技术领域
本发明涉及电控箱门,尤其是涉及空压机电控箱门。
背景技术
目前,中国市场上现有的空压机电控箱部分基本都是中规中矩呈正方体的结构,如图1所示,这样的结构虽然在设计和制作工艺上有一定方便性,但是由于电控箱内部电器元件大小不一,正方体的结构往往浪费了大量的电控箱内部空间,给安装带来不便,同时也导致电控箱部分的箱板成本偏高,另外传统的电控箱门强度不高,容易发生晃动。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种可节省电控箱安装空间、强度高的空压机电控箱门。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
空压机电控箱门,包括门体和多个铰链,铰链与门体活动连接,其特征在于,所述的门体包括三个弯折成一体的门板,其中左右两侧门板成上窄下宽的直角梯形,中间门板成三角形,所述的中间门板上边分别与两侧的门板的上边相交成钝角,所述的左右两侧门板为竖直面板,中间门板为斜面板。
所述的多个铰链之间设有角度。
与现有技术相比,本发明包括三个弯折成一体的门板,其中中间门板为斜面板与相匹配的背板配合有效的节省了电控箱内部空间,而中间门板与两侧直角梯形侧门板折弯处的两条折边相当于两条加强筋,使空压机电控箱门的强度提高,另外,空压机电控箱门配合有斜度的电控背板使空压机电控箱体积减小,从而降低了空压机电控箱的制造成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
如图所示,空压机电控箱门,包括门体和多个铰链3,铰链3与门体活动连接,门体包括三个弯折成一体的门板,其中左右两侧门板1成上窄下宽的直角梯形,中间门板2成三角形,中间门板2上边分别与两侧的门板1的上边相交成钝角,左右两侧门板1为竖直面板,中间门板2为斜面板。多个铰链3之间设有角度。

1.空压机电控箱门,包括门体和多个铰链,铰链与门体活动连接,其特征在于,所述的门体包括三个弯折成一体的门板,其中左右两侧门板成上窄下宽的直角梯形,中间门板成三角形,所述的中间门板上边分别与两侧的门板的上边相交成钝角,所述的左右两侧门板为竖直面板,中间门板为斜面板,其中中间门板为斜面板与相匹配的背板配合,而中间门板与两侧直角梯形侧门板折弯处的两条折边相当于两条加强筋。
