技术领域
本发明涉及节流阀技术领域,特别是涉及一种用于无人施药机的节流阀。
背景技术
节流阀是通过改变节流面积或节流长度以控制流体流量的阀门,现有技术中的节流阀一般包括阀体、阀芯和调节杆,所述阀体上设有进液口和出液口,所述阀芯设置在阀体内,所述调节杆是用以调节阀芯在阀体内的位置,从而调节阀体内的液体流量,但是在安装和使用时的工序比较麻烦,而且无法根据压力大小自动调节流量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单、操作方便、可以根据实际压力大小自动调节流量用于多旋翼超低量无人施药机的节流阀。
本发明用于多旋翼超低量无人施药机的节流阀,包括阀体,所述阀体内设置有液体输入通道和液体输出通道,在所述液体输入通道出口处和液体输出通道的入口处,即两通道的连接处固定设置有弹力薄片。
在所述阀体液体输出通道中可以设置有调节流量的限流螺丝,可以根据实际压力调节流量。
本发明由于采用以上结构,同现有技术相比具有结构简单、操作方便、可以根据实际压力调节流量的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作详细说明:
如图1、图2所示,图中:1、阀体,2、通道,3、弹力薄片,4、限流螺丝。
其包括阀体,阀体内设置有液体输入通道和液体输出通道,在液体输入通道出口处和液体输出通道的入口处,即两通道的连接处固定设置有弹力薄片。在阀体液体输出通道中设置有调节流量的限流螺丝。
本发明利用弹力薄片与气压相结合进行低压止流设计,液体在泵的作用下通过液体输入通道进入到弹力薄片的储液仓,利用泵的压力将两通道连接处的弹力薄片打开,液体顺利流到液体输出通道中;当泵的压力失去的时候,弹力薄片将会关闭实现止流目的;液体输出通道中的限流螺丝可以根据实际压力调节流量。

1.一种用于多旋翼超低量无人施药机的节流阀,包括阀体,其特征在于:所述阀体内设置有液体输入通道和液体输出通道,在所述液体输入通道出口处和液体输出通道的入口处,即两通道的连接处固定设置有弹力薄片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于多旋翼超低量无人施药机的节流阀,其特征在于:在所述阀体液体输出通道中设置有调节流量的限流螺丝。
