Description

在焊接期间抵抗扭曲的高压燃料喷射器座
技术领域
本发明涉及用于车辆的燃料喷射器,且更具体地涉及在组装时在焊接期间抵抗扭曲的高压燃料喷射器座。
背景技术
参考图1,总体上以10示出的汽油燃料喷射器的典型结构包括阀本体12,阀座14经由焊接件16气密地紧固在阀本体12内。阀座14具有多个功能,例如提供1)用于总体上以18表示的电枢管球组件的引导件,和2)球20坐置在其上的锥形密封表面,和3)用于产生喷流的孔。
阀座14是机加工和研磨部件,且经由通过阀本体壁进入阀座14的气密焊接件16固定到阀本体12中。在该操作期间,在焊接过程期间熔融的材料在冷却期间皱缩,从而引起座14的扭曲。
施加在座14的关键区域上的扭曲可通过焊接区域中的位移建模。在模拟中,焊接区域中的4微米一致位移显示导致座14的引导件和密封区域中的相等或更大位移。要注意的是,通过焊接引起的扭曲不一致,且因而引起的座14的扭曲也不一致。座14的该扭曲导致密封处的泄漏和座14的引导部分的不一致皱缩,这引起燃料喷射器10的耐用性问题。
因而,需要提供一种在组装时在焊接期间抵抗扭曲的改进燃料喷射器座。
发明内容
本发明的目的是实现上文提到的需要。根据实施例的原理,该目的通过提供一种用于燃料喷射器的阀座获得,所述阀座包括主体,所述主体具有近端部和远端部,带有延伸通过主体的至少一个孔。坐置表面设置在主体上以接收燃料喷射器的封闭构件,从而在封闭构件与坐置表面接合时,所述至少一个孔被封闭。引导表面设置在主体上以引导封闭构件的移动。环形壁在主体的远端部处从主体以悬臂方式延伸,且限定阀座的外部周边部分。所述壁构造并设置成在焊接期间在壁处变形,从而将焊接影响从坐置表面和引导表面隔离。

具体实施方式
参考图2,示出了根据第一实施例的汽油型螺线管操作的燃料喷射器10’的阀座16’。燃料喷射器10’具有图1所示的类型,除了阀座16’构造并设置成在焊接到喷射器10’的阀本体12期间抵抗其扭曲之外。
阀座16’限定坐置表面22,可以具有截头锥形或凹面形状,面向阀本体12的内部。坐置表面22包括通过座16’的主体27的近端部25的至少一个燃料出口开口24。开口24与入口管29连通,用于抵靠坐置表面22将加压燃料引导到阀本体12中。入口管29限定喷射器10’的入口端部31(参见图1),且通常安装到燃料轨道(未示出),这是已知的。

燃料喷射器10’包括能以常规方式操作以产生磁通量的电磁线圈(未示出),以将电枢和从而电枢管球组件18吸引远离坐置表面22,从而将阀球20移动到打开位置且允许燃料通过燃料出口开口24。电磁线圈的去激活允许上述弹簧将阀球20返回抵靠坐置表面22的关闭位置且自身对齐在关闭位置,从而关闭出口开口24防止燃料通过。电磁线圈是DC操作。线圈是功率或线圈子组件的一部分,如美国专利No.6,685,112B1中公开的。
参考图2,为了在座16’焊接到阀本体12期间抵靠扭曲,座16’在主体27的远端部28处包括环形裙部或壁26。壁26构造并设置成在焊接期间变形。在图2的实施例中,壁26由座16’的主体27中的环形凹槽30限定。凹槽30在座16’的远端部28处开口。因而,座16’的壁26仅在其底部33处以悬臂方式结合到主体25。壁26因而限定阀座16’的外部周边部分,阀本体12焊接到外部周边部分上。
参考图3,外部壁26用作“铰链”(远端部28附近的壁26能够变形且相对于其固定底部33移动),从而将坐置表面22和引导表面36从焊接区域(总体上以38表示)处的焊接件35(图2)的影响隔离。引导表面36引导阀球20且因而引导电枢管球组件18。模拟模型显示,与图1的座16的关键区域相比,该实施例导致关键区域(坐置表面和引导表面)的位移的改进。在图3所示的关键区域,存在比常规座16中的扭曲少大于一个量级。
图4示出了燃料喷射器10’中设置的阀座16’’的第二实施例。在该实施例中,没有设置凹槽,且壁26’在主体27的远端部28处从座16’’的主体27以悬臂方式延伸。壁26’具有的厚度小于坐置表面22和引导表面36(与图3相同)中的每个的厚度,从而在焊接期间壁26’(而不是这些表面22和34)将变形。如图4所示,焊接件35将阀本体12紧固到环形壁26’。

Claims (18)

1.一种用于燃料喷射器的阀座,包括:

在主体上的坐置表面,所述坐置表面构造并设置成接收燃料喷射器的封闭构件,从而在封闭构件与坐置表面接合时,所述至少一个孔被封闭;

环形壁,所述环形壁在主体的远端部处从主体以悬臂方式延伸,且限定阀座的外部周边部分,所述壁构造并设置成在焊接期间在壁处变形,从而将焊接影响从坐置表面和引导表面隔离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阀座,其中,所述环形壁由主体的远端部中的环形凹槽限定,所述凹槽在主体的远端部处开口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的阀座,其中,所述环形壁具有的厚度小于引导表面和坐置表面中的每个的厚度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的阀座,其中,所述坐置表面是总体上凹面的。
5.根据权利要求1所述的阀座,与燃料喷射器组合,所述燃料喷射器包括在环形壁处焊接到阀座的阀本体。
6.根据权利要求5所述的组合,其中,燃料喷射器是螺线管操作的汽油燃料喷射器。
7.根据权利要求5所述的组合,其中,封闭构件是球形阀,且坐置表面是凹面的。
8.一种用于燃料喷射器的阀座,包括:

在主体上的坐置机构,所述坐置机构构造并设置成接收燃料喷射器的封闭构件,从而在封闭构件与坐置机构接合时,所述至少一个孔被封闭;

变形机构,所述变形机构在主体的远端部处从主体以悬臂方式延伸,且限定阀座的外部周边部分,所述变形机构构造并设置成在焊接期间变形,从而将焊接影响从坐置机构和引导机构隔离。
9.根据权利要求8所述的阀座,其中,所述变形机构是环形壁,所述环形壁由主体的远端部中的环形凹槽限定,所述凹槽在主体的远端部处开口。
10.根据权利要求8所述的阀座,其中,变形机构是环形壁,坐置机构是坐置表面,引导机构是引导表面,所述环形壁具有的厚度小于引导表面和坐置表面中的每个的厚度。
11.根据权利要求8所述的阀座,其中,所述坐置机构是总体上凹面的。
12.根据权利要求8所述的阀座,与燃料喷射器组合,所述燃料喷射器包括在变形机构的位置处焊接到阀座的阀本体。
