技术领域
本发明属于建筑设备领域,具体涉及一种浴室水力排雾扇。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,几乎各家均有专门的浴室,特别是随着电热水器及燃气热水器进入人们的生活后,人们的生活水平得到了极大的提高,但浴室都存在一个共同的缺陷,即人们洗澡时,浴室中容易形成较多的雾气,浴室中长期有雾气使建筑一直处于潮湿环境中,减少了建筑使用年限,同时影响吊顶、灯具、镜面的使用。
现有解决该缺陷的方法是通过在浴室内安装电热风扇,通过热风减少浴室中的雾气。但该方式的缺陷在于需要使用电力,不具备环保作用。
发明内容
本发明就是针对技术的不足,提出的一种浴室水力排雾扇,利用水压力系统和磁感应原理驱动叶片将蒸汽同步回收至冷凝管,有效的减少了浴室雾气,保护了浴室的吊顶、灯具及镜面。
一种浴室水力排雾扇由风扇、磁感应盒及冷凝管组成,所述的磁感应盒内有两块永久磁铁及一带叶轮的转轴;所述的磁感应盒两端分别于浴室内自来水管相连,所述磁感应盒的转轴的两端分别通过导线连接风扇电机的正负极;所述冷凝管安装在风扇的反面并将其完全包裹;所述风扇通过螺杆安装在磁感应盒上。
实现本发明所述的技术效果,还可以采用另外一种方式:
一种浴室水力排雾扇由风扇、磁感应盒及冷凝管组成,所述的磁感应盒内有带转轴的叶轮,所述的叶轮带有永久磁铁;所述风扇通过螺杆安装在磁感应盒上;所述风扇由磁悬浮导轨及叶轮组成,所述的叶轮带有永久磁铁,所述叶轮设置在磁悬浮导轨上;所述冷凝管安装在风扇的反面并延伸至竖向向下排出。
进一步的,所述磁感应盒由非金属材料制成。
进一步的,所述的磁感应盒的两端分别连接在自来水管道上。
本发明的有益效果在于:通过利用水压力系统和磁感应原理驱动叶片将蒸汽同步回收至泠凝管,在有效排雾的同时不需要消耗电力,同时具有效率高且静音的效果,其次有效的保护了浴室的吊顶、灯具等建筑设备,创造了清爽的洗浴环境。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种浴室水力排雾扇由风扇4、磁感应盒5及冷凝管3组成,所述的磁感应盒5内有两块高强度磁铁及一带叶轮的转轴2;所述的磁感应盒5安装的浴室内自来水管道1上,所述磁感应盒5中带叶轮的转轴2的两端分别通过导线连接风扇4电机的正负极;所述冷凝管3安装在风扇4的反面并将其完全包裹;所述风扇4安装在通过螺杆安装在磁感应盒5上。
本发明所述的一种浴室水力排雾扇的工作原理为:当打开浴室浴霸时,水流带动磁感应盒5中带叶片的转轴2转动,转轴上的叶片通过切割高强度磁场,转轴上会产生电流,所产生电流通过导线传导到风扇中,带动风扇转动,风扇转动后将雾气吸收到冷凝管中,雾气在冷凝管中冷凝后即减少浴室中的雾气。
本发明还提出另一种实现方式:一种浴室水力排雾扇由风扇、磁感应盒及冷凝管组成,所述的磁感应盒内有带转轴的叶轮,所述的叶轮带有永久磁铁;所述风扇通过螺杆安装在磁感应盒上;所述风扇由磁悬浮导轨及叶轮组成,所述的叶轮带有永久磁铁,所述叶轮设置在磁悬浮导轨上;所述冷凝管安装在风扇的反面并将其完全包裹。
一种浴室水力排雾扇的工作原理为:将磁感应盒的两端分别连接在自来水管道上,当水力驱动感应盒中的叶片A时,由于磁感应,风扇中的叶片B也随之转动,风扇转动后将雾气吸收到冷凝管中,雾气在冷凝管中冷凝后即减少浴室中的雾气。
所述的冷凝管及磁感应盒由非金属材料制成。

1.一种浴室水力排雾扇,其特征在于:所述水力排雾扇由风扇、磁感应盒及冷凝管组成,所述的磁感应盒内有两块永久磁铁及一带叶轮的转轴;所述的磁感应盒两端分别与浴室内自来水管相连,所述磁感应盒的转轴的两端分别通过导线连接风扇电机的正负极;所述冷凝管安装在风扇的反面并将其完全包裹;所述风扇通过螺杆安装在磁感应盒上;
所述的磁感应盒内有带转轴的叶轮,所述的叶轮带有永久磁铁;所述风扇通过螺杆安装在磁感应盒上;所述风扇由磁悬浮导轨及叶轮组成,所述风扇的叶轮带有永久磁铁,所述风扇的叶轮设置在磁悬浮导轨上;所述冷凝管安装在风扇的反面并延伸至竖向向下排出。
