Abstract

本发明公开了一种压电泵和其配管,该压电泵包括进出口配管、上下壳、换能片、阀片和密封圈。其中一个核心的方法是将换能片的定位做成圆周边固定不能伸缩;把壳体和换能片形成的工作腔内流体流动的表面做成弧面或曲面等流线体形状。在泵的进出口加一段配管,有利于流体的流动从紊流状态向稳流状态转变。这些方法能有效地降低无用功的消耗,极大地提升泵的效率。

本发明涉及微型泵,特别是,涉及一种以压电陶瓷片为能量转换装置的压电泵。
背景技术
压电泵是一种新型泵,因为它的节能环保、体积小、重量轻、噪音低等许多优点,而被许多技术工作者看好它的应用前景,这种泵因为有许多技术基础工作的研究没有做透切,技术指标的提升有不少可以努力的空间。
发明内容
本发明从换能片的安装定位、泵体工作腔的设计和管路配置方面来提升泵的性能指标。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种压电泵,由进出口配管、上下壳、换能片、阀片和密封圈等零件组成。其中一个核心的方法是将换能片的定位做成圆周边固定不能伸缩,最好是机械方法的紧配合,这种做法相当于杠杆原理的支点做在了圆周边,把换能片水平方向的伸缩变化最大化的转化为垂直振幅了,从而有效地提升了泵的工作腔的体积变化率,也就相应地提升泵的性能指标。我们把壳体和换能片形成的工作腔内流体流动的表面做成弧面或曲面等流线体形状,有利于减少流体流动的阻力和加速度突变,从而提高能量转化的效率,相应地也提高了泵的性能指标。我们在泵的进出口加一段配管,有利于流体的流动从紊流状态向稳流状态转变,从而降低了流体流动过程中的能量消耗,达到了节能的目的。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例,对本发明进行更详细地说明。
图1是本发明中压电泵的结构图,该泵由进口配管(1)、上壳(2)、换能片(3)、阀片(4)、下壳(5)、密封圈(6)和出口配管(7)等零件构成。上壳(2)和下壳(5)用螺钉连接或超声波焊接等方法将这些零件有机地组合在一起形成一个完整的压电泵。早前许多已报的专利或者是已经试产的压电泵产品是以图2中的(101)面和图3中的(102)面作为换能片(3)的定位面,而换能片(3)的(A)面是可以自由伸缩的,本专利中将下壳(5)的(B)面和换能片(3)的(A)面以紧配合的方式限定,使换能片(3)通电后产生的伸缩变化最大化的转化为垂直振幅,从而提高了能量转化的效率。在图3中,我们把(103)面做成流线体形式的弧面或曲面,减少流体流动过程中的阻力和涡流,也有利于能量最大化地转化为有用功。在图1中,我们把压电泵的进出口再配一节材料硬度在邵氏50以上的管子,或者把进出口长度适度做长,由于这种管子有利于把紊流变为稳流,从而减少了流体在进出口部位的能量损耗,相应地也就提高了压电泵的工作效率。我们对前述实例做过不少测试对比,也证实了我们的方法行之有效。

Claims (3)

1.一种压电泵,包括进口配管(1)、上壳(2)、换能片(3)、阀片(4)、下壳(5)、密封圈(6)和出口配管(7);其特征在于:所属的换能片(3)的圆柱面(A)与下壳(5)的圆柱面(B)为紧配合定位。
2.一种压电泵配管,其特征在于:该泵进出口连接有配管(1)和(7),且配管材料的硬度在邵氏50以上。或者说该泵进出水口有一段不少于30厘米管路,且管材料的硬度在邵氏50以上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的压电泵,其特征在于:换能片(3)表面(101)和壳体表面(103)构成压电泵的工作腔,且表面(103)为无尖锐过渡的弧形面,或为逐渐变化的曲面等流线体形状。
