Abstract
Disclosed is a method for researching viewership, including: receiving an instruction to record a television program being played; recording the television program; sending the audio stream of the recorded television program to a server, so that the server makes statistics of the viewership of the television program according to the audio stream of the recorded television program. According to the method for researching viewership provided in the embodiments of the present invention, the user terminal actively uploads the audio stream of the recorded television program, the server makes statistics of the viewership of the television program corresponding to the audio stream after analysing the recorded audio stream, which can improve the accuracy of the rating.

Background
With the rapid development of internet technology and the great abundance of broadcast television contents, the investigation of the audience rating of broadcast television has been more and more emphasized by advertisers and television stations. Only with accurate audience rating and user's reaction to the broadcast television content, the advertising owner can objectively decide which kind of transmission medium's marketing transmission effect is more favorable to self enterprise development and product marketing, and the television station can better assess whether the program selection and production effect meet expectations, more scientific and reasonable, suitable audience psychologically arrange advertisement time, more according to the targeted column planning and design of audience. The audience rating investigation method based on the technical means at present mainly comprises the following steps: based on the spectrum search of the digital television self-channel and the networking function. and sending a fifth request to a server, wherein the fifth request carries a fifth command code, an identifier of the user terminal and an identifier of the appointed user terminal, so that the server returns comments of the appointed user terminal to the television program to the user terminal according to the fifth command code and the identifier of the user terminal.

For example, after the server performs audio pairing analysis on the first audio stream and the second audio stream, the name of the television program corresponding to the first audio stream is acquired as "happy book operation".
306. And storing the television program name and the time for receiving the first audio stream in an associated mode.
The process is equivalent to the process of establishing a statistical table of the receiving time of the audio streams with the same television program name, and the receiving time of the audio streams with the same television program name is filled in the statistical table, so that the server can accurately acquire the number of the received recording audio streams in different time periods when counting the audience rating of a certain television program.
When the server further receives the identifier of the user terminal sent by the user terminal, the identifier of the user terminal, namely the television program name, and the time for receiving the first audio stream can be stored in an associated manner.
307. And counting the audience rating of the television program corresponding to the first audio stream within a specified time.
The "rating" used in the present invention is a relative rating. The formula for the rating of the program is 100% ((number of first audio streams of a certain television program received during a certain time)/number of first audio streams of the television program received during a certain time). If all the user terminals playing the television programs are taken as a whole and the user terminals uploading the audio streams of the recorded television programs are taken as samples, the process of counting the relative audience rating is equivalent to a sampling investigation process, namely the relative audience rating calculated according to the method provided by the scheme can be considered for all the user terminals, no matter the user terminals can not surf the internet.
The audience rating is counted according to the time period, for example, if the user plays the recording sent in the 10 th minute in the "happy big camp", the server may count the audience rating of the current "happy big camp" within the 10 minutes, and if the user plays the recording for 11 minutes, the server has the audio stream of the recording "happy big camp", and the server may count the number of the received recordings from the 1 st minute to the 11 th minute.
The counting of the audience rating of the television program within the specified time specifically includes: counting the number of the audio streams of all the sound recordings received within the specified time, and counting the number of the first audio streams corresponding to the television program names stored within the specified time; and calculating the audience rating of the television program according to the number of the first audio streams and the number of the audio streams of all the recordings in the set time.
For example, as at 16:10:10 to 16:20:10, the server receives audio streams of 5000 recorded television programs, where "happy book": the number of television program audio streams is 50, and the audience rating of the current time 'happy big book' is 1% at 16:20: 10.
If the audience rating of the current time 'happy big book camp' needs to be obtained, the audience ratings of all television programs in the specified time can be sorted; and acquiring the audience rating of the television program corresponding to the first audio stream.
308. And the server sends the audience rating of all the television programs corresponding to the first audio stream to the user terminal.
After the server counts the audience rating of the television program being played by the user terminal, the audience rating of the program is sent to the user terminal, and if the audience rating of the program and the user terminal identification for watching the program in the specified time period are also counted, the counted audience rating information is sent to the user terminal, so that the user can know the audience rating condition of the program.
According to the audience rating investigation method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the user terminal actively uploads the recorded television program audio stream, the server analyzes the recorded audio stream, then counts the audience rating of the television program corresponding to the audio stream, and can determine whether the user switches channels back and forth, so that the accuracy of the audience rating is improved, and the server can feed back the counted audience rating information to the user terminal, so that the user can know the watching information of the program, and the user experience is increased.
The first audio stream in the embodiment of the invention can be audio streams of various television programs and can also be audio streams of advertisements, the server can also be communicated with a background server of an advertisement operator, and the server can send the audience rating condition of the advertisements to the background server of the advertisement operator, so that the advertisement operator can know the attention degree of the advertisements and adjust the advertisement strategy in time.
Referring to fig. 4, an embodiment of the ue in the embodiment of the present invention includes:
a first receiving unit 401, configured to receive a recording instruction of a television program being played;
a recording unit 402, configured to record a recording instruction of the television program being played after the first receiving unit 401 receives the recording instruction of the television program;
a first sending unit 403, configured to send the audio stream of the television program recorded by the recording unit 402 to the server, so that the server counts the audience rating of the television program according to the recorded audio stream of the television program.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the first receiving unit 401 receives a recording instruction of a television program being played; after the first receiving unit 401 receives the recording instruction of the television program being played, the recording unit 402 records the television program; the first sending unit 403 sends the audio stream of the television program recorded by the recording unit 402 to the server, so that the server can count the audience rating of the television program according to the audio stream of the recorded television program. Compared with the prior art, the user terminal provided by the embodiment of the invention can actively upload the recorded television program audio stream, and the server can count the audience rating of the television program corresponding to the audio stream after analyzing the recorded audio stream, so that the user can be determined not to switch channels back and forth, and the accuracy of the audience rating is improved.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, another embodiment of the user terminal provided in the embodiment of the present invention further includes:
the first sending unit 403 is further configured to send a first request, where the first request carries a first command code and an identifier of a user terminal;

The user terminal provided by the embodiments of the present invention can actively upload the recorded audio stream of the television program, and the server analyzes the recorded audio stream, and then counts the audience rating of the television program corresponding to the audio stream, so as to determine whether the user switches channels back and forth, thereby improving the accuracy of the audience rating.

a sorting unit 507, configured to sort the audience ratings of all television programs within the specified time counted by the counting unit 505;
the obtaining unit 502 is further configured to obtain, after the sorting unit sorts, a rating rank of a television program corresponding to the first audio stream.

The server provided by the embodiments of the present invention can count the audience rating of the television program according to the audio stream of the television program reported by the user terminal, and can determine that the user is not switching channels back and forth, thereby improving the accuracy of the audience rating.
Referring to fig. 9, an embodiment of the audience rating survey system according to the present invention includes: a user terminal 40, a server 50 and a television station 60;
the user terminal 40 is configured to receive a television program recording instruction; recording the television program being played; and sending the recorded television program audio stream to the server, so that the server counts the audience rating of the television program.
The server 50 is configured to receive a first audio stream sent by a user terminal, where the first audio stream is an audio stream of a recorded television program; acquiring a television program list and a second audio stream corresponding to the television program list from a television station, wherein the second audio stream is an audio stream of a television program acquired from the television station; performing audio pairing analysis on the first audio stream and the second audio stream, and acquiring a television program name of the first audio stream through the television program list; storing the television program name in association with the time at which the first audio stream was received; and counting the audience rating of the television program corresponding to the first audio stream within a specified time.
The television station 60 is configured to provide the recorded second audio stream to the server.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiments of the invention, the user terminal actively reports the recorded television program audio stream to the server, the server can count the audience rating of the television program according to the television program audio stream reported by the user terminal, and the user can be determined not to switch channels back and forth, so that the accuracy of the audience rating is improved.
In addition, the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention does not need a television station or an operator to do active investigation, thereby reducing the cost.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides an embodiment of a computer-readable storage medium, where the storage medium stores a computer program, and the computer program includes the following steps when executed:
receiving a television program recording instruction which is being played;
recording the television program;
and sending the recorded television program audio stream to the server, so that the server counts the audience rating of the television program according to the recorded television program audio stream.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides another embodiment of a computer-readable storage medium, where the storage medium stores a computer program, and the computer program includes the following steps when executed:
receiving a first audio stream sent by a user terminal, wherein the first audio stream is an audio stream of a recorded television program;
acquiring a television program list and a second audio stream corresponding to the television program list from a television station, wherein the second audio stream is an audio stream of a television program acquired from the television station;
performing audio pairing analysis on the first audio stream and the second audio stream, and acquiring a television program name of the first audio stream through the television program list;
storing the television program name in association with the time at which the first audio stream was received;
and counting the audience rating of the television program corresponding to the first audio stream within a specified time.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that all or part of the steps in the methods of the above embodiments may be implemented by associated hardware instructed by a program, which may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and the storage medium may include: ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks, and the like.

Claims (23)
1. A method of surveying audience share, comprising:
receiving a television program recording instruction which is being played;
recording the television program;
and sending the recorded television program audio stream to the server, so that the server counts the audience rating of the television program according to the recorded television program audio stream.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein transmitting the recorded television program audio stream to the server further comprises:
sending a first request to a server, wherein the first request carries a first command code and an identifier of a user terminal, so that the server returns the audience rating and the audience ranking of the television program according to the first command code and the identifier of the user terminal, and a user can acquire the viewing information of the television program; or,
sending a second request to a server, wherein the second request carries a second command code and an identifier of the user terminal, and the server is enabled to issue comments of the user on the television program to a microblog and/or a friend circle of the user according to the second command code and the identifier of the user terminal; or,
sending a third request to a server, wherein the third request carries a third command code, an identifier of the user terminal and an identifier of a specified user terminal, and the server is enabled to issue comments of the television program to the specified user terminal according to the third command code and the identifier of the user terminal; or,
sending a fourth request to the server, wherein the fourth request carries a fourth command code and an identifier of the user terminal, and the server returns the comment of the television program to the user terminal according to the fourth command code and the identifier of the user terminal; or,
and sending a fifth request to a server, wherein the fifth request carries a fifth command code, an identifier of the user terminal and an identifier of the appointed user terminal, so that the server returns comments of the appointed user terminal to the television program to the user terminal according to the fifth command code and the identifier of the user terminal.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2,
the recording of the television program specifically includes: after the recording instruction is received, starting recording, and ending the recording when first preset time is reached;
the sending of the recorded television program audio stream to the server specifically includes: and after the recording is finished, sending the audio stream of the television program recorded in the first preset time to the server.
4. The method according to claim 1 or 2,
the recording of the television program specifically includes: after the recording instruction is received, starting recording, and ending the recording when first preset time is reached;
the sending of the recorded television program audio stream to the server specifically includes: and when the recording is started, starting to send the audio stream of the recorded television program, and continuously sending the audio stream of the recorded television program within the first preset time until the audio stream of the recording is sent completely.
5. A method of surveying audience share, comprising:
receiving a first audio stream sent by a user terminal, wherein the first audio stream is an audio stream of a recorded television program;
acquiring a television program list and a second audio stream corresponding to the television program list from a television station, wherein the second audio stream is an audio stream of a television program acquired from the television station;
performing audio pairing analysis on the first audio stream and the second audio stream, and acquiring a television program name of the first audio stream through the television program list;
storing the television program name in association with the time at which the first audio stream was received;
and counting the audience rating of the television program corresponding to the first audio stream within a specified time.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the obtaining a television program guide and a second audio stream corresponding to the television program guide from a television station specifically comprises:
and acquiring a television program list in a second preset time before the first audio stream is received and a second audio stream corresponding to the television program list from each television station.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein performing audio pairing analysis on the first audio stream and the second audio stream, and obtaining a tv program name of the first audio stream through the tv program list specifically includes:
performing audio pairing analysis on the first audio stream and the second audio stream, and finding an audio stream matched with the first audio stream from the second audio stream;
and acquiring the name of the television program matched with the first audio stream according to the television program list.
8. The method according to any one of claims 5 to 7, wherein the counting the audience rating of the television program in a predetermined time specifically includes:
counting the number of the audio streams of the recordings of all the television programs received within the specified time, and counting the number of the first audio streams corresponding to the television program names received within the specified time;
and calculating the audience rating of the television program according to the number of the first audio streams in the set time and the number of the audio streams of the recordings of all the television programs.
9. The method of claim 8, further comprising:
sequencing the audience ratings of all the television programs in the specified time;
and acquiring the audience rating of the television program corresponding to the first audio stream.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the receiving the first audio stream further comprises:
receiving a first request sent by a user terminal, wherein the first request carries a first command code and an identifier of the user terminal, and returning the audience rating and the audience ranking of the television program according to the first command code and the identifier of the user terminal, so that a user can acquire the viewing information of the television program; or,
receiving a second request sent by the user terminal, wherein the second request carries a second command code and an identifier of the user terminal, and issuing a comment of the user on the television program to a microblog or/and a friend circle of the user according to the second command code and the identifier of the user terminal; or,
receiving a third request sent by a user terminal, wherein the third request carries a third command code, an identifier of the user terminal and an identifier of a specified user terminal, and issuing a comment of a user on the television program to the specified user terminal according to the third command code and the identifier of the user terminal; or,
receiving a fourth request sent by the user terminal, wherein the fourth request carries a fourth command code and an identifier of the user terminal, and returning the comment of the television program to the user terminal according to the fourth command code and the identifier of the user terminal; or,
receiving a fifth request sent by a user terminal, wherein the fifth request carries a fifth command code, an identifier of the user terminal and an identifier of a specified user terminal, and returning comments of the specified user terminal to the television program to the user terminal according to the fifth command code and the identifier of the user terminal.
11. A user terminal, comprising:
the first receiving unit is used for receiving a television program recording instruction which is played;
the recording unit is used for recording the television program after the first receiving unit receives the recording instruction of the television program which is being played;
and the first sending unit is used for sending the television program audio stream recorded by the recording unit to the server so that the server counts the audience rating of the television program according to the recorded television program audio stream.
12. The user terminal of claim 11,
the first sending unit is further configured to send a first request, where the first request carries a first command code and an identifier of a user terminal;
the first receiving unit is used for receiving the audience rating and the audience ranking of the television program sent by the server after the first sending unit sends the first request, so that a user can obtain the viewing information of the television program;
or,
the first sending unit is further configured to send a second request, where the second request carries a second command code and an identifier of the user terminal, so that the server issues, according to the second command code and the identifier of the user terminal, a comment of the user on the television program to a microblog and/or a friend circle of the user;
or,
the first sending unit is further configured to send a third request, where the third request carries a third command code, an identifier of the user terminal, and an identifier of the specified user terminal, so that the server issues, according to the third command code and the identifier of the user terminal, a comment of the user on the television program to the specified user terminal;

the second receiving unit is used for receiving a first audio stream sent by the user terminal, wherein the first audio stream is an audio stream of a recorded television program;
the device comprises an acquisition unit, a processing unit and a processing unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring a television program list and a second audio stream corresponding to the television program list from a television station, and the second audio stream is an audio stream of the television program acquired from the television station;
the analysis unit is used for performing audio pairing analysis on the first audio stream received by the second receiving unit and the second audio stream acquired by the acquisition unit;
the acquiring unit is further configured to acquire a television program name of the first audio stream through the television program list;
the storage unit is used for storing the television program name and the time for receiving the first audio stream in an associated manner;
and the counting unit is used for counting the audience rating of the television program corresponding to the first audio stream stored in the storage unit within the specified time.

the ordering unit is used for ordering the audience ratings of all the television programs in the specified time counted by the counting unit;
the obtaining unit is further configured to obtain, after the sorting unit sorts, the audience rating of the television program corresponding to the first audio stream.

the second receiving unit is further configured to receive a third request sent by the user terminal, where the third request carries a third command code, an identifier of the user terminal, and an identifier of a designated user terminal;
the second sending unit is further configured to issue a comment of the user on the television program to a specified user terminal according to a third command code and an identifier of the user terminal, which are carried in a third request received by the second receiving unit;
or,
the second receiving unit is further configured to receive a fourth request sent by the user terminal, where the fourth request carries a fourth command code and an identifier of the user terminal;
the second sending unit is further configured to return the comment of the television program to the user terminal according to a fourth command code and the identifier of the user terminal, which are carried in the fourth request received by the second receiving unit;
or,
the second receiving unit is further configured to receive a fifth request sent by the user terminal, where the fifth request carries a fifth command code, an identifier of the user terminal, and an identifier of the designated user terminal;
and the second sending unit is further configured to return comments of the specified user of the user terminal to the television program to the user terminal according to a fifth command code and the identifier of the user terminal, which are carried in the fifth request received by the second receiving unit.
21. An audience rating survey system, comprising: a user terminal, a server and a television station;
the user terminal is the user terminal according to any one of claims 11 to 14, and the server is the server according to any one of claims 15 to 20.
22. A computer-readable storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, the computer program when executed comprising the steps of:
receiving a television program recording instruction which is being played;
recording the television program;
and sending the recorded television program audio stream to the server, so that the server counts the audience rating of the television program according to the recorded television program audio stream.
23. A computer-readable storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, the computer program when executed comprising the steps of:
receiving a first audio stream sent by a user terminal, wherein the first audio stream is an audio stream of a recorded television program;
acquiring a television program list and a second audio stream corresponding to the television program list from a television station, wherein the second audio stream is an audio stream of a television program acquired from the television station;
performing audio pairing analysis on the first audio stream and the second audio stream, and acquiring a television program name of the first audio stream through the television program list;
storing the television program name in association with the time at which the first audio stream was received;
and counting the audience rating of the television program corresponding to the first audio stream within a specified time.
