Abstract
一种工业风扇,包括电机和风叶(7),电机包括电机转壳(1)、定子铁芯(5)、磁钢(6)和电机轴(2),定子铁芯(5)固定于电机轴(2)上,电机转壳(1)设有轴向通孔,轴向通孔与电机转壳(1)的空腔贯通,电机轴(2)通过轴承穿装于轴向通孔中,磁钢(6)固定电机转壳(1)的侧壁上,与定子铁芯(5)互相配合,并且定子铁芯(2)与磁钢(6)之间留有一段间隙,电机转壳(1)上设有风叶安装架(9),风叶(7)固定于该风叶安装架(9)上。其简化了工业风扇的整体结构,而且安装简单,提高了工业风扇的安装效率,减小了风扇的成本和整体重量,风扇旋转承载量变轻,从而有利于在市场上推广。
Description
本发明属于吊扇领域,尤其涉及一种车间用的工业风扇。
工厂车间通常设置大型风扇,从而在夏天可以用于散热通风。现有的工业风扇上的电机普遍采用交流异步电机,由于交流异步电机存在调速功能不高的缺陷,因此在工业风扇上还需增加减速器来实现对工业风扇风叶的转速控制,从而实现工业风扇的调速功能。因为工业风扇本身的重量高于普通风扇,而且工业风扇是悬空固定在车间的顶部,在安装工业风扇时,需要通过一个支撑架来同时固定电机和减速器,安装非常不便,而且增加了风扇的承载量和工业风扇的生产成本。
发明的公开
本发明的目的在于提供一种工业风扇,本发明解决了现有的工业存在的风扇整体重量较大、风扇运转时承载量高的缺陷。
为此,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种新型工业风扇,包括电机和风叶,其特征是,所述的电机包括电机转壳、定子铁芯、磁钢和电机轴,定子铁芯固定于电机轴上,所述的电机转壳设有轴向通孔,轴向通孔与电机转壳的空腔贯通,所述的电机轴通过轴承穿装于轴向通孔中,所述的磁钢固定于所述电机转壳的侧壁上,与所述的定子铁芯互相配合,并且定子铁芯与磁钢之间留有一段间隙,所述的电机转壳上设有风叶安装架,所述的风叶固定于该风叶安装架上。
作为对上述技术方案的补充和完善,本发明还包括以下技术特征:
所述的风叶安装架固定安装于所述的电机转壳上。作为优选,所述的电机转壳的上端设有开口,开口通过上端盖盖装,所述的风叶安装架就是该上端盖,上端盖设有与所述的轴向通孔同心的轴孔,所述的电机轴穿装于该轴孔。
所述的风叶安装架与所述的电机转壳一体成型。
所述的风叶通过连接件固定。
所述的定子铁芯的槽数数量为36槽,磁钢数量为16对。
所述电机轴为空心轴。
所述的电机轴的下端设有灯,连接该灯的电源线穿过所述的空心轴的轴孔。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述。
实施例:如图1所示,本发明包括电机和风叶7,其特征在于:所述的电机包括电机转壳1、定子铁芯5、磁钢6和电机轴2,定子铁芯5固定于电机轴2上,所述的电机转壳1设有轴向通孔,轴向通孔与电机转壳1的空腔8贯通,所述的电机轴2通过轴承穿装于轴向通孔中,所述的磁钢6固定于所述电机转壳空腔8的侧壁上,与所述的定子铁芯5互相配合,并且定子铁芯5与磁钢6之间留有一段间隙,所述的电机转壳1上设有风叶安装架,所述的风叶7固定于该风叶安装架上。本发明的工作原理为:通过设置磁钢替代原有电机的转子绕组,通电后磁钢带动电机转壳直接运转,替代了原有间接通过减速器带动风叶
旋转,而且结构更为简洁,减轻了工业风扇的重量。
所述的风叶安装架9固定安装于所述的电机转壳1上。作为优选,所述的电机转壳1的上端设有开口,开口通过上端盖盖装,所述的风叶安装架就是该上端盖,上端盖设有与所述的轴向通孔同心的轴孔,所述的电机轴2穿装于该轴孔。
所述的风叶安装架9与所述的电机转壳1一体成型,风叶安装架9位于电机转壳的上端。
所述的风叶7通过连接件固定。
所述的定子铁芯5的槽数数量为36槽,磁钢数量为16对。
所述电机轴2为空心轴。
所述的电机轴2的下端设有灯3,连接该灯3的电源线穿过所述的空心轴的轴孔。

- 一种新型工业风扇,包括电机和风叶(7),其特征在于:所述的电机包括电机转壳(1)、定子铁芯(5)、磁钢(6)和电机轴(2),定子铁芯(5)固定于电机轴(2)上,所述的电机转壳(1)设有轴向通孔,轴向通孔与电机转壳(1)的空腔(8)贯通,所述的电机轴(2)通过轴承穿装于轴向通孔中,所述的磁钢(6)固定于所述电机转壳空腔(8)的侧壁上,与所述的定子铁芯(5)互相配合,并且定子铁芯(5)与磁钢(6)之间留有一段间隙,所述的电机转壳(1)上设有风叶安装架,所述的风叶(7)固定于该风叶安装架(9)上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型工业风扇,其特征在于:所述的风叶安装架(9)固定安装于所述的电机转壳(1)上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型工业风扇,其特征在于:所述的风叶安装架(9)与所述的电机转壳(1)一体成型。
- 根据权利要求2或3所述的一种新型工业风扇,其特征在于:所述的风叶(7)通过连接件固定。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种新型工业风扇,其特征在于:所述电机轴(2)为空心轴。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种新型工业风扇,其特征在于:所述的电机轴(2)的下端设有灯(3),连接该灯(3)的电源线穿过所述的空心轴的轴孔。
