在涂胶水的离型纸那面复合上底涂剂;(3)在涂完底涂剂时采用150℃高温瞬间的烘烤至底涂剂固化。通过上述方式,本发明能够有效的提高包材的油墨附着度,而且生产制作简单,直接降低了电池的生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及电池制造领域,特别是涉及一种电池包材的生产工艺。
背景技术
现在社会,人们为了生活方便采用了很多的电器,而在电器的使用中因为使用环境或场地问题,不能给电器提供直接的电源,而是需要电池来供电,这就需要制造大量的电池来满足需要,而电池的生产制造中会用到表面包材,传统的PI膜包材是非常贵,其他的BOPP膜虽然价格便宜但对油墨没有附着力,所以无法使用。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种电池包材的生产工艺,能够有效的提高包材的油墨附着度,而且生产制作简单,直接降低了电池的生产成本。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种电池包材的生产工艺,其工艺步骤是:(1)先以离型纸作为基础涂上胶水,离型纸即BOPP膜;(2)在涂胶水的离型纸那面复合上底涂剂;(3)在涂完底涂剂时采用150℃高温瞬间的烘烤至底涂剂固化。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种电池包材的生产工艺,能够有效的提高包材的油墨附着度,而且生产制作简单,直接降低了电池的生产成本。

(3)在涂完底涂剂时采用150℃高温瞬间的烘烤至底涂剂固化。
