Abstract

本发明公开了一种悬挂自由摆动式钢坯入炉分隔挡料器,该挡料器由气缸、链条、悬挂架、平衡挡料梁和电磁换向阀组成组成,气缸由螺栓固定在悬挂架上,气缸1由气路软管连接电磁换向阀,链条与气缸活塞杆用螺纹连接,平衡挡料梁与链条用吊环通过螺纹连接,悬挂架与辊道焊接固定起来。该装置提高了编组上料的速度,提高了钢坯的入炉质量,降低了事故率,经济效益显著,而且填补了多排料入炉自动化分隔、挡料技术,有广泛的推广应用价值。

悬挂自由摆动式钢坯入炉分隔挡料器
技术领域
本发明属于轧钢加热炉辊道上料设备,具体涉及一种钢坯入炉分隔挡料器。
背景技术
目前轧钢企业,基本采用钢坯冷、热互用的生产方式,由于(辊道)运输线较长,编好组的钢坯(一般为6~9根;长6~12米;每根重1~3吨左右)在辊道上运行一段距离后,开始散组。故而产生前后不齐,严重时偏差量达到0.4~0.8米。这样的散组钢坯到达终点后,是无法达到入炉技术要求的。如果是单排钢坯入炉,一般在辊道尾部设置一个固定挡料器(10)(如图2所示)利用辊道惯性将钢坯撞齐,然后用入炉推钢机将钢坯按B方向推入炉膛。
由于单排料加热产量低,加热成本高,能耗较大,不经济。所以目前大、中型轧钢企业均采用宽炉膛,单排与多排互用的加热方式。这样使用对入炉排钢质量要求较高,目的是怕钢坯在炉膛内相擦,翻炉等设备事故,过去是用人工的方式来保证入炉排钢的质量,这样效率低,劳动强度大,易发生工伤事故,所以多排钢坯编组撞齐变成了技术制约,难以高效的达到入炉技术要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种轧钢加热炉多排钢坯上料的分隔挡料装置。
为实现本发明目的所采用的技术方案是:一种悬挂自由摆动式钢坯入炉分隔挡料器,该挡料器由气缸、链条、悬挂架、平衡挡料梁和电磁换向阀组成,气缸由螺栓固定在悬挂架上,气缸1由气路软管连接电磁换向阀,链条与气缸活塞杆用螺纹连接,平衡挡料梁与链条用吊环通过螺纹连接,悬挂架与辊道焊接固定起来。
本发明悬挂自由摆动式钢坯入炉分隔挡料器结构简单,简化了操作程序,提高了编组上料的速度,减少了操作人员,降低了劳动强度,提高了钢坯的入炉质量,降低了事故率,经济效益显著,而且填补了多排料入炉自动化分隔、挡料技术空白,有广泛的推广应用价值。

具体实施方式
从图1可以看出,本发明悬挂自由摆动式钢坯入炉分隔挡料器是由气缸1、悬挂架6、平衡挡料梁5、链条3和电磁换向阀组成。气缸1由螺栓固定在悬挂架6上,气缸1由气路软管连接电磁换向阀,钢构悬挂架6单腿支撑与辊道11电焊连接固定,形成一个90°悬挂架;链条3与气缸活塞杆2用螺纹连接,平衡梁5与链条3用吊环4螺纹连接,形成一个悬挂自由摆动机构,螺纹可调整平衡挡料梁5的水平高低。
如图2所示,气缸1上下运动由气路软管连接电磁换向阀,由操作台电器按钮“开关”控制。操作人员按“开”使气缸1通气,自由摆动平衡挡料梁上升,让编组钢坯10由操作人员启动辊道开关,驱动辊道辊子9转动运行让编组好的钢坯按来料方向A通过,靠惯性撞向固定弹性挡料器7上,使头部撞齐。如不齐,可重复几次撞击,以达到入炉技术要求为止。操作人员在按下“关”使气缸1放气,自由摆动平衡挡料梁5下落,挡在前一排编组好的钢坯10后,由操作人员再次点动辊道开关,让辊道辊子9再次转动运行,将编组料11靠惯性撞向落下的悬挂自由平衡挡料梁5上,如不齐,可重复多次撞击,达到入炉技术要求。操作人员可再次按下“开”使气缸1再次通气,自由摆动平衡挡料梁5升起,入炉料编组工作结束。等待指令,按入炉方向B将编好组的钢坯9、10由推钢机送入加热炉。 

Claims (2)

1.一种悬挂自由摆动式钢坯入炉分隔挡料器,该分隔挡料器由、链条、悬挂架、平衡挡料梁和电磁换向阀组成,其特征是气缸由螺栓固定在悬挂架上,气缸通过气路软管连接电磁换向阀,链条与气缸活塞杆用螺纹连接,平衡挡料梁与链条通过吊环用螺纹连接,悬挂架与辊道焊接固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的悬挂自由摆动式钢坯入炉分隔挡料器,其特征是所述悬挂架的单腿支撑与辊道焊接固定,形成一个90°直角悬挂架。
