本发明公开了一种演示发酵实验的装置,属于医疗和实验室设备技术领域,所述的装置包括一个穿插在橡皮嵌(3)圆孔内的胶头滴管(2),胶头滴管(2)设置在玻璃试管(1)内,胶头滴管(2)的胶管部分朝向玻璃试管(1)的底部,胶头滴管(2)的滴管开口处朝向玻璃试管(1)的开口处。由于把盛有微生物培养液的胶头滴管嵌在试管中,试管内盛有清水,故只要将其放在温水中,即可保持发酵温度。由于发酵时产生的气体,可通过胶头滴管的尖口,以气泡形式冒出,因而非常直观。

本发明涉及一种演示发酵实验的装置,属于医疗和实验室设备技术领域。
背景技术
进行生物学教学,需要演示微生物的发酵实验。公知的演示方法,通常是先在锥形瓶中培养微生物,再检验其发酵产物。这样,不便保持发酵温度,直观性也差。所以发明一种把盛有微生物培养液的胶头滴管嵌在试管中,试管内盛有温水以保持发酵温度,借助发酵时产生的气体,通过胶头滴管的尖口,以气泡形式冒出,进而直观演示微生物的发酵实验的一种演示发酵实验的装置是必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的,是要提供一种能更直观简便地演示发酵实验的装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种演示发酵实验的装置,所述的装置包括一个穿插在橡皮嵌3圆孔内的胶头滴管2,胶头滴管2装入玻璃试管1,胶头滴管2的胶管部分朝向玻璃试管1的底部,胶头滴管2的滴管开口处朝向玻璃试管1的开口处。
所述的橡皮嵌3是圆孔橡皮塞,中部设置有可供胶头滴管2穿过的孔。
一种演示发酵实验的装置是用一个穿插在橡皮嵌3圆孔内的胶头滴管2,嵌装入一支玻璃试管1中。做演示实验时,将胶头滴管连同橡皮嵌取出,吸取一定量的微生物培养液,再按原装嵌入试管,并在试管内装满清水,放在温水中保温发酵。若胶头滴管的尖口处冒气泡,说明发酵产生了气体;若无气泡冒出,说明发酵活动没有产生气体或所产生气体较少。
本发明的有益效果为:一种演示发酵实验的装置由于把盛有微生物培养液的胶头滴管嵌在试管中,试管内盛有清水,故只要将其放在温水中,即可保持发酵温度。由于发酵时产生的气体,可通过胶头滴管的尖口,以气泡形式冒出,因而非常直观。

具体实施方式
一种演示发酵实验的装置是将一个穿插在橡皮嵌3圆孔内的胶头滴管2,头朝下嵌装入玻璃试管1,即可制成本发明。橡皮嵌3可用大小合适的圆孔橡皮塞代替,其直径应小于试管1的内径,以便装入或取出。使用时,先把胶头滴管2连同橡皮嵌3取出,吸取一定量的微生物培养液后,装嵌入试管1,再在试管1内灌满清水,然后放入温度适宜的温水中保温,即可演示发酵实验。

1.一种演示发酵实验的装置,其特征在于:所述的装置包括一个穿插在橡皮嵌(3)圆孔内的胶头滴管(2),胶头滴管(2)设置在玻璃试管(1)内,胶头滴管(2)的胶管部分朝向玻璃试管(1)的底部,胶头滴管(2)的滴管开口处朝向玻璃试管(1)的开口处。
2.根据权利要求1所述的演示发酵实验的装置,其特征在于:所述的橡皮嵌(3)是圆孔橡皮塞,中部设置有可供胶头滴管(2)穿过的孔。
