本发明涉及一种衬套主簧动刚度测试工装,包括上连接头(1)、哈夫块(2)、衬套主簧(3)、主簧固定螺栓(4)、哈夫块螺栓(5)、哈夫块固定螺栓(6)和下连接头(7),所述的下连接头(7)上左右对称固定两个哈夫块(2),哈夫块(2)内固定有衬套主簧(3),衬套主簧(3)与上连接头(1)固定。本发明提供一种动刚度测试工装,该工装安装在单轴动态测试仪上,可以有效测试主方向的预载,以及非主方向动刚度。

技术领域
本发明属汽配技术领域,特别是涉及一种衬套主簧动刚度测试工装。
背景技术
目前对于衬套主簧主方向预载测试,以及非主方向动态刚度的测试均是在三轴向动态测试仪上完成,绝大部分零件生产厂家难以承担的昂贵测试设备采购费用,因此导致无法进行此类试验。
而现在多数零件生产厂家所购买为动静态测试仪,其在测试衬套主簧动刚度时,如主方向有预载要求,则只能测试主方向动刚度,由于这类设备只能在单方向运动,因此无法测试非主方向动刚度。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种衬套主簧动刚度测试工装,能对。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种衬套主簧动刚度测试工装,包括上连接头、哈夫块、衬套主簧、主簧固定螺栓、哈夫块螺栓、哈夫块固定螺栓和下连接头,所述的下连接头上左右对称固定两个哈夫块,哈夫块内固定有衬套主簧,衬套主簧与上连接头固定。
所述的衬套主簧通过主簧固定螺栓与上连接头固定。
所述的下连接头通过哈夫块固定螺栓固定两个哈夫块。
有益效果
本发明提供一种动刚度测试工装,该工装安装在单轴动态测试仪上,可以有效测试主方向的预载,以及非主方向动刚度。

实施例1
如图1所示,本发明提供了一种衬套主簧动刚度测试工装,包括上连接头1、哈夫块2、衬套主簧3、主簧固定螺栓4、哈夫块螺栓5、哈夫块固定螺栓6和下连接头7,所述的下连接头7上左右对称固定两个哈夫块2,哈夫块2内固定有衬套主簧3,衬套主簧3与上连接头1固定。
所述的衬套主簧3通过主簧固定螺栓4与上连接头1固定。
所述的下连接头7通过哈夫块固定螺栓6固定两个哈夫块2。
通过调节上连接头1与衬套主簧3的固定点来调节主方向预载大小。

1.一种衬套主簧动刚度测试工装,包括上连接头(1)、哈夫块(2)、衬套主簧(3)、主簧固定螺栓(4)、哈夫块螺栓(5)、哈夫块固定螺栓(6)和下连接头(7),其特征是:所述的下连接头(7)上左右对称固定两个哈夫块(2),哈夫块(2)内固定有衬套主簧(3),衬套主簧(3)与上连接头(1)固定,通过调节上连接头(1)与衬套主簧(3)的固定点来调节主方向预载大小。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种衬套主簧动刚度测试工装,其特征是:所述的衬套主簧(3)通过主簧固定螺栓(4)与上连接头(1)固定。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种衬套主簧动刚度测试工装,其特征是:所述的下连接头(7)通过哈夫块固定螺栓(6)固定两个哈夫块(2)。
