本发明涉及一种同步切管机。
背景技术
灯管加工的第一步是开料，将玻璃管原料切割成合适的尺寸，然后再进行下一步工序，切割玻璃管原料时，对尺寸的要求如果不精准，会造成对玻璃管的浪费，造成成本的增加，人工手动切割玻璃管比较费时费力，而且力量不够的话会使玻璃管的切口不够平滑。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足之处，本发明开发了一种同步切管机。
本发明的同步切管机，包括机架（1）和电机，所述的机架（1）上平行设有至少两条传送带（2），所述的传送带（2）均连接到电机，所述机架（1）的一侧设有刀架（3），所述的刀架（3）上设有刀头（4），所述的刀头（4）上装有刀片（5），所述的刀片（5）两侧分别设有至少两个加热装置（6）。
本发明具有如下技术效果：传送带同向同速传动，刀片同时切割每条传送带上的灯管。多工位的灯管同步传送，同时切割，大大的提升了生产效率。

如图1所示，本发明的同步切管机，包括机架（1）和电机，所述的机架（1）上平行设有至少两条传送带（2），所述的传送带（2）均连接到电机，所述机架（1）的一侧设有刀架（3），所述的刀架（3）上设有刀头（4），所述的刀头（4）上装有刀片（5），所述的刀片（5）两侧分别设有至少两个加热装置（6）。
本发明的工作过程如下：电机带动传送带（2）同步传送玻璃管，刀头（4）向下运动，刀片（5）同时切割两个玻璃管，同时，刀头（4）上、刀片（5）两侧的四个加热装置（6）同时对准切割位置喷火加热，软化玻璃管，使切割工作更顺利高效。

1. 一种同步切管机，其特征在于，包括机架（1）和电机，所述的机架（1）上平行设有至少两条传送带（2），所述的传送带（2）均连接到电机，所述机架（1）的一侧设有刀架（3），所述的刀架（3）上设有刀头（4），所述的刀头（4）上装有刀片（5），所述的刀片（5）两侧分别设有至少两个加热装置（6）。
