本发明涉及一种冬季道路清除冰雪机械设备技术领域，尤其是一种道路除冰清雪铲及制备方法。
技术背景
目前国内外在冬季清除道路冰雪方面机械设备种类很多，但效果不好，清除过冰雪的路面残留冰雪还有很多，不能很好的把冰雪彻底从路面上清除干净。
发明内容
为了克服所有除雪设备不能很好的把冰雪从路面上彻底清除干净的不足，本发明提供一种道路除冰清雪铲及制备方法，除冰清雪铲在制造中铲刃和路面的角度设计制造为10°-45°，其性能在于除冰雪作业中铲刃和路面在这个区段的角度，是铲刃最佳除冰雪角度，所以路面的冰雪能轻松的清除。遇到路面减速带等凸出物体时可自动越过。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：首先悬挂挂载在机动车辆上，悬挂和主铲连接，主铲、支架和调整螺丝连接又和弹簧轴芯、弹簧下轴连接，连杆轴固定在主铲上和连杆连接又通过越障支架轴和越障支架、铲刃连接，弹簧支架焊接在越障支架上和弹簧下轴连接。当机动车辆挂载除冰清雪铲作业时，因为铲刃和路面的夹角在10°-45°之间，所以路面的冰雪能轻松的清除。遇到路面减速带等凸出物体时，铲刃就克服弹簧的压力向上移动并同时向后翻滚，自动越过减速带等凸出物体。

首先悬挂(4)挂载在机动车辆上，悬挂(4)和主铲(1)连接，主铲(1)、支架(2)和调整螺丝(3)连接又和弹簧轴芯(6)、弹簧下轴(7)连接，连杆轴(13)固定在主铲(1)上和连杆(12)连接又通过越障支架轴(11)和越障支架(9)、铲刃(10)连接，弹簧支架(8)焊接在越障支架(9)上和弹簧下轴(7)连接。当机动车辆挂载除冰清雪铲作业时，因为铲刃(10)和路面的夹角在10°-45°之间，所以路面的冰雪能轻松的清除。遇到路面减速带等凸出物体时，铲刃(10)就克服弹簧(5)的压力向上移动并同时向后翻滚，自动越过减速带等凸出物体。

1.一种道路除冰清雪铲及其制备方法，其特征在于：主铲、支架和调整螺丝连接又和弹簧轴芯、弹簧下轴连接，连杆轴固定在主铲上和连杆连接又通过越障支架轴和越障支架、铲刃连接，弹簧支架焊接在越障支架上和弹簧下轴连接。
2.根据权利要求1所诉的一种道路除冰清雪铲及其制备方法，其特征在于：铲刃和路面的角度设计制造为10°-45°。
