技术领域:
本发明涉及高温补偿器技术领域,具体涉及一种采用迷宫结构的干熄焦矩形金属高温补偿器。
背景技术:
干熄焦高温补偿器,设置场所在室外高空,一次除尘器与干熄炉和锅炉的连接处,操作场所烟气含尘量大,热辐射温度高。循环气体温度880~960℃,瞬间最高温度达1100℃工作制度。老式的干熄焦高温补偿器由于密封效果不好,经常泄漏烧穿波纹管,维修更换很不方便,因此要求干熄焦高温补偿器具有较长的使用寿命,然而目前的干熄焦高温补偿器使用寿命不到1年就要更换。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种干熄焦矩形金属高温补偿器,它耐温达800度以上不变形,不脱层,采用迷宫结构防止介质的流窜,整体耐温耐磨效果好,密封效果好,不漏粉,不窜风,不积灰,使用寿命长。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题,本发明是采用以下技术方案:它包含波纹管、保温材料、外导流筒、内导流筒、锚固板和长短锚固钉,补偿器内壁圆周上均匀焊接有若干长短锚固钉,补偿器内侧中部对称设置有锚固板,锚固板之间空隙处外壁焊接有内导流筒,内导流筒外侧设置有外导流筒,外导流筒外侧设置有波纹管,且波纹管与外导流筒之间、外导流筒与内导流筒之间、内导流筒与锚固板之间均设置有保温材料。
所述的波纹管为多波一次成形,没有环焊缝的波纹管。
所述的保温材料为耐高温且保温的硅酸铝纤维棉。
本发明采用迷宫结构,从内到外由8层结构组成,8层材料都由不锈钢制成,降低温度对波纹管的辐射,每层都起到耐温和密封效果,层与层之间用填料填实,为了防止保温材料流窜,用不锈钢丝网多层包扎固定。多波一次成形,没有环焊缝,减少了焊缝的泄漏部位,大大提高了产品的使用寿命。截面大,是矩形结构,整体强度高,运输和使用中不变形。
本发明耐温达800度以上不变形,不脱层,采用迷宫结构防止介质的流窜,整体耐温耐磨效果好,密封效果好,不漏粉,不窜风,不积灰,使用寿命长。

参照图1,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:它包含波纹管1、保温材料2、外导流筒3、内导流筒4、锚固板5和长短锚固钉6,补偿器内壁圆周上均匀焊接有若干长短锚固钉6,补偿器内侧中部对称设置有锚固板5,锚固板5之间空隙处外壁焊接有内导流筒4,内导流筒4外侧设置有外导流筒3,外导流筒3外侧设置有波纹管1,且波纹管1与外导流筒3之间、外导流筒3与内导流筒4之间、内导流筒4与锚固板5之间均设置有保温材料2。
所述的波纹管1为多波一次成形,没有环焊缝的波纹管。
所述的保温材料2为耐高温且保温的硅酸铝纤维棉。
本具体实施方式采用迷宫结构,从内到外由8层结构组成,8层材料都由不锈钢制成,降低温度对波纹管的辐射,每层都起到耐温和密封效果,层与层之间用填料填实,为了防止保温材料流窜,用不锈钢丝网多层包扎固定。多波一次成形,没有环焊缝,本具体实施方式的干熄焦高温补偿器共5个波纹,并采用一次成形,减少了焊缝的泄漏部位,大大提高了产品的使用寿命。截面大,是矩形结构,整体强度高,运输和使用中不变形。

1. 干熄焦矩形金属高温补偿器,其特征在于它包含波纹管(1)、保温材料(2)、外导流筒(3)、内导流筒(4)、锚固板(5)和长短锚固钉(6),补偿器内壁圆周上均匀焊接有若干长短锚固钉(6),补偿器内侧中部对称设置有锚固板(5),锚固板(5)之间空隙处外壁焊接有内导流筒(4),内导流筒(4)外侧设置有外导流筒(3),外导流筒(3)外侧设置有波纹管(1),且波纹管(1)与外导流筒(3)之间、外导流筒(3)与内导流筒(4)之间、内导流筒(4)与锚固板(5)之间均设置有保温材料(2);
内导流筒(4)与左侧的锚固板(5)之间形成第一通道,第一通道连通锚固板(5)之间的空隙和内导流筒(4)与外导流筒(3)之间的空隙;外导流筒(3)与位于右侧的锚固板(5)上方的补偿器内壁之间形成第二通道,第二通道连通内导流筒(4)与外导流筒(3)之间的空隙和外导流筒(3)与波纹管(1)之间的空隙;
所述的波纹管(1)为多波一次成形,没有环焊缝的波纹管;所述波纹管共5个波纹,所述的保温材料为耐高温且保温的硅酸铝纤维棉;所述的高温补偿器采用迷宫结构,从内到外由8层结构组成,8层材料都由不锈钢组成,层与层之间用填料填实,用不锈钢丝网多层包扎固定。
