一种卧式打孔机
技术领域    本发明涉及一种打孔设备，尤其是一种打孔机。
背景技术    众所周知，在人们生活工作中，经常需要对各种物件进行打孔操作。目前，通常都使用打孔机进行打孔。但是，现在的打孔机体积较大、造价较高，不适合小型工厂或居家使用。为此，我们设计一种新式打孔机显得费用必要。
发明内容    本发明的目的是提供一种体积小、方便实用、操作简单的卧式打孔机。
本发明包括机台、支架、顶梁、电机以及钻机，在机台顶面安装转盘，所述转盘底部中心设有转轴，转轴安装在机台内与电机连接；在顶梁上套接滑动架，在滑动架竖直安装滑道，在滑道内安装钻机。
使用时，使用者将工件放置在转盘上，然后沿着顶梁前后调整滑动架，将滑动架滑至工件正上方，再沿着滑道上下调整钻机，确定位置后，启动钻机，通过钻机对工件实施打孔操作。另外，如需要在工件表面不同位置打孔，使用者还可转动转盘来调整工件位置。
与已有技术相比，本发明的有益效果为：安全可靠、操作简便、效率高，可均匀打孔，并能提高安全性。

具体实施方式    在图1所示的本发明的立体结构简图中，包括机台1、支架2、顶梁3、电机4以及钻机5，在机台顶面安装转盘6，所述转盘底部中心设有转轴，转轴安装在机台内与电机连接；在顶梁上套接滑动架7，在滑动架竖直安装滑道，在滑道内安装钻机。

1.一种卧式打孔机，包括机台（1）、支架（2）、顶梁（3）、电机（4）以及钻机（5），其特征在于：在机台（1）顶面安装转盘（6），所述转盘（6）底部中心设有转轴，转轴安装在机台（1）内与电机（4）连接；在顶梁（3）上套接滑动架（7），在滑动架（7）竖直安装滑道，在滑道内安装钻机（5）。
