一种摇臂轴油孔的钻孔加工工艺
技术领域    本发明涉及一种工艺,尤其是一种钻孔工艺。
背景技术    摇臂轴是柴油机配气机构中的重要零件,在加工时通常选用摇臂轴深孔钻床进行加工。但是,在实际加工过程中经常出现钻头这段的问题,经检查后发现,钻头折断主要出现在钻头在刚接触工件表面和当孔钻通的瞬间,约占钻头折断事故总数的60%。究其原因,是因为深孔钻削时因钻杆较长、刚性差,易产生振动,接触工件时相对进给速度较快,所受轴向力较大,定心不好钻头易折断,孔钻通时由于进给阻力迅速下降,突然增加进给量,钻头容易损坏。
发明内容    本发明的目的是提供一种可防止钻头折断的摇臂轴油孔的钻孔加工工艺。
本发明所述加工工艺流程为钻头快进、钻头慢进切入、钻头工进、钻头慢进切出、钻头退回原位,完成钻孔操作。
使用时,启动机床,钻头开始快速旋转,在钻头接触工件表面时增加慢进切入工序,降低钻头进给速度,降低轴向力,更加容易定心。当钻头进入工件后,钻头正常工进,当油孔钻通之前降低钻头的工进速度,降低进给量,防止钻头折断。
与已有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:安全可靠、方便实用、操控简便,可增大钻头安全性,降低钻头折断事故率。 
具体实施方式    所述加工工艺流程为钻头快进、钻头慢进切入、钻头工进、钻头慢进切出、钻头退回原位,完成钻孔操作。
