技术领域
本发明涉及一种带内传热的热管。
背景技术
目前,传统用于热交换的热管都是在热管外部增加换热筋片以此增加热交换面积从而提高热管的换热性能,热管径向流体从热管内壁传递到热管中心只能通过热对流的方式传热效率不高,且热管承受径向力的能力不高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种带内传热的热管。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的带内传热的热管,包括至少一组内置换热筋片和热管。
所述内置换热筋片固定在热管内,换热筋片与热管内壁接触处相互熔接成一体。
采用上述的结构后,外界热量可通过两种途径将热量径向传递给流体,一种是通过传统流体对流的方式,另外多一种热传导的方式,将热管外壁热量通过换热筋片传导到流体的径向中心,使热管的换热效率更高,同时由于热管内增加了换热筋片,使热管径向的支撑力增强。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明带内传热的热管作进一步详细说明。
如图所示,本发明的带内传热的热管,包括热管1,换热筋片2,两者之间的结合处相互熔接成一体,热量通过热管1内壁传递给流体,流体通过对流径向传热的同时,还可以通过换热筋片2以热传导的方式径向传递,热管1内设置有换热筋片2同时起到增强热管径向支撑力的作用。
