Abstract

本发明涉及一种交替止回球阀,包括阀体;球体阀芯;阀座;球体阀芯操纵部件;以及阀座限位装置;出液口呈圆形,球体阀芯的旋转轴线穿过出液口的圆心,阀体上还成型有与通腔相通的第二进液口,且第一进液口与第二进液口对称成型在出液口的两侧,顺时针或逆时针转动球体阀芯相应的角度,使通道将第一进液口与出液口连通或将第二进液口与出液口连通。通道成“7”字型,“7”字型通道内的转弯处的上端内壁上倾斜铰接有一阀瓣,转弯处的下端内壁上成型一倾斜台阶面,在阀瓣的重力作用下,阀瓣紧靠在倾斜台阶面上,对通道进行单向的截断,第一进液口与第二进液口间夹角呈180°设置。本发明的球阀用于需要交替控制两进液口的截断或开启的场合。

一种交替止回球阀
本申请是申请日为2011年4月13日,申请号为201110093096.7,发明名称为一种交替止回球阀的发明专利申请的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种球阀,具体地说,是一种交替止回球阀。
背景技术
球阀的旋塞体为球体,球体的轴线上设有圆形通孔或通道。在管路中球阀主要用来做切断、分配和改变介质的流动方向,它只需要使用很小的转动力矩对球体进行旋转90度的操作就能对管路关闭严密。球阀最适宜做开关、切断阀使用。中国专利文献CN2349411Y提出了一种一片式内螺纹球阀。该一片式内螺纹球阀仍具有带内螺纹的阀体、阀座、球体阀芯、与球体阀芯联动的阀杆及其手柄,阀体中部阀杆安装孔处呈凸台状,阀杆安装孔壁增设O型圈。现有技术在该阀密封关键部位阀杆与阀体之间增加轴向厚度增设O型密封圈能达到理想的密封效果,但是该现有技术只能用在具有一进液口和一出液口的管路上,对管路进行截断或开启,而在具有两进液口和一出液口,需交替控制该两进液口的止回截断或开启的场合,却不能用。
发明内容
为此,本发明所要解决的技术问题在于现有技术中的内螺纹球阀只能用于具有一进液口和一出液口的管路上,对管路进行截断或开启的问题,提供一种能够交替控制两进液口的截断或止回开启的交替止回球阀。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的一种交替止回球阀,包括
阀体,所述阀体上成型有通腔,所述阀体的第一进液口,以及出液口与所述通腔相通;
球体阀芯,所述球体阀芯设置在所述通腔内,且所述球体阀芯上成型有连通所述第一进液口与所述出液口的通道,通过转动所述球体阀芯,从而实现所述第一进液口与所述出液口之间的截断与开启;
阀座,所述阀座的内壁上成型有适合所述球体阀芯在其内旋转的弧形内壁,且所述弧形内壁与所述球体阀芯的接触处形成接触密封;所述阀座设有两个,相对设置在所述通腔内,所述球体阀芯设置在两所述阀座之间;
球体阀芯操纵部件,所述球体阀芯操纵部件控制所述球体阀芯的转动;
阀座限位装置,所述阀座限位装置设置在所述阀座的远离所述球体阀芯的一端,所述阀座限位装置设有两个;
所述出液口呈圆形,所述球体阀芯的旋转轴线穿过所述出液口的圆心,所述阀体上还成型有与所述通腔相通的第二进液口,且所述第一进液口与所述第二进液口对称成型在所述出液口的两侧,顺时针或逆时针转动所述球体阀芯相应的角度,使所述通道将所述第一进液口与所述出液口连通或将所述第二进液口与所述出液口连通;所述通道成“7”字型,所述“7”字型通道内的转弯处的上端内壁上倾斜铰接有一阀瓣,所述转弯处的下端内壁上成型一倾斜台阶面,在所述阀瓣重力作用下,所述阀瓣紧靠在倾斜台阶面上,对所述通道进行单向的截断。
上述的交替止回球阀,一所述阀座限位装置为成型在所述通腔上的凸台,另一所述阀座限位装置为调整螺环,所述调整螺环所处的所述通腔的相应端的内壁上成型有与所述调整螺环配合使用的内螺纹。
上述的交替止回球阀,所述第一进液口与所述第二进液口之间的夹角呈180°设置。
上述的交替止回球阀,所述第一进液口与所述第二进液口之间的夹角呈120°设置。
上述的一种交替止回球阀,所述阀瓣的与所述倾斜台阶面接触的端面上设有密封垫。
上述的一种交替止回球阀,所述阀瓣的另一端面上设有缓振装置,所述通道内壁的相应位置上设有配合的缓振装置。
上述的一种交替止回球阀,所述缓振装置包括分别设置在所述阀瓣,以及所述通道内壁的两磁铁,以及分别设置在所述磁铁上,凸出两所述磁铁端面的两弹性环,所述两磁铁同极设置。
本发明的上述技术方案相比现有技术具有以下优点,1、在本发明中,出液口呈圆形,球体阀芯的旋转轴线穿过出液口的圆心,阀体上还成型有与通腔相通的第二进液口,且第一进液口与第二进液口对称成型在出液口的两侧,能够保证顺时针或逆时针转动球体阀芯相应的角度时,出液口总能与第一进液口和第二进液口中的其中之一连通,也可以与二者都不连通;2、在本发明中,7”字型通道内的转弯处阀瓣以及倾斜台阶面的设置,能够在阀瓣的重力作用下,使得阀瓣紧靠在倾斜台阶面上,从而实现对通道的止回截断。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实施例的一种一片式内螺纹球阀,包括
阀体1,所述阀体1上成型有通腔,所述阀体1的第一进液口6,以及出液口8与所述通腔相通;
球体阀芯2,所述球体阀芯2设置在所述通腔内,且所述球体阀芯2上成型有连通所述第一进液口6与所述出液口8的通道9,通过转动所述球体阀芯2,从而实现所述第一进液口6与所述出液口8之间的截断与开启;
阀座3,所述阀座3的内壁上成型有适合所述球体阀芯2在其内旋转的弧形内壁,且所述弧形内壁与所述球体阀芯2的接触处形成接触密封;所述阀座3设有两个,相对设置在所述通腔内,所述球体阀芯2设置在两所述阀座3之间;
球体阀芯操纵部件,所述球体阀芯操纵部件控制所述球体阀芯2的转动;
阀座限位装置,所述阀座限位装置设置在所述阀座3的远离所述球体阀芯2的一端,所述阀座限位装置设有两个;
所述出液口8呈圆形,所述球体阀芯2的旋转轴线穿过所述出液口8的圆心,所述阀体1上还成型有与所述通腔相通的第二进液口7,且所述第一进液口6与所述第二进液口7对称成型在所述出液口8的两侧,顺时针或逆时针转动所述球体阀芯2相应的角度,使所述通道9将所述第一进液口6与所述出液口8连通或将所述第二进液口7与所述出液口8连通,所述通道9成“7”字型,所述“7”字型通道9内的转弯处的上端内壁上倾斜铰接有一阀瓣10,所述转弯处的下端内壁上成型一倾斜台阶面14,在所述阀瓣10的重力作用下,所述阀瓣10紧靠在倾斜台阶面14上,对所述通道9进行单向的截断。从而使得本发明的一片式内螺纹球阀能用于需要交替控制两进液口的截断或止回开启的场合。在本实施例中,所述第一进液口6与所述第二进液口7之间的夹角呈180°设置,只需操纵球体阀芯操纵部件顺时针或逆时针转动180°即能实现所述第一进液口6与所述出液口8的连通或所述第二进液口7与所述出液口8的连通,而顺时针或逆时针转动90°时,又能实现所述第一进液口6、所述第二进液口7之间的同时截断。一所述阀座限位装置为成型在所述通腔上的凸台4,另一所述阀座限位装置为调整螺环5,所述调整螺环5所处的所述通腔的相应端的内壁上成型有与所述调整螺环5配合使用的内螺纹。所述阀瓣10的与所述倾斜台阶面14接触的端面上设有密封垫11。所述阀瓣10的另一端面上设有缓振装置,所述通道9内壁的相应位置上设有配合的缓振装置。所述缓振装置包括分别设置在所述阀瓣10,以及所述通道9内壁的两磁铁12,以及分别设置在所述磁铁12上,凸出两所述磁铁12端面的两弹性环13,所述两磁铁12同极设置。
在其他实施例中,所述第一进液口6与所述第二进液口7之间的夹角呈120°设置。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明创造的保护范围之中。

Claims (4)

1.一种交替止回球阀,包括
阀体(1),所述阀体(1)上成型有通腔,所述阀体(1)的第一进液口(6),以及出液口(8)与所述通腔相通;
球体阀芯(2),所述球体阀芯(2)设置在所述通腔内,且所述球体阀芯(2)上成型有连通所述第一进液口(6)与所述出液口(8)的通道(9),通过转动所述球体阀芯(2),从而实现所述第一进液口(6)与所述出液口(8)之间的截断与开启;
阀座(3),所述阀座(3)的内壁上成型有适合所述球体阀芯(2)在其内旋转的弧形内壁,且所述弧形内壁与所述球体阀芯(2)的接触处形成接触密封;所述阀座(3)设有两个,相对设置在所述通腔内,所述球体阀芯(2)设置在两所述阀座(3)之间;
球体阀芯操纵部件,所述球体阀芯操纵部件控制所述球体阀芯(2)的转动;
阀座限位装置,所述阀座限位装置设置在所述阀座(3)的远离所述球体阀芯(2)的一端,所述阀座限位装置设有两个;
其特征在于:
所述出液口(8)呈圆形,所述球体阀芯(2)的旋转轴线穿过所述出液口(8)的圆心,所述阀体(1)上还成型有与所述通腔相通的第二进液口(7),且所述第一进液口(6)与所述第二进液口(7)对称成型在所述出液口(8)的两侧,顺时针或逆时针转动所述球体阀芯(2)相应的角度,使所述通道(9)将所述第一进液口(6)与所述出液口(8)连通或将所述第二进液口(7)与所述出液口(8)连通,所述通道(9)成“7”字型,所述“7”字型通道(9)内的转弯处的上端内壁上倾斜铰接有一阀瓣(10),所述转弯处的下端内壁上成型一倾斜台阶面(14),在所述阀瓣(10)的重力作用下,所述阀瓣(10)紧靠在倾斜台阶面(14)上,对所述通道(9)进行单向的截断,所述第一进液口(6)与所述第二进液口(7)之间的夹角呈180°设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种交替止回球阀,其特征在于:所述阀瓣(10)的与所述倾斜台阶面(14)接触的端面上设有密封垫(11)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种交替止回球阀,其特征在于:所述阀瓣(10)的另一端面上设有缓振装置,所述通道(9)内壁的与所述缓振装置相对应的位置上设有配合的缓振装置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种交替止回球阀,其特征在于:两缓振装置包括分别设置在所述阀瓣(10),以及所述通道(9)内壁的两磁铁(12),以及分别设置在所述磁铁(12)上,凸出两所述磁铁(12)端面的两弹性环(13),所述两磁铁(12)同极设置。
