Abstract

复式棘轮超越离合器是一种机械离合装置,其结构关系是:轴承安装在挡圈内,用轴承盖压紧,并与连接筒连接;挡圈由螺栓与外圈连接,且内装轴承;外圈由螺栓和挡圈连接且套在棘轮上,外圈内均匀分布着内齿;棘轮有多个,每个棘轮有多个按一定规律呈递减排列的不等距棘爪位;棘爪安装在棘轮上,棘爪有多个与棘爪位同样个数,多个棘爪在任何状态下都能有一个棘爪与外圈内齿接近结合或结合;弹顶装置和棘爪数量相同;弹顶装置安装在棘轮上的弹顶位,且顶着棘爪。

技术领域:本发明涉及一种机械离合装置,尤其是复式棘轮超越离合器。
背景技术:目前人们在机械中所用棘轮超越离合器,大都为单棘轮,棘爪少,各棘爪同时受力,当从超越到结合时,不能即时结合,棘爪和外圈结合产生冲击力,冲击力大,噪音高,震动太响,影响人们的情趣,使用寿命短。
发明内容:本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单,操作方便的复式棘轮超越离合器,它克服了其它技术存在的缺点,它是由轴承、挡圈、外圈、棘爪、棘轮、连接筒、弹顶装置连接而成,轴承安装在挡圈内,用轴承盖压紧,并与连接筒连接;挡圈由螺栓与外圈连接,且内装轴承。
外圈由螺栓和挡圈连接且套在棘轮上,外圈内均匀分布着内齿。棘轮有多个,每个棘轮有多个按一定规律呈递减排列的不等距棘爪位,即相邻两棘爪位所对应的圆心角是:360除以棘轮棘爪位数再减去360除以外圈内齿数除以棘爪位个数乘以棘爪位序号;各棘轮按规律经键配于连接筒上,即相邻两棘轮对应的圆心角是,即360除以外圈内齿数除以棘轮棘爪位数再除以棘轮个数。棘爪安装在棘轮上,棘爪有多个与棘爪位同样个数,多个棘爪在任何状态下都能有一个棘爪与外圈内齿接近结合或结合。弹顶装置和棘爪数量相同;弹顶装置安装在棘轮上的弹顶位,且顶着棘爪。
工作原理:当动力带动外圈时,正传,棘爪与外圈结合,带动棘轮转动,当棘轮转速高于外圈是,棘轮脱离外圈,动力不起作用,棘轮自由转动,当棘轮转速低于外圈时,棘轮与外圈结合,同步转动。
本发明的意义是:由于棘爪是多个,并且在任何状态下都有一个棘爪与外圈中的内齿结合,碰撞力极小,噪音低,震动小,运行平稳,使用寿命长。

具体实施方式:实施例1、它是由轴承1、挡圈2、外圈3、棘爪4、棘轮5、连接筒6、弹顶装置7连接而成,轴承1安装在挡圈2内,用轴承盖压紧,并与连接筒6连接;挡圈2由螺栓与外圈3连接,且内装轴承。
实施例2、外圈3由螺栓和挡圈2连接且套在棘轮5上,外圈3内均匀分布着内齿。
实施例3、棘轮5有多个,每个棘轮5有多个按一定规律呈递减排列的不等距棘爪位,即相邻两棘爪位所对应的圆心角是:360除以棘轮棘爪位数再减去360除以外圈内齿数除以棘爪位个数乘以棘爪位序号;各棘轮5按规律经键配于连接筒6上,即相邻两棘轮5对应的圆心角是,即360除以外圈内齿数除以棘轮棘爪位数再除以棘轮5个数。
