Abstract

一种电动助力车的系统改进设置,以克服单独制动,直接刹车的问题和单组供电剩很多电已无法行驶的难题,即采取刹车制动器部位设置一个电源开关,实现搬下车闸的同时,开关打开,刹车与断电联动;而电源采取两组蓄电池供电,通过控制电路板自动转换,先由两组蓄电池依次供电,在不能正常行驶时,再转为两组串连供电,直至不能行驶时再充电;本发明开关与制动车闸联动设计适合于多种车辆,蓄电池两组供电设置,也可做多组设置;此设置实现断电刹车,驾驶安全;两组设置的一次充电行驶里程是单组的三倍;减少充电次数两倍,放电彻底从而延长电池寿命,有一年更换一组到三年两组,节约成本,不易损坏,减少充电次数,行驶里程三倍的优势,很有推广价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电动助力车的制动和供电系统的改进设置。
背景技术
目前,电动助力车的制动系统主要是单独刹车直接制动,容易带电刹车,对车零件的损害大,一旦误操作,易出车祸;而供电系统多采用单组供电,蓄电池剩很多电时已无法正常行驶。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种电动助力车的系统改进设置,以克服单独制动,直接刹车的问题和单组供电剩很多电已无法行驶的难题,即采取在左右刹车制动闸柄部位各设置一个电源开关,左右开关串连,实现搬下任意车闸的同时,开关打开,刹车与断电联动,松开车闸,开关又处于待发状态,旋动电源控制手柄,则又正常操作行驶;而电源采取两组蓄电池供电,通过控制电路板自动转换,先由第一组蓄电池供电;在不能正常行驶时,自动转为第二组蓄电池供电;再不能正常行驶时,转为两组蓄电池串连供电;直至不能行驶时,再充电,充电时由控制电板控制,串并联充电皆可;相对于控制电路板自动转换,也可采取手动操作设置,即设置几个按钮,先单组依次供电再串连供电;根据不同需要,蓄电池也可做多组设置。
本发明开关与制动车闸联动设计适合于多种车辆,蓄电池两组供电设置,也可做多组设置;此设置实现了电动助力车即安全又少毁零件,电池寿命和一次充电的行驶里程实现了一加一大于二的效果;两组设置的一次充电行驶里程是单组的三倍,减少充电次数两倍,放电彻底从而延长电池寿命,有一年更换一组到三年两组,本发明具有节约成本,不易损坏,减少充电次数,行驶里程三倍的优势,很有推广价值。

具体实施方式
本发明是一种电动助力车的系统改进设置,具体结构可参照说明书附图示意的结构,图中标号1是左制动刹车闸与联动设置的开关组合,2是右制动刹车闸与联动设置的开关组合,1和2中的开关是串联,即无论搬那个车闸制动都断电,2与1稍有不同,2组合中的开关牵涉旋动调节电量控制速度的手柄电量开关,与右联动开关组合设计在一起,确保松开右制动刹车闸后右组合开关处于断路状态,只有旋动控制速度的手柄电量开关时组合开关才闭合,车辆正常行驶。图中3是控制电路板,调节蓄电池使用状态,4和5是两组蓄电池。即车辆行驶时搬下1和2任一制动车闸或同时搬下,联动开关打开断电,实现安全刹车,而4和5两组蓄电池由3控制电路板自动调节,实现先依次单组供电,再两组串连供电。
本发明开关与制动车闸联动设计适合于多种车辆,蓄电池两组供电设置,也可做多组设置;此设置实现了电动助力车即安全又少毁零件,电池寿命和一次充电的行驶里程实现了一加一大于二的效果,具有很大的推广价值。

Claims (2)

1.一种电动助力车的系统改进设置,其特征是克服单独制动,直接刹车的问题和单组供电剩很多电已无法行驶的难题,即采取刹车制动器部位设置一个电源开关,实现搬下车闸的同时,开关打开,刹车与断电联动,松开车闸,开关又处于待发状态,旋动电源控制手柄,则又正常操作行驶;而电源采取两组蓄电池供电,通过控制电路板自动转换,先由第一组蓄电池供电,在不能正常行驶时,自动转为第二组蓄电池供电,再不能正常行驶时,转为两组蓄电池串连供电,直至不能行驶时,再充电,充电时由控制电板控制,串并联充电皆可,相对于控制电路板自动转换,也可采取手动操作设置,即设置几个按钮,先单组依次供电再串连供电。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动助力车的系统改进设置,其特征是根据不同需要可设置成多组。
