技术领域
本发明涉及一种带有附件的减振装置。
背景技术
由DE 4014469A 1已知一种带有处于压力下的缸的减振装置,该缸具有通向附件的连接孔。附件借助于环形带状张紧元件固定在缸的外周面上。带状张紧元件在圆周区域上包围缸和附件,并且在利用其预张紧力的情况下对附件施加保持力。依据DE 4014469A1的带状张紧元件具有的周长比对于将附件固定在缸上所必需的周长更大。为产生所需要的预紧力,借助于一个o形的套圈将带状张紧元件沿周向预张紧。这种设计原理的主要缺陷在于,带状张紧元件内部所能达到的最大预张紧力是由环形形变的开启力(Offnungskraft)决定的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是借助于带状张紧元件在附件和处于压力下的缸之间建立连接,其中该带状张紧元件的保持力与现有技术相比明显增大。
这一目的是通过以下方式得以实现的,即,相对于缸和附件的横截面以及这两个部件之间的间距,该带状张紧元件具有尺寸不足,并且在最终安装位置为了能够施加预张紧力而相对于预安装状态是扩张开的。
有利的是,带状张紧元件所可能具有的预张紧力都能得到充分利用。不需要其它用于产生预张紧力的张紧工具。由带状张紧元件保持到一起的部件因此也得以简化。
在另一个有利的构造方式中规定,带状张紧元件贴靠在缸的至少一个张紧面和附件的与该缸的至少一个张紧面间隔开的张紧面上,其中在至少两个张紧面之间的间距被带状张紧元件以长度尽可能小的连接段所跨越。由此保证了带状张紧元件沿周向在各个位置上都只承受拉负荷。
在另一个有利的构造方式中,带状张紧元件被构造成无缝的部件。例如可以使用管形的半成品,并将它分割为带状张紧元件。由于这种无缝的结构,因此在带状张紧元件中不存在薄弱之处,或者说,带状张紧元件的所有部分都能均匀承受负荷,而不用担心发生断裂。
为节省安装费用,尤其是简化安装装置,附件和/或缸具有安装斜面,该斜面位于夹紧区域之前。要被连接的部件将带状张紧元件扩张开。
为使带状张紧元件的预张紧力尽可能恒定,带状张紧元件被预张紧直至其塑性应变范围。由此,在缸和/或附件中的无法避免的直径公差波动将不会产生显著影响。
带状张紧元件可选择地具有u形横截面。由此可在带状张紧元件中将边缘侧出现裂缝的危险降到最低,并且还能得到大的压力面,用于将带状张紧元件推入最终安装位置。
为了能容易地控制带状张紧元件的准确安装位置,缸和/或附件具有用于带状张紧元件的接触面。

具体实施方式
图1示出了带有处于压力下的缸3的减振装置1,活塞杆5在缸中作轴向往复运动并由此脉冲式地改变填充有减振介质的缸中的压力。其形式为轴向平行的第二缸的附件7通过至少一个环形的带状张紧元件9固定在缸3的外周面上。概观图2至图4,带状张紧元件9包围住缸3和附件7的圆周区域。缸3以及附件7都具有至少一个张紧面。张紧面11、13分别限制在上述两个所述部件3、7的圆周区域上。基于缸3和附件7的外部几何形状,图2示出的剖面图带有径向收缩部。在收缩部15、17的范围内,带状张紧元件的连接段19、21不贴靠在两个部件3、7上。在一种不同的部件几何形状中,收缩部15、17有可能完全消失。在至少两个张紧面11、13之间的距离被带状张紧元件9的长度尽可能小的连接段19、21所跨越。连接段19、21不一定是两段。连接段19、21的数目取决于张紧面11、13的数目,其中每个部件3、7也可以具有多个贴靠带状张紧元件的张紧面。
由图1可见,附件7和缸3具有安装斜面23、25,所述安装斜面23、25被实施为成朝向未示出的安装设备的方向。图1中用虚线示出了处于预安装状态下的带状张紧元件9。可以看出,带状张紧元件9的径向长度L2比缸3连同附件7一起的外轮廓的主轴短。
安装过程中,附件7被定位在缸3的外周面上并被保持在未示出的设备中。带状张紧元件9通过借助于设备沿着减振装置或者部件3、5的纵轴的轴向移动而沿轴向移动,直至带状张紧元件在夹紧区域29的接触面27上到达最终安装位置。在沿着安装斜面23、25的移动路径上,带状张紧元件9沿径向扩张开,从而就像图2所示的那样分别在圆周部分或者说张紧面11、13上包住附件7和缸3。在此,带状张紧元件9被预张紧直到塑性应变范围。为了使带状张紧元件9的边缘侧产生开裂的可能性降到最低,带状张紧元件9具有u形横截面,这种截面在安装过程中还为设备的移动工具提供了更好的接触面,也就是说更大的接触面。特别地由图3和4可以看出带状张紧元件9被制作成无缝部件。半成品可以采用按长度截取并依据图4变形的普通管。试验表明,当带状张紧元件9的周长相对于由张紧面11、13的弧长和连接段19、21的长度组成的总长具有百分之三的尺寸不足时,能获得非常大的保持力,并能使所使用的部件具有较长的使用寿命。

Claims (7)

1.一种减振装置(1),其具有处于压力下的缸(3),该缸(3)具有通向附件(7)的连接孔,该附件(7)借助于环形的带状张紧元件(9)固定在所述缸(3)的外周面上,其中所述带状张紧元件(9)在圆周区域上包住所述缸(3)和附件(7),并且在利用其预紧的情况下对所述附件施加保持力,其特征在于,与所述缸(3)和附件(7)的横截面以及这两个部件(3、7)之间的距离相比,所述带状张紧元件(9)在预安装状态下具有尺寸不足,以及在最终安装位置上为了施加预紧力,相对于预安装状态是扩张开的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的减振装置,其特征在于,所述带状张紧元件贴靠在所述缸(3)的至少一个张紧面(11)和附件(7)的与所述缸的至少一个张紧面间隔开的张紧面(13)上,其中,所述缸(3)的至少一个张紧面(11)和附件(7)的与所述缸的至少一个张紧面间隔开的张紧面(13)之间的间距被所述带状张紧元件(9)以长度尽可能小的连接段(19、21)跨越。
3.根据权利要求1所述的减振装置,其特征在于,所述带状张紧元件(9)为无缝的部件。
4.根据权利要求1所述的减振装置,其特征在于,所述附件(7)和/或缸(3)具有安装斜面(23、25),该斜面位于夹紧区域(29)之前。
5.根据权利要求1所述的减振装置,其特征在于,所述带状张紧元件(9)被预张紧直至其塑性应变的范围。
6.根据权利要求1所述的减振装置,其特征在于,所述带状张紧元件(9)具有u形的横截面。
7.根据权利要求1所述的减振装置,其特征在于,所述缸(3)和/或附件(7)具有用于所述带状张紧元件(9)的接触面(15)。
