一种核电站用1E级双层热缩管,其包括外层和内层,该外层为热缩层,该内层为热熔胶层;该外层由按照重量计的下述组分组成:低密度聚乙烯20-40份;乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物60-80份;乙丙橡胶40-60份;十溴二苯乙烷20-40份;三氧化二锑10-20份;氧化镝8-15份;复合抗氧剂4-8份;光稳定剂1-2份;该内层由按照重量计的下述组分组成:乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物100份;乙丙橡胶10-30份;氧化镝8-15份;复合抗氧剂4-8份;光稳定剂1-2份。本发明核电站用1E级双层热缩管防水防潮性能优异、具有优异的耐热性能、耐辐射性能以及耐高温高压水蒸气性能,绝缘性能和耐电压性能满足要求。

Description

一种核电站用1E级双层热缩管
技术领域
本发明涉及一种热缩管,尤其涉及可供核电站使用的热缩管。
背景技术
核电属于清洁能源,是我国优先发展的产业。截至2011年底,我国已建成浙江秦山、广东大亚湾和江苏田湾三个核电基地,现役核电机组13台、装机容量1050万千瓦。按照2007年《核电中长期发展规划》确定的我国核电发展目标,到2020年我国要建设4000万千瓦的核电,核电的比例要从2%提高到4%。
核电站用1E级双层热缩管安装在安全壳内,不仅在正常环境条件,而且在发生核事故环境以及事故后能完成其规定功能,具体来说,就是要连续经过150℃、1400小时的热老化,2150KGy的辐射老化以及最高温度218℃、最高压力0.83MPa的LOCA实验以后,其绝缘性能和耐电压性能满足要求。
目前核电站用1E级双层热缩管全部依赖进口,国内没有产业化的核电站用1E级双层热缩管。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于:提供一种防水防潮性能优异、具有优异的耐热性能、耐辐射性能以及耐高温高压水蒸气性能,绝缘性能和耐电压性能满足要求的核电站用1E级双层热缩管。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出以下技术方案:一种核电站用1E级双层热缩管,其包括外层和内层,该外层为热缩层,该内层为热熔胶层;

上述外层所用的乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物的丙烯酸甲酯含量为14%-20%;
上述内层所用的乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物的丙烯酸甲酯含量为32%以上;
上述外层和内层所用的复合抗氧剂,由4,4'-亚甲基双(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)与N,N'-双[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酰]肼按照重量计1:1的比例配制而成;
上述外层和内层所用的光稳定剂为聚丁二酸(4-羟基-2,2,6,6-四甲基-1-哌啶乙醇)酯。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明核电站用1E级双层热缩管的外层为热缩层,内层为热熔胶层,外层遇热收缩以后,内层热熔胶熔化,填充外层与被保护部位之间的间隙,将外层与被保护部位牢固的粘结在一起,防水防潮性能优异。
核电站用1E级双层热缩管具有优异的耐热性能、耐辐射性能以及耐高温高压水蒸气性能,连续经过150℃、1400小时的热老化,2150KGy的辐射老化以及最高温度218℃、最高压力0.83MPa的LOCA实验以后,其绝缘性能和耐电压性能满足要求。
具体实施方式
一种核电站用1E级双层热缩管,其包括外层和内层,该外层为热缩层,该内层为热熔胶层。
该外层由按照重量计的下述组分组成:
上述外层所用的乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物的丙烯酸甲酯含量为14%-20%。
该内层由按照重量计的下述组分组成:
上述外层和内层所用的复合抗氧剂,由4,4'-亚甲基双(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)与N,N'-双[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酰]肼按照重量计1:1的比例配制而成。
上述外层和内层所用的光稳定剂为聚丁二酸(4-羟基-2,2,6,6-四甲基-1-哌啶乙醇)酯。
上述内层所用的乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物的丙烯酸甲酯含量为32%以上。
上述外层热缩层和内层热熔胶层是通过复合共挤而形成的。
制备实施例1
取低密度聚乙烯40份、乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物60份、乙丙橡胶40份、十溴二苯乙烷20份、三氧化二锑10份、氧化镝8份、由4,4'-亚甲基双(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)与N,N'-双[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酰]肼按照1:1的比例配制的复合抗氧剂4份、聚丁二酸(4-羟基-2,2,6,6-四甲基-1-哌啶乙醇)酯1份;
取乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物100份、乙丙橡胶10份、氧化镝8份、由4,4'-亚甲基双(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)与N,N'-双[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酰]肼按照1:1的比例配制的复合抗氧剂4份、聚丁二酸(4-羟基-2,2,6,6-四甲基-1-哌啶乙醇)酯1份;
以上材料分别经过密炼混炼造粒,然后用两台单螺杆挤出机复合挤出成管材,所述管材经过钴60或者电子加速器40-60KGy辐射交联以及130℃温度下扩张4倍,得到本发明核电站用1E级双层热缩管,其性能如下:
阻燃性:通过VW-1,拉伸强度:15Mpa,断裂伸长率:620%。连续经过150℃、1400小时的热老化,2150KGy的辐射老化以及最高温度218℃、最高压力0.83MPa的LOCA实验以后,其绝缘电阻20MΩ,远大于2.5MΩ,耐电压(3150 V/mm)5min,不击穿,满足核电站对1E级双层热缩管的要求。
制备实施例2
取低密度聚乙烯20份、乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物80份、乙丙橡胶60份、十溴二苯乙烷40份、三氧化二锑20份、氧化镝15份、由4,4'-亚甲基双(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)与N,N'-双[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酰]肼按照1:1的比例配制的复合抗氧剂8份、聚丁二酸(4-羟基-2,2,6,6-四甲基-1-哌啶乙醇)酯2份;
取乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物100份、乙丙橡胶30份、氧化镝15份、由4,4'-亚甲基双(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)与N,N'-双[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酰]肼按照1:1的比例配制的复合抗氧剂8份、聚丁二酸(4-羟基-2,2,6,6-四甲基-1-哌啶乙醇)酯2份;
以上材料分别经过密炼混炼造粒,然后用两台单螺杆挤出机复合挤出成管材,所述管材经过钴60或者电子加速器40-60KGy辐射交联以及130℃温度下扩张4倍,得到本发明核电站用1E级双层热缩管,其性能如下:

取低密度聚乙烯30份、乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物70份、乙丙橡胶50份、十溴二苯乙烷30份、三氧化二锑15份、氧化镝12份、由4,4'-亚甲基双(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)与N,N'-双[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酰]肼按照1:1的比例配制的复合抗氧剂6份、聚丁二酸(4-羟基-2,2,6,6-四甲基-1-哌啶乙醇)酯1.5份;
取乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物100份、乙丙橡胶20份、氧化镝12份、由4,4'-亚甲基双(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)与N,N'-双[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酰]肼按照1:1的比例配制的复合抗氧剂6份、聚丁二酸(4-羟基-2,2,6,6-四甲基-1-哌啶乙醇)酯1.5份;
以上材料分别经过密炼混炼造粒,然后用两台单螺杆挤出机复合挤出成管材,所述管材经过钴60或者电子加速器40-60KGy辐射交联以及130℃温度下扩张4倍,得到本发明核电站用1E级双层热缩管,其性能如下:
阻燃性:通过VW-1,拉伸强度:13Mpa,断裂伸长率:500%。连续经过150℃、1400小时的热老化,2150KGy的辐射老化以及最高温度218℃、最高压力0.83MPa的LOCA实验以后,其绝缘电阻20MΩ,远大于2.5MΩ,耐电压(3150 V/mm)5min,不击穿,满足核电站对1E级双层热缩管的要求。

1. 一种核电站用1E级双层热缩管,其特征在于:其包括外层和内层,该外层为热缩层,该内层为热熔胶层;
该外层由按照重量计的下述组分组成:
低密度聚乙烯              20-40份;
乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物       60-80份;
乙丙橡胶                  40-60份;
十溴二苯乙烷                20-40份;
三氧化二锑                  10-20份;
氧化镝                    8-15份;
复合抗氧剂                4-8份;
光稳定剂                  1-2份;
该内层由按照重量计的下述组分组成:
乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物       100份;
乙丙橡胶                 10-30份;
氧化镝                   8-15份;
复合抗氧剂               4-8份;
光稳定剂                 1-2份;
上述外层所用的乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物的丙烯酸甲酯含量为14%-20%;
上述内层所用的乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物的丙烯酸甲酯含量为32%以上;
上述外层和内层所用的复合抗氧剂,由4,4'-亚甲基双(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)与N,N'-双[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酰]肼按照重量计1:1的比例配制而成;上述外层和内层所用的光稳定剂为聚丁二酸(4-羟基-2,2,6,6-四甲基-1-哌啶乙醇)酯。
