Abstract

一种道路除雪铲装置，整体铲通过摆臂轴和摆臂、振动铲连接，振动铲、固定同步轴和同步连杆、中轴、弹簧支架连接，铲刃和铲刃后翻限位点是一体和中轴是滑动连接，整体铲、轴承瓦座和偏心轴、偏心轮、振动活块、摆臂连接。因为振动活块上下有空间而前后是滑动配合，所以当专业车辆除雪作业时开启马达，皮带就带动偏心轴通过各个连接部件带动振动铲、铲刃做前后振动进行除雪作业。当遇到井盖等路面凸出物体时，铲刃就克服弹簧的压力向后翻滚，越过井盖等路面凸出物体后在弹簧的压力下恢复原位继续作业。

本发明涉及一种道路除雪机械，尤其是一种道路除雪铲装置。
背景技术
目前国内外道路除雪设备种类很多，但除雪效果不好而且不适合我国国情，不能很好的把道路上的积雪彻底清除干净。
发明内容
为了克服所有除雪设备除雪效果不好而且不适合我国国情，不能很好的把道路上的积雪彻底清除干净的不足，本发明提供一种道路除雪铲装置，当除雪作业时铲刃能产生一种振动力，使压实的积雪和冰能轻松的从路面上清除，当遇到路面井盖等凸出物体时可自动越过。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：首先悬挂挂载在专业车辆上，整体铲通过摆臂轴和摆臂、振动铲连接，振动铲、固定同步轴和同步连杆、中轴、弹簧支架连接，铲刃和铲刃后翻限位点是一体和中轴是滑动连接，弹簧下座通过弹簧芯轴和弹簧上座滑动连接，弹簧套在弹簧芯轴上，马达固定在弹簧上座上和整体铲是一体，整体铲、轴承瓦座和偏心轴、偏心轮、振动活块、摆臂连接。因为振动活块上下有空间而前后是滑动配合，所以当专业车辆除雪作业时开启马达，皮带就带动偏心轴通过各个连接部件带动振动铲、铲刃做前后振动进行除雪作业。因弹簧支架和中轴是一体，同步连杆的一端和中轴的一端用键连接，铲刃、铲刃后翻限位点是一体在弹簧支架和同步连杆中间又和中轴是滑动连接，所以当遇到井盖等路面凸出物体时，铲刃就克服弹簧的压力向后翻滚，越过井盖等路面凸出物体后在弹簧的压力下恢复原位继续作业。
本发明的闪效果是，当除雪作业时铲刃能产生一种平行于路面的振动力，使压实的积雪和冰能轻松的从路面上清除，当遇到路面井盖等凸出物体时可自动越过，结构简单。

具体实施方式
在图1中，首先悬挂(9)挂载在专业车辆上，整体铲(1)通过摆臂轴(2)和摆臂(3)、振动铲(18)连接，振动铲(18)、固定同步轴(17)和同步连杆(16)、中轴(14)、弹簧支架(12)连接，铲刃(15)和铲刃后翻限位点(13)是一体和中轴(14)是滑动连接，弹簧下座(11)通过弹簧芯轴(6)和弹簧上座(7)滑动连接，弹簧(8)套在弹簧芯轴(6)上，马达(4)固定在弹簧上座(7)上和整体铲(1)是一体，整体铲(1)、轴承瓦座(10)和偏心轴(21)、偏心轮(20)、振动活块(19)、摆臂(3)连接。因为振动活块(19)上下有空间而前后是滑动配合，所以当专业车辆除雪作业时开启马达(4)，皮带(5)就带动偏心轴(21)通过各个连接部件带动振动铲(18)、铲刃(15)做前后振动进行除雪作业。因弹簧支架(12)和中轴(14)是一体，同步连杆(16)的一端和中轴(14)的一端用键连接，铲刃(15)、铲刃后翻限位点(13)是一体在弹簧支架(12)和同步连杆(16)中间又和中轴(14)是滑动连接，所以当遇到井盖等路面凸出物体时，铲刃(15)就克服弹簧(8)的压力向后翻滚，越过井盖等路面凸出物体后在弹簧(8)的压力下恢复原位继续作业。

1.一种道路除雪铲装置，其特征在于：整体铲通过摆臂轴和摆臂、振动铲连接，振动铲、固定同步轴和同步连杆、中轴、弹簧支架连接，铲刃和铲刃后翻限位点是一体和中轴是滑动连接，整体铲、轴承瓦座和偏心轴、偏心轮、振动活动、摆臂连接。
