Abstract
本发明涉及一种方便拆卸检修的脱水机筛蓝，筛蓝上部设一个固定的溜子口，其特征在于：所述溜子口两侧分别焊接两段长槽钢，在长槽钢下部分别设一个孔，在两孔之间串一根圆钢，所述圆钢上焊接有与上部溜子口相扣接的下部溜子口。本发明所述的方便拆卸检修的脱水机筛蓝，结构牢固，检修时操作简单，快捷方便，省时、省力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种化工机械领域，尤其涉及一种方便拆卸检修的脱水机筛蓝。
背景技术
筛蓝主要应用于离心脱水机脱水，广泛应用于煤炭、化工、冶金等行业，筛蓝是离心脱水机关键部件之一，是高速旋转的部件，工作时筛蓝不但要承受振动载荷，还要承受煤、水的严重冲击，所以强度和精度要求都比较高，通常脱水机的筛蓝使用周期较短，平均15天就要更换一次，比较高质量的也得3个月更换一次，而更换这些易损件就需要上部有足够的空间把上壳体吊走，但是脱水机的给料溜子口就阻碍了上壳体的吊装，同时，为保证工作安全，需定期对其进行检修。为使检修方便，已有技术对此进行改进，将入料溜子口做成两节，两节溜子口之间用螺栓联接，检修时只需把螺栓卸下，把下部溜子口吊走即可，但是由于检修比较频繁，这样的溜子口还是比较麻烦。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题，本发明提供一种方便拆卸检修的脱水机筛蓝，结构牢固，检修时操作简单，快捷方便，省时、省力。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采取的技术方案为：一种方便拆卸检修的脱水机筛蓝，脱水机上部设一个固定的溜子口，其特征在于：所述溜子口两侧分别焊接两段长槽钢，在长槽钢下部分别设一个孔，在两孔之间串一根圆钢，所述圆钢上焊接有与上部溜子口相扣接的下部溜子口。
由于溜子口与圆钢焊在一起，这样下部溜子口就以圆钢为轴进行翻转。如果脱水机进行检修，只需把脱水机上层的给料设备的闸门关死，同时将下部溜子口翻转过来，这样不但不影响上壳体的吊运，而且操作简单。
所述脱水机上方还铺设两根工字钢，工字钢两侧分别装有滚轮，滚轮外设有边板，所述的滚轮边板与上部溜子口焊接。
某些化工作业中脱水机入料的颗粒小，所以要求入料溜子口的度比较大，而若厂房比较紧凑，各楼层之间比较矮，若采用入料角度比较小的入料溜子口，会导致物料下料不畅，而在脱水机上方靠近楼板处铺两根工字钢，在每根工字钢的两侧安装两个滚轮，其形式类似电动葫芦吊的运行机构，再把溜子口焊到滚轮的边板，这样溜子口就可以随着滚轮的滚动而移走，检修脱水机时，用绳子将溜子口拉回到吊运上壳体不碍事的地方，检修结束时，再把溜子口拉原来的位置，即省时又省力。

具体实施方式
以下实施方式是为了更好的解释本发明，但本发明并不仅限于此。
实施例1
如图1所示一种方便拆卸检修的脱水机筛蓝，脱水机1上部设一个固定的溜子口2，溜子口2两侧分别焊接两段长槽钢3，在长槽钢3下部分别设一个孔4，在两孔4之间串一根圆钢5，圆钢5上焊接有与上部溜子口2相扣接的下部溜子口6。
由于溜子口6与圆钢5焊在一起，这样下部溜子口6就以圆钢5为轴进行翻转。如果脱水机1进行检修，只需把脱水机1上层的给料设备的闸门关死，同时将溜子口6翻转过来，这样不但不影响上壳体的吊运，而且操作简单。
实施例2
如图2所示一种方便拆卸检修的脱水机筛蓝，脱水机1上部设一个固定的溜子口2，溜子口2两侧分别焊接两段长槽钢3，在长槽钢3下部分别设一个孔4，在两孔4之间串一根圆钢5，圆钢5上焊接有与上部溜子口2相扣接的下部溜子口6，脱水机1上方还铺设两根工字钢7，工字钢7两侧分别装有滚轮8，滚轮8外设有边板9，所述的滚轮8边板9与上部溜子口2焊接。

1.一种方便拆卸检修的脱水机筛蓝，筛蓝上部设一个固定的溜子口，其特征在于：所述溜子口两侧分别焊接两段长槽钢，在长槽钢下部分别设一个孔，在两孔之间串一根圆钢，所述圆钢上焊接有与上部溜子口相扣接的下部溜子口，由于溜子口与圆钢焊在一起，这样下部溜子口就以圆钢为轴进行翻转。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种方便拆卸检修的脱水机筛蓝，其特征在于：所述的脱水机上方还铺设两根工字钢，工字钢两侧分别装有滚轮，滚轮外设有边板，所述的边板与上部溜子口焊接。
