本发明涉及振动筛，特别是一种适用于大型振动筛上的阻尼装置。
背景技术：
现在的振动筛发展趋势越来越趋向大型化，尤其是钢铁企业、矿产、煤炭等行业，所使用的振动筛更是如此，而大型的振动筛，其筛框在振动筛启动和停止时容易产生较大的晃动，易与筛箱产生碰撞，对振动筛的整体稳定性不利，并且容易影响振动筛的整机寿命。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是设计一种结构合理，使用效果好的适用于大型振动筛的阻尼装置。
本发明的技术方案是，一种阻尼装置，它包括弹簧，减振底座，其特征在于：在减振底座上设有阻尼块，在阻尼块下固定有弹簧，在弹簧下安装有压盖，在阻尼块上部安装有固定槽钢。
本发明结构简单，使用效果好，可以有效的提高振动筛的寿命。

结合附图详细描述实施例，本发明的结构是，一种阻尼装置，它包括弹簧4，减振底座2，在减振底座上设有阻尼块3，在阻尼块下固定有弹簧，在弹簧下安装有压盖5，在阻尼块上部安装有固定槽钢1。本发明安装在大型振动筛的筛框两侧，用槽钢卡住筛框，防止筛框在振动筛启动或停止时与筛箱产生碰撞，延长了振动筛的整体寿命，使用效果好。
